19/07/2025: Locale già di nostra conoscenza, purtroppo è peggiorato , antipasti affettati discreti ma crostini di fegatini assolutamente negativi,pizza bianca fiori acciughe e pomodorini troppo cotta specialmente sotto ho dovuto buttarne via un bel po' Peccato perché la location specialmente di estate è ottima. Questo sotto non è riferito al ristorante ma è un consiglio, attenzione al parcheggio grande nel piazzale sterrato davanti al ristorante c'è un grosso dislivello fra asfalto e sterrato e si rischia di fare danni alla macchina.

17/08/2025: 100% recommended. Because the rooftop was full I was set on the balcony and that was the best thing ever. Food was delicious and service outstanding.

17/07/2025: Our stay here was the perfect start to our Italy trip. We were warmly welcomed by Salina, the friendly concierge, who patiently answered all our (many) questions—this was our first time traveling to Italy. She brought us extra hangers and ice, helped us find a place to eat, and even made us dinner reservations. We stayed in Room #1, which was spacious enough for our luggage and had a large hutch for hanging clothes. The shower was small—expected for Italy—but the water pressure was gloriously strong. The AC worked well, and a large window opened up to let in the fresh country air. Matteo, the owner, was our point of contact before the trip and was very attentive to our needs, although we didn’t get to meet him in person. Breakfast each morning was plentiful: meats, breads, yogurt, and delicious cappuccinos. Paulo was also on hand during our stay and was very friendly and helpful. The views from the patio were stunning—overlooking the countryside and the city center. We had dinner in the street-side courtyard, and the atmosphere was unforgettable. Our server, Alicia, was friendly and funny, especially once we settled in and got chatting. The food was both delicious and generous in portion. Impruneta felt like a peaceful countryside village. There’s not a ton to do in town, but there’s enough variety for food and drinks. We explored Florence (30 minutes north), Pisa (1.2 hours west), and San Gimignano and Greve (about 1 hour south). We stayed for 4 nights, which felt just right for both the hotel and the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape the heavy tourist areas—we were among the only Americans in the village. I suspect that will change as we head next to the Amalfi Coast!

08/07/2025: Restaurant in a delightful wooded setting. It also has outdoor tables. The first courses are good, the steak and sliced ​​steak are perfectly cooked. The fried chicken is disappointing, made with strips of breast but above all for the too thick breading. They do not have bulk wines. The prices of the bottles are a bit excessive: minimum white 20, minimum red 25.

08/07/2025: If it's hot, not recommended....if you're in the area for hiking when it's cool, a stop could be nice! The tagliatelle ai funghi and the tortelli ricotta e spinaci not that great, maybe the fiorentina from the look for sure!

12/08/2025: A friendly welcome, large and very good pizzas, surely the best I have ever eaten. An extraordinary tiramisu, I highly recommend it if you are visiting Florence.

30/07/2025: Excellent and authentic trattoria fiorentina. The bistecca fiorentina is excellent and if you like red meat t that's a must in Tuscany. The menu is not big and some products were not available but what you get is fresh and good. Service is typical Florence style. Tables are organised in long common tables which make the ambience even more typical. Recommended!!!

16/08/2025: In the beautiful Barberino di Mugello shopping center, there's this restaurant where I ate an excellent Florentine steak! The staff is very kind and helpful! Definitely worth a try!

Ma ciò che fa la differenza, lasciatemelo dire, è la gente che porta avanti questa splendida “bottega”. Massimiliano, gabry e tutta la squadra….Mio posto del cuore a Firenze.

05/05/2025: Allá Vecchia Bettola está fuera de la trampa turística en Florencia - vale la pena dejar el centro y salir aquí. Nos encantó todo y la oportunidad de visitar otras partes de Florencia. La comida es maravillosa - el servicio y el ambiente también. Si tuviéramos la oportunidad y nos quedamos más tiempo en la zona, sin duda habríamos vuelto para otra cena o almuerzo.

