In this warm and family atmosphere, I start with homemade gnocchi topped with truffle, followed by sausage with caramelized onions and mashed potatoes. When cooking combines with passion, it always wins!

09/12/2025: I really recommend it to anyone who likes to eat well. Exceptional starters, delicious first courses with truffles. Unfortunately, I didn't get to the second course because the portions were large and we couldn't manage it, but we'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: I've known Stefano since I was a child. His restaurant has always felt like home to me. He's never disappointed me or any of the friends I've brought there. The truffles are top-quality, as is everything else on the menu. The restaurant is very welcoming, and the service is fast and friendly.

18/10/2025: A quiet and welcoming place, the service wasn't particularly fast, but it was courteous. The crostini with lard and honey as an appetizer was excellent, but €8 is a bit too much for the portion. The gnocchi with Taleggio cheese and truffle cream were delicious and delicate. The white chocolate mousse was exquisite, but the Roccata wasn't quite to our taste... Overall, we recommend it ☺️

16/09/2025: We ate here 20 years ago on our first visit to this wonderful town so when returning we searched it out again. It's under new owners since our first visit but the place is still great. You need to sit outside on the vine covered patio, order some house wine and enjoy the delicious meal. Would highly recommend!

14/12/2025: We were in Santa Maria degli Angeli, lunchtime. A few phone calls to recommended restaurants fell through because there was no room. We looked around, crossing the street, right next to the basilica's square, and found a delicatessen: LA PREGIUTTERIA CASA NORCIA. A warm, welcoming atmosphere greeted us. We scanned the QR code and discovered a menu of excellent local products. Cured meats, cheeses, and typical dishes were hard to choose from. We ordered the cured meats and cheese platter: pure delight! Followed by stuffed ravioli literally enveloped in a creamy cheese sauce and truffle shavings, and pappardelle with wild boar ragù—superb!! I'd love to go back to try the other offerings. I highly recommend it; it's a high-quality restaurant. 😋

07/12/2025: High-quality traditional cuisine, and to celebrate these authentic flavors, we took Mr. Alfredo's advice and purchased their pork butcher's products. They will be a highlight of our Christmas table. Congratulations!

02/11/2025: The manager welcomed us warmly and captivated us with his descriptions of his dishes. It's a shame that what we received was very, very disappointing. The cooking technique lacked the right level of detail for the menu prices. The bread was from the day before, the potatoes were very dry, the soup was very salty and unbalanced, and tasted only of rosemary. I understand it's the only place for miles around, but the prices for where it is located and what it offers are WAY too high.

02/11/2025: Semiramide has become a go-to place for us. The pizza (strictly made with sourdough) is excellent. The grilled meat is authentic, and the pasta dishes are fresh and handmade to order. The dessert is a treat that doesn't weigh you down but is a perfect end to the meal. The place is intimate, cozy, and attentive, as is the service.

04/12/2025: First time here in Orvieto and first time at this trattoria, I can't recommend it highly enough for the friendly and discreet service, the quiet atmosphere, and the quality food. The fillet steak in red wine was spectacular! Highly recommended.

18/10/2025: Everything was fantastic, but I don't wear a nose ring... the food was ok, the service was ok, the atmosphere was ok, but the bill needed to be reviewed... maybe because the Romans chose a fixed menu instead of the à la carte menu??? You don't need these gimmicks: you have a beautiful place and super food, but I repeat... I don't wear a nose ring, bye!!!

12/10/2025: I visited Terrazza di San Guido and the experience was simply perfect in every way. The venue is elegant yet welcoming, with an enchanting view that alone is worth the visit. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive at all times, without ever being intrusive. The service was prompt and attentive, each dish served with precision and impeccably presented. The food was excellent: high-quality ingredients, balanced pairings, and authentic flavors that perfectly reflect local cuisine. From appetizers to dessert, everything lived up to expectations, indeed exceeded them. A flawless experience that truly leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended.

14/12/2025: Top l'osteria is very nice ... the service is friendly and excellent ... the king's plate is abundant and delicious ... the best beans with pork rinds I have eaten ... the king's brustengo is also sublime ... the limousine steak with fresh truffle is super ... lean as we like it and cooked Blue ... perfect ... the dishes are not only good but also very abundant ... good wine ... excellent value for money .. well done

07/12/2025: I probably had too many expectations for the place that had been praised. The food was good, but I found the atmosphere a bit artificial. It's a beautiful, rustic farmhouse, but with elegantly set tables. The owner was a bit unfriendly, and the prices were moderately high.
