13/11/2024: Siamo venuti per un pranzo infrasettimanale tra colleghi. Ogni portata è stata strepitosa, a partire dall'ottimo olio novello, il vino della casa e fino al liquore artigianale. Bruschetta al lardo con crema di fagioli strepitosa, polenta con spuntature e salsicce fantastica, dolci top! Infine, non per importanza, servizio veloce, cordiale e attento. Uno di quei locali dal quale esci soddisfatta e non vedi l'ora di tornare appena possibile. Grandissime tutte!

The carpaccio is truly exquisite, fresh and well balanced with the cheese inside. The service was fast and attentive. Absolutely recommended during a stop in Orvieto

26/11/2024: We went to this restaurant with my friends a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful time! Without a doubt one of the best restaurants I've eaten in (and I've tried quite a few!). From exceptional service, with a more than helpful, affable and welcoming staff to good, good, GOOD cuisine made with a lot of passion and skill. There wasn't a single thing we could make a note about. Fantastic evening, highly recommend! Surely if we find ourselves in the area again we will be happy to come back and sponsor it because it really deserves it. Well done everyone!

16/12/2024: I returned to this restaurant after a year. The atmosphere inside is intimate and welcoming, while the outdoor space is framed by the buildings of the historic center. Right from the start you are welcomed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, ready to carefully explain the dishes. The selection of bread prepared by the chef is excellent and varied, particularly the tomato focaccia. The menu is well structured and reasoned, as are the dishes of the day. But what brings me back to Apollinare most of all are the hand-rolled tortelli with a tasty burrata filling emphasized by flakes of Moscato truffle and cherry tomato reduction. As a sweet conclusion, try the dark chocolate semifreddo with white chocolate cream and pink pepper. I therefore recommend this restaurant which is always a certainty and an obligatory stop for anyone passing through Spoleto.

25/11/2024: We went on Sunday 24th, tasting menu, measly portions, 4 hours of sitting, few waiters, there was a waiter who had to change jobs, it must have been a coincidence because I have been going for a long time, it has never happened to me. However I always respect those who work!!! forgive yourself this time! 🤣

15/12/2024: We were there on Sunday for lunch, for a pleasant moment with friends. The place is quaint, the service excellent, and the owner was kind and approachable. There is no menu: they are the ones who propose and serve the various dishes. We started with 7 or 8 delicious starters, followed by two first courses and a second course, all cooked to perfection and with authentic and characteristic flavours. A truly fantastic culinary experience! 100% highly recommended.

01/09/2024: Dopo anni torniamo in questo posto, in cui abbiamo già avuto modo di godere dei loro servizi e della loro professionalità. Potrei scrivere a lungo dei piatti fantastici, della carta dei vini e dalla gentilezza della signora e del suo staff, ma credo basti scrivere che è il miglior ristorante di Montefalco!
