17/10/2025: A very welcoming place, the owner Sara is a very welcoming person. The menu includes four appetizers, four soups, three main courses, and various desserts, as well as a decent selection of wines. This is a plus for quality food. Recommended.

06/12/2025: A lunch stop while visiting Gubbio. I found this very popular tavern online. I called and luckily there was room for three. It's best to book in advance because it's very busy. All the food we ordered was excellent and tasty, reasonably priced, and the staff was professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend it 😋

08/12/2025: Elegant restaurant in the center of Spoleto, dinner on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Excellent welcome, friendly and professional young staff, excellent table setting. We opted for the à la carte menu, with the addition of white truffle given the availability. It was a classic Michelin-starred restaurant entree with various types of platters. We started with a soft egg with Colfiorito potato fondue and white truffle, followed by tagliolini with white truffle, a second course of pork loin wrapped in lard accompanied by pears in Montefalco red wine and sautéed spinach, and finally a chocolate semifreddo ingot with white chocolate sauce. All the courses were top-notch, compliments to the chef, and everything was accompanied by a bottle of champagne, while for dessert, a classic Sagrantino di Montefalco passito. Excellent value for money, as was the wine list. I recommend it.

10/12/2025: I'll start by saying I had very, very high expectations, and perhaps that's why I was slightly disappointed. The buffet is very rich, but after 3 or 4 items, everything is very bland (pickles, cold cuts, cheeses, etc.). The waiters are very, very fast with their service, not giving you time to properly enjoy a meal of that caliber. The main courses could be improved, but they're generally good and well-proportioned. Let's talk about Giorgione, the man himself. I'd give him 5 stars for him alone. He's very affable and helpful with everyone. At least in that respect, I wasn't disappointed at all. On the contrary... Overall, I recommend going to him at least once. I'd also recommend arriving on time, but also early to enjoy the buffet without too many people.

02/12/2025: Nice place, the food leaves much to be desired, not a positive experience, from the pans with the food still fried on the edge, very salty pasta with raw ham appetizer, good fried dumplings full of oil, a shame because the staff is very nice and kind, the kitchen needs to be reviewed

07/10/2025: A beautiful, quaint restaurant with a lovely red room and—a few steps down—a sort of cellar room. Several signs point the way from the old town entrance to the restaurant. The service is polite and friendly. While serving the "Tagliere," she briefly explained all the sausages, hams, and cheeses to us. The cuisine is quite upscale, and the food is very tasty, which is why the prices are absolutely justified. The only thing I personally didn't quite like was the tiramisu. I completely missed the taste of coffee. It's part of the experience, though, especially since it's supposed to wake you up; hence—I think—the name: "Pull me up," meaning "wake me up." It also consisted mainly of mascarpone. There were maybe a few pavesini on top. I've heard of it with the savoiardi (spoon biscuits), but they're solid from top to bottom. That way, at least they have some bite. But below the Pavesini (or whatever) there was just a "mascarpone lake." Certainly not bad, but not particularly appealing in terms of taste. But as I said: a matter of taste. Having been there five times already, I can highly recommend it. In 2019, for example, I had the melted cheese with truffle – without honey upon request; then the pappardelle al cinghiale; or the simple lentil soup. This time we had the tagliere, the pasta with capra, and each of the duck breast and beef, I think. In 2019, we had an appetizer that was extremely complex; hence the numerous photos. Very interesting back then was this kind of meatloaf with balsamic vinegar; but half as thick as in Germany. It tasted much more refined, though. The house wine was also surprisingly good: only €8 a liter back then. By the way: the pool was, of course, very clean. Parking is convenient and free in front of the circular square in front of the pedestrian bridge over the Nera River. It's great that this restaurant exists: highly recommended, as it combines typical Umbrian cuisine with high quality.

14/12/2025: I went to this restaurant with friends. It was a super positive experience. The food was excellent. They have an a la carte menu, as well as a set menu with well-made options. The atmosphere was very nice, well-kept, and authentic. The staff was young, friendly, helpful, polite, and very kind. Plus, being celiac, I didn't have to miss out on anything; I ate very well, and they're also certified. Well done, guys! We'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: We booked today for 2:00 PM and were assigned a table near the door that kept opening due to the constant coming and going of customers. The air was cold, and we mentioned the problem to the staff, who didn't hesitate to move us. I'm a restaurateur and I understand that on days like these, every little problem is a big problem, but the staff made things right with us, smiling, and we had a truly wonderful time. The food was excellent, and the menu was high-quality, even for celiacs. In our group, we have a friend with a gluten allergy, and finally, for the first time, I saw her eat a full meal, ordering from a variety of dishes. Furthermore (and here's the professional bias), in a place with stone walls, I didn't see a speck of dust on the myriad of wine bottles on display. Well done, restaurants like this should be held up as an example. Congratulations

27/10/2025: I had dinner with a friend. The place is truly charming, with typical Assisi architecture. The staff was super friendly. Service was quick. We both had tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles and with truffles. It's a shame that both pastas lacked salt. Otherwise, everything was fine.