03/08/2025: Horrible service, from the check-in with the host to the terrible waiter. Worst we’ve ever experienced in Florence. Food was decent but no better than any of the hundreds of other places you can go in this area. After all of the rudeness and poor service, our waiter had the gall to tell us that service wasn’t included (it WAS, at 4.50 pp) and BLOCKED us from leaving the table until we handed him cash. Unreal. STAY AWAY.

27/07/2025: La trattoria Sanesi è stata una bella esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al cinghiale:sugo molto buono e papardelle artigianali; un buon piatto. Per secondo un misto griglia:piccione,rostinciana e groppa;la rostinciana solo per gola,buona ma niente di che il piccione e la groppa buonissimi la groppa saporita e tenerissima con il giusto grasso che la rendeva succulenta il piccione buono e ben cotto. Avevano una vasta varietà di dolci ma noi abbiamo preso i classici cantuccini con vin santo..un buon vinsanto e anche i cantuccini buoni. La cameriera è stata molto cortese,gentile e accogliente attenta ad ogni nostra necessità. Il locale nonostante fosse pieno di clienti ha una bella atmosfera dove non si avverte confusione. Il prezzo è stato giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. I parcheggi non mancano tutti gratis nelle vicinanze. consigliatissimo. Per chi non è di Lastra a signa poi,essendo la trattoria proprio nel centro del paese, si può fare una bella passeggiata per visitare questo piccolo centro storico.

27/07/2025: Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo preso antipasto misto per tutti , 1 bistecca x 3 (1,500 Kg. circa), 1 filetto al pepe verde, funghi porcini di contorno, 2 dolci, vino della casa (tot. 185€). Il personale è cortese e il prezzo è nella media, niente da eccepire. Sinceramente però, da un locale blasonato come questo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Cioè, ho mangiato una bistecca come molte altre, buona, ma niente di speciale. Bello il posto fuori che hanno sul retro.

29/07/2025: Non consigliato il lunedì xchè unico ristorante aperto in zona Scandicci, molta gente rumorosa in saloni interno, qualità del menù mediocre pur essendo alto i prezzi.Da evitare la grigliata mista xchè vi è solo pollo e una salsiccia abbrustolita, vago tentativo di rostinciana. Servizio buono e camerieri carini.

26/07/2025: Beautiful view, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was lovely. There were six of us and we chose from all sorts of dishes. Everyone was delighted with the food. I had tripe with citrus fruits, a Florentine specialty. I accompanied my dish with fried vegetables and a glass of prosecco. It was excellent!

02/08/2025: We went to eat there and each ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The pizzas tasted like the frozen ones from the supermarket: almost no flavor, soft dough, and completely white underneath, as if it had just been reheated and put on a plate. We expected a freshly made pizza, well-cooked and with minimal flavor, but instead we found ourselves eating something we could easily have reheated at home. The bill was also quite high, more than you'd pay at a real pizzeria where the pizza is truly good. We won't be back, nor would we recommend it.

02/08/2025: Nice place, great welcome, and fast, efficient service. The owner, who is also the chief, is really friendly and attentive. The value for money is truly excellent. We'll be back.

31/07/2025: The food is good, but it's too expensive. Dinner with friends, 6 covers, 4 bottles of house wine and 1 of prosecco, 3 appetizers, 6 first courses, 1 Florentine steak (1.5 kg), some rosticciane and scamerite with side dishes, a plate of Livorno braciole... 2 desserts, water and coffee... 90 euros per person!!! I didn't know they'd awarded it two Michelin stars...

29/07/2025: Pésimo, ha bajado muchísimo tanto en calidad como servicio. Fueron de una prepotencia terrible, no tiene carta en inglés y no se entiende la carta. El código qr no funciona. Pedimos un caffe latte y les pareció un insulto que pidiéramos eso. En fin terrible experiencia y desde luego no volveré
