24/07/2025: We had dinner at this gluten-free restaurant. The ombricelli were excellent, both cacio e pepe and Orvietana. The wine was good and the dessert was mouth-watering. Cecilia was very kind.

21/07/2025: I've been wanting to eat at this place for a long time, and it's always made a good impression on me, inviting me in not only with its welcoming appearance but also with the aromas of authentic cooking, wafting in from the street. A few days ago, my daughters and I had the chance to compare our impressions with the real thing. What can I say, guys! We ate wonderfully! The cuisine is prepared by real Umbrian women who, beyond traditional dishes, offer innovations that deserve special attention. All the dishes are thoroughly explained by one of the owners, Cecilia. She takes the time to explain each individual dish, highlighting their quality and provenance from various parts of Umbria. What can I say... well done, well done, well done! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and healthily. I can't wait to try their other offerings!

19/07/2025: A charming place, just like its employees, who were a delight. The town is beautiful, and the restaurant is worth a visit for a quiet evening. The pasta is delicious.

13/07/2025: Don't miss it! Go inside or take a seat on the outdoor terrace. Had an excellent lunch here this afternoon. It's difficult to choose from the delicious dishes on the menu, but the scrambled eggs with truffle are highly recommended! Complemented by a glass of wine from the excellent wine list. On top of that, the service is welcoming and friendly! Absolutely true to what another reviewer wrote: "If I lived here, I'd be here every day!"

08/07/2025: We were very well received, the setting in the heart of nature is charming. The dishes were excellent, especially the herb ham and roast potatoes! I recommend it, we had a very good evening!

01/07/2025: We had dinner on a delightful terrace in the historic center of Spoleto, enjoying a splendid evening atmosphere. The setting is truly enchanting: intimate and refined. The food was excellent, with well-presented dishes and quality ingredients. Some preparations could be further refined to reach a truly excellent level, but overall the gastronomic experience was more than satisfactory. The real strong point, however, was the staff: welcoming, attentive, never intrusive but always present. Impeccable, friendly and professional service, which contributed decisively to making the evening special. Recommended for those looking for a romantic dinner or simply a relaxing experience with good food and high-level service, in the heart of one of the most fascinating cities in Umbria.

03/06/2025: A true fine dining experience. Service was impeccable with excellent food presentation. The food was delicious especially the pasta truffle, pigeon and chocolate sphere. The wine advice was spot on.

13/08/2025: A huge and well-organized restaurant for groups and families with children, with a playground adjacent to the tables to let off steam while waiting for their food, avoiding grumbling, nagging, and tantrums. That alone would be worth a full 5 stars. Excellent and varied appetizers, good pizzas, although we had to ask twice for the baby version (which should have arrived with the others) (a likely, and forgivable, oversight by the kitchen). Plenty of parking nearby. Average prices.

03/08/2025: Five of us went to the theater festival from Spain and arrived very late. They were just closing, yet they were so kind to serve us with a smile. The food was so good and the service was so pleasant that we decided to come back a few days ago. We made them wait again due to work, and even though the kitchen closed at 2:00 PM, they continued serving us until 3:00 PM. Even when they had to close, they asked us if we wanted coffee. It felt like home. You can tell the high quality of the ingredients and the excellent cuisine. Thanks to the waiters, cooks, and boss. You're amazing, keep it up! We hope to come back soon. 10/07/2025: A chance discovery, and it was absolutely delicious! The kids thought it was the best pasta they'd ever had. A wide selection of dishes, incredibly affordable for us tourists compared to restaurants in surrounding towns. Everything was very fresh, and the service was excellent. I've been coming to Italy for 37 years, and I had the best panna cotta I've ever had here. We'll definitely be back.

20/06/2025: I have been going to Noci for 30 years and I have not yet managed to eat badly. Traditional Umbrian cuisine, with the quality and freshness of the product always at its best. Daniela is a true hostess, kind and present. The roe deer with red fruits is heavenly... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for lunch, dinner and also for ceremonies.

13/08/2025: Below average. Nothing special. The food was good, but I've had better. I'd leave the service alone. I have to set the table, go get my own food.... First courses here, second courses there. If I want to top it off with desserts, coffee, or liqueurs, I have to queue up again, hoping to be served within the next 20 minutes. AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED! A word of advice... If you want to handle more customers, hire more people! Otherwise, forget it. It'll just create confusion.

12/08/2025: We went here for a couples dinner. It was a very unique experience, as there's no table service, but they're very well organized. Very good value. Two appetizers, a first course, a second course, two side dishes, two waters, wine, dessert, and coffee cost €60. The food was all good. They don't take reservations; I recommend coming when they open, otherwise the wait might be long.
