21/07/2025: We were looking for a small restaurant a little outside of town and found it: Le Delizie del Borgo, located in Silvestri Park near the two city gates and the city walls, offers regional delicacies. We had delicious gnocchi al ragu, pasta al coniglio e con olive, tagliata di manzo, and a very good vino bianco from Montefalco! To finish, we had a dolce with apricot soufflé and wild berry sauce and two coffees! The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and the place quiet! The value for money was very good!

12/12/2025: A typical Umbrian place, serving traditional dishes. A fixed menu at an affordable price. Unfortunately, among the appetizers, some focaccia (not particularly good), my girlfriend found a piece of iron mixed with the onions and unfortunately ended up with it in her mouth. I'd also like to point out that these things can happen, but unfortunately, something like this is very dangerous, and thankfully nothing serious happened.

A varied menu; we had hemp gnocchi with orange duck ragù, soup of the day, and an appetizer of melted cheese crostini with truffle and sautéed vegetables. Everything was excellent and anything but ordinary. Absolutely reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I read they will be closing in January 2026. What a shame!
