10/02/2026: I went here a few weeks ago with a friend for lunch. It was wonderful... the atmosphere is adorable, well-kept, elegant, warm, clean... the service is super friendly, authentic, and the food is delicious and seasonal! It's become one of my favorite restaurants! Congratulations on everything!

03/02/2026: If you're in Narni, you can't miss Gallina Liberata, located just outside the city center, right after the second elevator that takes you up. It's a little different from the usual place where they serve you manfricoli... here, there's a slightly more unique cuisine, like the parmigiana alla ternana or the fennel caponata, even the same ones. A very quick stay... just one night to visit Narni, which is about 10 minutes away. The room is a little dated but cozy, and has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Luca, is also welcoming. He seems like you've known him forever... helpful, friendly, and gives you lots of useful information. The road to get there is a bit rough; it's a steep downhill slope, luckily it's paved!!! It's usual, but not. I recommend going there...❣️

16/02/2026: Lovely place. All the staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. We ate wonderfully and will definitely be back to stay overnight.

15/02/2026: My wife and I had lunch at this farmhouse just outside Norcia. I don't know what the rooms are like, but as for the food, I can say it's superb, with excellent and fast service. The atmosphere is rustic but well-kept, and parking is available. Prices are average for the area.

09/12/2025: I really recommend it to anyone who likes to eat well. Exceptional starters, delicious first courses with truffles. Unfortunately, I didn't get to the second course because the portions were large and we couldn't manage it, but we'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: I've known Stefano since I was a child. His restaurant has always felt like home to me. He's never disappointed me or any of the friends I've brought there. The truffles are top-quality, as is everything else on the menu. The restaurant is very welcoming, and the service is fast and friendly.

12/12/2025: Highly recommended, it's a shame it was closed the next day for a weekly rest day, otherwise we would have returned. Everything was excellent, even the two guys, Emanuele and Francesco, were really good. As soon as we can, when we return to Assisi, we'll definitely return. 🤗

09/12/2025: Located in the heart of Assisi, I had lunch on the terrace overlooking the square. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere: elegant and bright. The owner is an added bonus. Traditional dishes with authentic flavors, attentive service, and a fair bill made the experience truly perfect. Highly recommended!

17/02/2026: Classic osteria, normal wait times, good-quality products. Prices may be a bit above average for lunch, but the food is still good.

15/02/2026: Typical osteria. Informal and casual atmosphere. The only shame is that both the tagliatelle with wild boar and the tagliatelle with goose sauce contained small bones in the sauce. Not very pleasant.

16/02/2026: Last night we had dinner at Settimo Sigillo, a wonderful experience! Delicious and distinctive cuisine, equally good wine, courteous and professional staff, and a clean and private dining room. Highly recommended for lovers of good food.

03/02/2026: Beautiful ambiance and table settings, great server. Everything was incredible up until the fillet, which was not cooked appropriately (sent it back raw inside when 'medium' was requested, and returned inedibly overcooked).

23/02/2026: One of the best restaurants of my life!! I went for dinner with my family, there were four of us. The place is very refined and elegant, and the waiters and staff in general are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We started with a tasting of their bread and olive oil, and a welcome drink, which was a vegetable soup. The bread was warm and soft, and the vegetable soup was excellent. Then we had three appetizers: a saddle of ham with focaccia and pineapple, an egg with parmesan and truffle, and a pumpkin pie with amaretti biscuits and sausage, and everything was truly delicious. Then we moved on to the main courses, two ducks with pumpkin sauce and a veal cheek with wine reduction. The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and the pairings were excellent. We finished the evening with a dark chocolate parfait, three chocolate and chili crumbles, and a persimmon mousse. I think they were the best desserts of my life. For drinks, we had two glasses of red wine and water. The total bill was €270. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!!

06/01/2026: Always a delightful experience; gourmet dishes at the right price, and Ernesto is a great restaurateur and hospitality professional. Unfortunately, I live far away, but every time I get back to Umbria, Perbacco is a must-visit!

04/01/2026: We are a group of 7 Italian people and have just finished eating: both the food and atmosphere are amazing. The woman is super kind and nice. Highly recommended !!

10/01/2026: I had dinner this evening with my partner. We started by sharing a platter of high-quality local cured meats, followed by gnocchi with prosciutto ragù and tagliolini all'amatriciana, both worthy of being mopped up. Intrigued by the delicious menu, we also shared a portion of ribs... SUBLIME! The latter will be a dish I'll never forget for the tenderness of the meat and the incredible flavor. We finished with a caramel panna cotta that lived up to the entire dinner. Friendly service. Special mention to the man who took our order and looked after us for his kindness and professionalism, which added to the wonderful evening we had. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area. Bravo!

16/02/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal. The restaurant is beautifully decorated; the Domitian tables are spectacular, as are the placemats. The service is attentive and courteous, without ever being intrusive. The wine list is truly noteworthy, with a special focus on local labels. The truffle strangozzi are exceptional, as are the ravioli filled with Genovese. The pigeon as a main course is a must. See you next time!
