07/05/2025: Just go - this is Way under-rated. The young chef is brilliant with subtle modern takes on classic Tuscan food. We are regulars. It’s the sort of table where each dish is passed around and commented on. The lunch crowd starts with locals - always a good sign. I could get poetic You’ll learn to love pici vongole again. The garlic is a summery cloud Tagliatelle with meaty white Ragu. Yum. Bacala shredded over a creamy beet bed - but no milk Really. Just go.

01/06/2025: One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! I came across it while wandering the streets of Florence. There was a bit of a line, but it was worth the wait. The bread was freshly baked, and they made a huge sandwich with the ingredients of your choice. It was so big that I had it packed and snacked on it all day while exploring the city. I went with roasted eggplant, aged cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, smoked turkey, and arugula (trust my taste! :) ) Thank you 🇮🇹🥪✨

24/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. We were very satisfied with both the food (we had three appetizers and two first courses) and the service. The owner was very kind and even offered us the two glasses of wine we had ordered. Highly recommended!

20/11/2024: Per una cena di famiglia in un freddo lunedì sera ci siamo fermati in questo locale… Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. I primi piatti erano tutti deliziosi,il ragù bianco delizioso,i ravioli al mascarpone davvero saporiti…anche gli antipastini centrali che abbiamo provato ci hanno deliziati. Insomma se volete provare i sapori e i sentori tipici toscani questa osteria fa il caso vostro! Complimenti

04/05/2025: Tra gli aspetti positivi segnalo l'ottima qualità della carne e dei vini (nonché la conservazione). Sono rimasta invece infastidita dall'invadenza e dall'insistenza del signore all'ingresso del locale. Inoltre gli è stato chiesto cosa ci fosse come proposta vegetariana e ha elencato una serie di verdure non presenti nel menù. Ho trovato spropositato il costo di 7 EURO per un' insalata MISTA (?!) a base di iceberg, 3 striscette di carote e 2 pomodorini.

03/06/2025: Ristorante Falcone is a real gem. A historic restaurant with a unique atmosphere, the staff was very attentive and courteous, making us feel at home. The food was fantastic, the appetizers and first courses were much appreciated, but the real winner was the grilled chicken, simply superb! The price is more than fair considering the quality and service. The only complaint would be the sign on the window that prohibits dogs when in reality the staff was very welcoming, so perhaps it would be a good idea to remove the sticker - which is now faded - to make them feel welcome. In any case, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality culinary experience! 5/5 stars.

28/05/2025: At the recommendation of our hotel, we went to eat at "Il Falcone." We're French and don't speak Italian, and our English is mediocre. The waitress went out of her way to answer our questions (garlic and olive oil intolerance issues), being very friendly and cheerful. The food is simply excellent. The chef came to see us to ask if everything was okay... he was also very friendly. I highly recommend this establishment. Our only regret... not being able to return during our stay. Thank you, "Il Falcone" 👍

15/05/2025: Wine bar with Tuscan cuisine, small but welcoming and well-furnished, wood predominates the furniture which is warm and in typical Tuscan style. Located near the Medici villa. The menu is well structured, we tasted cutting boards and first courses accompanied by an excellent Barco Reale wine. Helpful staff. My friend and I spent a special evening, we will definitely be back❤️

22/04/2025: We went to this restaurant on January 6th 15 years ago. It was just us, it was very cold, and everything in the area was closed. They served us especially well. It was the most memorable experience we had at a family meal. Now, 15 years later, we went back to try to relive that moment. It was incredible, the same chef served us and we laughed a lot. Our son is now married, we have a few more gray hairs... But the place still has a very special energy... As does the service and the food. We took the photo again, of course...

15/05/2025: Il ristorante ci è stato consigliato dal ricevimento dell' Hotel dove soggiornavamo. All'arrivo è molto suggestivo e richiama storie da Re Artù. Ambiente bellissimo, molto curato e personalizzato. Si intravedeva fuori un patio con archi che fa sognare le belle serate estive quando tira la brezza della sera . Accoglienza molto bella, con quel senso "di casa " ma mai invadente. I proprietari sono una bellissima coppia con il figlio e tutti hanno una mansione precisa . Tutti sorridono. Nel nostro rango c'era Giulio un ragazzo fantastico che lavora li da adolescente. Perfettamente nel suo ruolo un giovane " adulto ". Si mangia benissimo, antipasti , primi , secondi e dolci è tutto in armonia. Abbiamo cenato due volte di seguito e con nostro grande e piacevole stupore Giulio ci aveva messo da parte la bottiglia di vino che non avevano terminato la sera prima ( ! ) veramente unico in Italia ( ! ) e servita perfettamente alla giusta temperatura . Ischieto è qualità e magia, grazie a voi tutti.

09/05/2025: Indeed a beautiful view and initially nodding, nice service (not necessary), but it takes and takes. More than an hour between starter and main course!!!!! Even filling a glass of wine took a lot of time. Major negative point!!!!!! I don't think they can handle it. So a big bill for drinks and starters, then we left!

19/05/2025: We ordered a pizza Giani, which was not tasty at all!!! It cost 13€, and a small beer 4€. But we paid 21€, they charged us 4€ for napkins!!! I didn't think that for a regular service you need to pay 20% of the cost of the ordered dishes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
