14/08/2025: Excellent location, right in the town square. The room was standard, fairly clean, but a towel was missing, and a bar of soap was already opened. But the biggest problem was the lack of breakfast. We'd mentioned that one of us ate a savory breakfast, but the morning clerk didn't know, so she brought a single croissant and then half a schiacciatina from the next door. The coffee and cappuccino were poor.

30/10/2025: We booked a Pasta & Tiramisu cooking class on Expedia.ca, and this was the location for it. Our Chef and teacher Julia was amazing !!!! Her fun personality and humor made this night absolutely fantastic. We also had a fun group and got to know people from different countries and share travel tips etc. Our food was exceptionally tasty and they gave us lots of wine. Would definitely return

27/10/2025: Booked a cooking class while on vacation. Highly recommend! Giulia was unbelievable, and treated us like friends, not tourists. She was very informative and guided us through the experience. We made pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. If you're in the area and have a few hours, I would book a class.

08/11/2025: Exceptional! The appetizer of crostini and cured meats is a blend of well-matched flavors and quality cured meats! The beef skewer with pancetta is truly exquisite, the meat tender as butter and flavorful. The "cazzata siciliana" is a must-try. Bravo, Andrea!

13/11/2025: The house is a bit dated... But everything is clean, the rooms are nice, and the roof terrace is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's affordable and centrally located. I'd gladly stay again.

02/11/2025: The hotel was very clean, and the service was good. What I liked was that the hotel was pet-friendly. We didn't have breakfast there, but the food looked very good. The receptionist was very attentive to our needs. The location was great because it's right across from a plaza, perfect for walking the dog or going for a stroll.

12/07/2025: Allora il posto è molto bello e la terrazza è molto aereggiata e all’ ombra, i tortelloni alla Mugellana sono una cosa spaziale, anche i funghi porcini uguali. Tutto era perfetto se non per lo staff, soprattutto una cameriera mora che ha rovinato completamente l esperienza, facendo togliere un bel 5 stelle e rovinare il nostro pranzo. Sgarbata, maleducata, antipatica e non dico altro, abbiamo provato a chiamarla diverse volte perché ci mancavano delle cose sul tavolo faceva finta di non sentirci e quando ci sentiva diceva in continuazione arrivo arrivo, senza mai arrivare. Quando poi alla fine sua grazia ha deciso di presentarsi e stata maleducata a rispondere e ogni volta che porta qualcosa al tavolo lo tirava e lo sbatteva. Se sei nervosa o frustrata te ne stai a casa, non rovini le giornate anche agli altri. Peccato perché l esperienza sarebbe stata davvero ottima. Il titolare dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti a riguardo. Purtroppo se dovessi rivederla ancora qui cambierò posto, non ci tengo ad avere un altra esperienza simile. La cattiveria non è apprezzata. I prezzi sono ottimi per la qualità che offrono.

27/07/2025: Semplicemente fantastico dal primo fino al dolce. Abbiamo preso i pici cacio e pepe, una fiorentina con patate e un tiramisù. Il locale è piccolo ma caratteristico e i camerieri sono gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente per una cena intima, ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta.

06/08/2025: Cena domenica d'agosto. Serata fresca, ambiente esterno piacevole. Due primi di buona qualità, quindi morbide scaloppine e croccante coniglio fritto. Per non farci mancare niente un bel tiramisù. Acqua vinodella casa e caffè , conto poco più di 70 euro. Servizio attento e cordiale. Bella serata

06/08/2025: Sono una cliente storica del ristorante. Questa sera a cena ho trovato tutto il personale nuovo. Ho ordinato le lasagne e mi è arrivato un piatto pieno di sugo con una fetta da meno di mezza porzione. I prezzi sono aumentati, la qualità del cibo è diminuita, il servizio scadente è poco attento. Tempi di attesa molto più lunghi che in passato. Come distruggere il mito di una trattoria in una cena... Assolutamente sconsigliato.

28/11/2025: After work, we went on a trip out of Florence and arrived at this restaurant later than expected for lunch. Despite the delay, the owners, a wonderful couple, seated us anyway. They prepared a sublime first course, delicious; the potatoes were also delicious, and the tiramisu the lady makes was excellent.

29/10/2025: Today I'm writing a new review of my favorite restaurant for several reasons, delicious food, whether it's pizza, meat..... and desserts..... good price, excellent service, semi-family run, I often go to relax and enjoy a beautiful landscape and a nice evening, with my wife or friends, last time there were 4 of us, we wanted meat, but we wanted a mix, and I must say that the waiters, even though it was off the menu, they satisfied us, what more could you want?! Now I'm organizing a dinner with work colleagues, having in addition to the summer outside in the greenery, they have a large room and a smaller one inside, in fact I have celebrated various events there over the years, birthdays and family ceremonies with convenient packages, I highly recommend it!

The Florentine steak arrived cold, and even after asking to reheat it, it remained lukewarm: a detail that greatly impacts the enjoyment of the house's signature dish. The service was adequate but unwelcoming—not even a smile—and the place appears neglected and in need of some renovation and upkeep. Despite all this, the price is quite high. In short: good for tourists attracted by the atmosphere and the idea of ​​a shared table, less suitable for Italian customers who are passionate about food and dining culture and seek attention to detail, temperature of the dishes, and warm, personal service. With a few tweaks to cooking times, hospitality, and space, CocoLezzone could offer an experience worthy of its history.

10/11/2025: Osteria Bonanni is a Tuscan trattoria that focuses on traditional cuisine, serving typical dishes and a lively, almost boisterous atmosphere, in keeping with the style of old-fashioned osterias. The ambiance is pleasantly rustic, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by inefficient service. Orders are taken only by the owner, a decision that slows down the entire process and creates inevitable disruptions. In our case, we waited over an hour for our dishes to arrive, already halfway through our second bottle of wine—a wine list that, incidentally, wasn't even brought to our table. When the dishes finally arrived, the quality was inconsistent: the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, for example, was prepared with rehydrated dried mushrooms, not fresh ones, a disappointing feature for a cuisine that focuses on Tuscan tradition. Another sore point: the wine prices. The Chianti and Tuscan wines on the menu are significantly higher than the average for other restaurants in the area, even though they're the same labels. When we received the bill, we expressed disappointment, but the explanation we received—"It's Saturday, we're full"—doesn't justify the long waits and poor organization. In conclusion, Osteria Bonanni has interesting gastronomic potential and an authentic atmosphere, but the service and overall management aren't up to par. With more attention to detail and customer service, it could really make a difference.
