13/03/2026: First time at this restaurant, which was recommended to us. We loved everything. Pappardelle al Sagrantino was delicious, the meat was excellent and cooked as requested. Impeccable service. Definitely recommended.

06/04/2026: We visited this restaurant on Easter Sunday with six friends, and the experience was simply extraordinary. To say it deserves five stars is an understatement: the dinner far exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making us feel truly welcomed. One aspect we particularly appreciated was the attention to detail: even those who hadn't ordered certain dishes were able to sample them, thanks to small and very welcome gifts from the kitchen. And then the food: simply delicious, carefully prepared, and of the highest quality. All this was accompanied by a more than fair price, absolutely in keeping with the experience. Without a doubt, an experience worth repeating!

06/04/2026: If you're looking for a place to feel pampered, this is the place. Last night with friends, we enjoyed a private room and impeccable service. The cuisine is a journey of flavors, and the table management was masterful, with complimentary samples for those who hadn't ordered a course so no one was left to watch others eat. Everything, from the table setting to the final bill, was perfect. A truly fair value for money.

18/03/2026: We were in Orvieto on vacation and dined at Gregorio's on two evenings: a truly special experience. Davide and his father welcomed us with great kindness and a very friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The dishes are of the highest quality, refined yet authentic. Homemade bread and pasta with selected grains, carefully selected and truly unique flavors. Every dish is special. A special mention for the desserts: their pudding is a must-try! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto.

All of them: from the appetizers to the first courses, the top-quality meat, and the fantastic desserts! Every bite is a unique and memorable experience. 26/03/2026: Drawn by this restaurant with its vaulted ceilings and exposed stone, we entered for dinner, sampling some typical Umbrian dishes. Scrambled eggs with truffles and torta al testo, followed by truffle strangozzi, paired with a fine Montefalco Sagrantino. These delicious dishes completely satisfied us.

16/03/2026: Kudos to the waiter. The food could be improved. We ordered pasta, but it wasn't very hot (though the flavor was good). We ordered the soft-centered tart for dessert, but it was overcooked. It wasn't soft-centered and was almost burnt on the outside.

30/03/2026: Found somewhat by chance, the Le Mandrie farmhouse was truly a discovery! The location is excellent, being up high it enjoys a wonderful view! The owner and manager are two exquisite people, and in the way they talk to you and explain, you can see all the dedication and commitment they put into everything they do. Cheeses, cured meats, and oil are all produced on their own! The oil is amazing! I can't even tell you about the jams! You have to go there, even for a day! I recommend it! We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks to Mr. Alessandro and Mr. Marco! Congratulations!!!

16/03/2026: Although a bit complicated, the view makes the walk worthwhile... Authentic, high-quality, well-prepared products. We were there this weekend, four adults and four children, and not everyone ordered a full menu. However, the bill of €45 per person (adults and children) seemed a bit steep... We were a little disappointed.

19/04/2026: In a casual atmosphere, you'll be greeted warmly. The menu is extensive, with average appetizers, though the main courses were particularly good, as they were generous and generously topped. For dessert, we had a fairly good crème brulee. The place is warm and lively, though there's only one bathroom. Overall, this is a highly recommended restaurant.

17/04/2026: I visited this place recently, almost by chance, and it was a delightful discovery. It's a two-minute walk from the central station and easy to get to. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by someone I think was Mangiafuoco himself, and all I can say is: what energy, guys! I ordered mushroom and truffle crostini and umbriarelli pasta with carbonara and truffle, which were out of this world. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was fast and accurate, and the atmosphere was very quaint. Greetings to everyone, especially the very friendly Mangiafuoco. I'll definitely be back!
