28/09/2025: We went to this place on Thursday night. We had two excellent first courses. The Umbricelli alla norcina. A beautiful dish to look at and plentiful. Absolutely tasty and well-balanced in flavors 😋. The dessert was also excellent 🍨 we had the Rocciata. A typical Umbrian dessert, truly delicious. The lady who served us was kind and very professional. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent, tasty, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxing, well-kept, and immersed in nature: perfect for a day of good food and tranquility. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: We had dinner at this very characteristic tavern, simple yet refined. The dishes were very refined, expertly prepared, and delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I was delighted to see these people so knowledgeable. When we return to Umbria, this will definitely be our first chance to savor these specialties.

23/09/2025: Simply sublime! We are vegan. We had an extraordinary lunch and were greeted with exquisite kindness and warmth. All this in a place so beautiful it was unforgettable.

05/10/2025: The food was decent but nothing exciting. The guinea fowl was really poorly cooked, the meat wouldn't fall off the bone, the skin was boiled rather than browned. The cured meats were very salty, and the wild boar, which was very good, was also excellent. The place was cold and unwelcoming, the dining room was sterile. Perhaps a bit overrated, and the expectations were completely dampened.

05/10/2025: Alas, a disappointment. The service was excellent, but alas, the rest didn't convince me at all... I must have had an unlucky evening! Starting with the vegetable tart, overcooked and lacking in tenderness, even the flavor left a little to be desired. I continued with the glazed grilled pork, but alas, the problem was the glaze!! Totally cloying! Extremely sweet, unlike even the sweetest Greek desserts full of honey! And I say this with regret, because the pork was cooked to perfection! Simply perfect, even in flavor! Alas, ruined by the glaze! The side dishes, the homemade potato chips, were spectacular, the pan-fried chicory was worthy of a cafeteria. The price was completely out of proportion for my evening! Truly too expensive. A real shame.

01/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening celebrating a birthday here! Everything was perfect: the staff was so friendly and welcoming, making the evening truly special!!! The food was absolutely delicious, and you could feel the attention to every detail. We couldn't imagine a better way to celebrate...we left with full hearts (and stomachs!)

16/09/2025: We ate here 20 years ago on our first visit to this wonderful town so when returning we searched it out again. It's under new owners since our first visit but the place is still great. You need to sit outside on the vine covered patio, order some house wine and enjoy the delicious meal. Would highly recommend!

06/10/2025: We dine here often when we are in Spello. When the weather is warm, the outdoor dinning is beautiful. However, inside is very nice too. Massimo is a wonderful host. The food is so delicious. We have had to rotolo of pork and many of the pasta dishes. You need to make a reservation as they fill up quickly.

27/09/2025: Am excellent place for dinner. You'll need reservations, because it is limited in seating. The menu offers local dishes that taste fabulous. You know it is good when you see the locals eating here

18/10/2025: Everything was fantastic, but I don't wear a nose ring... the food was ok, the service was ok, the atmosphere was ok, but the bill needed to be reviewed... maybe because the Romans chose a fixed menu instead of the à la carte menu??? You don't need these gimmicks: you have a beautiful place and super food, but I repeat... I don't wear a nose ring, bye!!!

12/10/2025: I visited Terrazza di San Guido and the experience was simply perfect in every way. The venue is elegant yet welcoming, with an enchanting view that alone is worth the visit. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive at all times, without ever being intrusive. The service was prompt and attentive, each dish served with precision and impeccably presented. The food was excellent: high-quality ingredients, balanced pairings, and authentic flavors that perfectly reflect local cuisine. From appetizers to dessert, everything lived up to expectations, indeed exceeded them. A flawless experience that truly leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The tagliatelle with truffle (knowing that the scorzone-aestivum mushroom is used anyway) had neither the smell nor the taste of truffle, but rather of mushrooms. We pointed this out to the waitress, who denied that mushrooms were used. We left half the portion, which not only didn't taste as ordered, but was also tasteless. Paid in full.

07/10/2025: Very nice and nice restaurant. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because the waitress was a bit off-putting. Thanks to the other waiter, whose kindness and sense of humor saved everything.

29/09/2025: I only visited the restaurant twice in one weekend because we had such a great time. Excellent restaurant with a wide selection of local products. Very interesting dining room with many works of art, paintings, ceramics, and glassware. Fast and friendly service, traditional dishes and many new additions, nice wine selection.
