02/04/2024: I hate to leave bad reviews, but I must. Just read the top comments (all from tourists) and the negative comments (mostly from locals). I won't say the food was bad, I love all pasta from anywhere. The ravioli didn't taste any different than the ravioli you can get from the frozen food section at the supermarket and the bread was so bland. If you're coming all the way to Parma for food, this is not the place.

01/04/2024: Looking for a vegetarian restaurant, we were attracted to Apriti Sesamo for Easter Monday lunch. Excellent choice! Lots of flavour, very high level with the various preparations and perfect balance of flavours. The vegan pastiera is also good, with a very pleasant and persistent taste

I've been there twice, so I had the opportunity to try two different cutting boards, first and second courses, and I can say that each of them deserves to be tried. The cut, however, conquered my palate.

07/05/2024: La Locanda del Culatello is a restaurant located in a characteristic and beautiful square, in the heart of the lower Parma area in Soragna. The Locanda is super welcoming, furnished in a characteristic way with bright and traditional red and white checkered tablecloths, tidy and very clean. Francesca and Ivan immediately welcomed us in an affable, friendly and kind way and we immediately felt at home! The menu offers excellent typical dishes and a wide choice of delicious and delicious platters! Wide choice also regarding the wine list. The attention was impeccable towards me due to my gluten intolerance. Table service is perfect. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Here, I savored an excellent platter of local cured meats... and a basket of Fried Gnocco. Here, they know how to do Salami, Ham, Culatello and Parmesan. Highly recommended! 02/04/2024: I have been a customer of the Osteria di Fornio for at least ten years, although I go about once a year due to the distance between my place of residence and Fidenza. This restaurant is a real point of reference for good Emilian cuisine, expertly revisited by the chef in a more contemporary key, without however distorting it. At these levels of quality it is difficult to talk about dishes being better than others. However, I would like to point out the Buon Insieme menu, thanks to which we got to know the Osteria di Fornio years ago, which represents an excellent way to get to know the dishes of this place and its territory at 360°. The welcome from the dining room staff was also genuine and professional, led by the friendly husband of the chef and co-owner. A service as warm as that of taverns and as attentive as that of an excellent restaurant. Absolutely recommended and, without doubt, we will continue to return.

30/03/2024: First time at dinner, I found a warm and welcoming environment with soft lights, very kind staff. What can I say about the courses, tortelli with chard and pork coppa with caramelized onions were extraordinary, then the freshly made tiramisu was like eating a soft cloud. Two magnums of red and white wine recommended and truly enjoyable. The bill was a real surprise, I expected much more given the quality and instead everything was very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ps: the last photo has nothing to do with it but I can't delete it 🤷‍♂️
