Top class food!
Small trattoria in the center of Casale di Pari, excellent quality food, with adequate prices. Very basic place, as is the service. Bathroom very difficult to access, especially if taller than 1.60m and poorly maintained. Despite this, the dishes offered absolutely deserve a stop in this spartan trattoria.
Absolutely recommended for those who don't get lost in the surrounding details, but are looking for a place to eat well.

Mrs. Rosanna has been dedicated to her work as a chef for years, and you can sense her passion when speaking with her at every explanation of the dish or sharing of a memory. This alone is worth the experience. Popular cuisine with genuine flavours. I found the French fries of "once upon a time": peeled potato, cut into slices by hand and dipped in oil, like my grandmother used to do.
