23/02/2026: Delicious, high-quality dishes, professional and friendly staff. We had excellent appetizers, definitely worth trying: the pumpkin mousse with salted ricotta and chestnut cream, the tartare with a unique mustard, and the spaghetti with cavolo nero pesto. Everything was truly excellent.

Every dish was so elaborately prepared and amazing!
The 1.5kg steak was truly impressive!
It wasn't just big; it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor!
Everything was so delicious that I ended up going back two days in a row!

28/02/2026: Located in Croci di Calenzano, about 6-7 minutes from the Barberino outlet. Nicely decorated, warm welcome, and great service. The scamorza and truffle crostoni, the cacio pepe and truffle pici, the pici with duck sauce, the fillet and sliced fried potatoes, and the excellent quality/price ratio are excellent. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. We returned to try the fritto misto, tortelli with duck white sauce, and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Everything was delicious.
Congratulations. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

16/01/2026: Great restaurant with fantastic food. We ate there on our first evening in Cortona and tried several dishes. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. The only downside was the service: a long wait due to the small kitchen, and we weren't asked how we wanted our meat cooked. However, the coffee was complimentary. We'd gladly return!

Recently renovated.
14/12/2025: Large, bright restaurant with a varied and extensive menu and excellent food quality. Prices aren't the cheapest, but it's a great setting for business dinners and large gatherings.

18/01/2026: Trattoria dell'Abbondanza consistently confirms its superiority within the Pistoia restaurant scene. The atmosphere is inviting, the dishes are always well-crafted, and the ingredients are excellent. The service is impeccable, and the lively and casual manager, assisted by his young assistant, creates a family-friendly atmosphere. The chef is always a guarantee.
Highly recommended!!!

10/03/2026: As a celiac, I had a wonderful time; the welcome and atmosphere were very similar to a trattoria. Kudos to the kitchen and the young woman (probably the manager?) who welcomed and served us.

02/01/2026: Disappointing New Year's Eve evening booked because we were staying in the relais next door but total disappointment, badly eaten, cold dishes and not at all friendly who served us then for the bill an hour waiting and if you didn't check it even wrong
02/01/2026: Terrible New Year's Eve dinner forced as we were staying at the Relais Santa Margherita at the moment there were 8 of us outside temperature 2° in the room -5° 🙈

04/01/2026: The place is very nice, all in typical Umbrian stone. The service was friendly but quick; they served our first courses while we were still eating our appetizers. Then we waited a bit for dessert, I think because it was crowded. The appetizers weren't great, but the first courses were plentiful and good, especially the pici all'aglione. The cappelli del prete were good, but a few more minutes of cooking would have been excellent. Prices were normal.
01/01/2026: Lots of people, poor service... slow and imprecise, but the food is good. Improve your timing and accuracy, and this place will be top-notch.

15/02/2026: We dined on Valentine's Day with an à la carte menu. The place is very unique and beautiful. The service was excellent and fast. The dishes were excellent and of the highest quality. They weren't the typical menu, but they paired excellent ingredients, both in taste and presentation. Considering the quality of the products and the attentive service, the price was definitely excellent. Recommended for a lunch or dinner that's a little different from the norm.

05/08/2025: Pochi piatti ma molto ben cucinati, atmosfera familiare e un oste che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Prezzi alti ma in linea con lo standard di Pienza: molto gradito il liquore finale…. ci facciamo uno Spinello? 😁 Ci tornerei anche domani!
31/07/2025: Ambiente gradevole e personale molto gentile menù molto limitato e prezzi esosi. Pici all'aglione buoni ma non abbondanti e un prezzo elevato (18 euro). Una lattina di Coca Cola 5 euro, un bicchiere di vino della casa 8 euro.
Non lo consiglio nè ci tornerei.

30/10/2025: Fiorentina is always Fiorentina. Mine may not have been exceptional, but it was excellent nonetheless. The wait was a bit long, but the venue was spectacular. The house wine was excellent. A very positive note: they don't have cell phone reception. Divine. Best regards, the guardian cat. See you soon.
