Friendly and very courteous staff. We took a typically Tuscan menu. Optimal. We will definitely be back.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui ho mangiato. Locale accogliente e curato nei particolari ivi compresa la pulizia. Menú vario e originale con proposte sia di mare che di terra in grado di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Cucina di alto livello a partire dalla qualità delle materie prime. Cantina molto fornita con vini di ogni livello e, comunque, tutti di qualità. Lo stesso dicasi per i liquori e gli amari. Personale cortese e servizio ineccepibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti gentilmente dal personale di sala che ci ha accompagnati al tavolo Atmosfera rilassante regalata da un gioco di luci soffuse I tavoli hanno la giusta proporzione rispetto alla sala ed le distanze sono buone non creando quella sensazione di sovraffollamento. Tra prenotazione e consegna portate sono passati al massimo 15’ L’hamburger e patatine ordinati erano buonissimi e di ottima qualità Ottimo il mille foglie con crema pasticcera e frutti di bosco Prezzo ottimo rispetto al consumato

Avrei dato forse un punto in più se solo il personale di sala fosse stato più gentile e l’acqua naturale non avesse avuto un sapore/odore davvero sgradevole. Purtroppo ci siamo buttati sulla pizza che non ci ha stupito per niente, davvero troppo sottile e non molto condita, ne servirebbero due per riempire uno stomaco medio! Peccato perché gli altri piatti sembravano davvero buoni, il locale è anche molto carino! Chissà magari in futuro avremo modo di provare altro dal menu! Prezzi nella media, accettabilissimi.

05/04/2024: The Hostaria "Il Granaio" is a real culinary jewel just outside Pisa. Having received plenty of recommendations from friends and family, our recent visit confirmed its reputation for excellence. Extraordinary quality of the dishes offered. The homemade pasta was excellent but the real star of the evening was the mucco pisano. The meat is served with skill and passion, and every bite is an explosion of authentic and intense flavours, which reflect the love and attention dedicated to the selection of ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. The Hostaria "Il Granaio" has truly proven to be an embassy of traditional Tuscan cuisine. The wine selection on offer was equally impressive. It is evident that Hostaria "Il Granaio" dedicates the same care and attention to its wine list as it does to the gastronomic menu. The attention to the customer demonstrated by the staff is courteous, professional and attentive to every need, guaranteeing impeccable service from start to finish. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere, excellent quality/price ratio. We highly recommend all lovers of good food and good wine who wish to savor the best of the Tuscan tradition to stop by this fantastic place.

19/01/2024: I recommend everyone to go there, you eat excellently and feel very good, the rating would be 3.8 but only because of the prices, for the rest it's the best... probably whoever says the prices are good is very rich😅 It is a spacious 2-storey cellar renovated to perfection, with rustic but at the same time elegant furnishings; the atmosphere is very welcoming also thanks to the friendly, cordial and helpful staff. Very fast service. Excellent food both for simple and more refined dishes. Maximum satisfactory wine list. The only real flaw is the bill...the prices are definitely too high, otherwise I would have given it 4.5/5.
