31/07/2025: Ambiente gradevole e personale molto gentile menù molto limitato e prezzi esosi. Pici all'aglione buoni ma non abbondanti e un prezzo elevato (18 euro). Una lattina di Coca Cola 5 euro, un bicchiere di vino della casa 8 euro. Non lo consiglio nè ci tornerei.

21/07/2025: 7 of us arrived at lunch and they were able to accommodate us at an outside table. Nice menu with good options plus knowledgeable help with wines. We all found something we wanted and service was efficient but not rushed. Quiet setting on small side street near one of city gates. Good recommendation from our city walk guide.

20/07/2025: A quaint and welcoming place. Young and very knowledgeable staff. Typical local dishes, very well prepared. Perfectly cooked meat! Excellent first courses. High-quality ingredients. We were surprised by the truly amazing wild organic olive oil...we bought two bottles, even though the price is high, it's worth every penny! I would go back.

20/07/2025: Due to highway construction, which forced us to exit shortly after Florence, we found the Carmagnini restaurant along Provincial Road 8, where, as it was now lunchtime, we stopped. We never imagined we'd find such high-quality food. Everything was excellent, even the coffee, which is usually not excellent in restaurants, was delicious and served in an elegant white ceramic cup. Our warmest compliments to the excellent chef and the very kind wait staff. P.S. The Carmagnini restaurant is one we would recommend to anyone who wants to savor excellent, tasty dishes, freshly cooked, and made with top-quality ingredients. 10/08/2025: I found this place through Reddit and it was really good. We reserved in the morning of and then it was just me and my mom. You can sit and see into the street and watch people pass by. Lovely. There's two rooms available. We went to the one that is next to the main one which was really nice. The decoration, the ambiance, and it was all really cozy and it looked very authentic and the food was really good. That was one of the best steaks I've had in my life and we shared it with my mom. We had some appetizers as well and then for dessert we tried the tiramisu. It was good but it was not the best but it was really in my top 10 I would say. The ravioli with pistachios was truly amazing. So creamy and delicious. I would definitely reserve ahead and then make sure I go there again. I can still taste the meat. It was amazing and the staff is really nice and helpful. They speak English also.

09/08/2025: Historic Florentine restaurant, right in the center, high quality food, waiters with great experience, professionalism, high prices but in line with others in the center, if you go here you know what you'll find, we ate very well, took advantage of the fork discount and we will gladly return, well done

22/07/2025: Christening lunch. The appetizers were excellent, especially the fried food; golden and crispy. The burrata-filled ravioli with zucchini and (a little) asparagus were also good; the zucchini flowers, which were listed on the menu as ingredients, were completely missing. The veal tagliata was unsatisfactory; in my opinion, it was overcooked and full of sinew; perhaps it was bad luck. The roast potatoes side dish also received a poor rating: dry and flavorless. Overall, it was good. Worth a try. The ambiance, both inside and out, was lovely. The air conditioning was poor in summer. It could be improved for hotter days.

10/08/2025: An excellent experience, a well-kept venue with multiple dining rooms and an outdoor area. Four of us went last night, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The cuisine is homemade, but exceptionally high quality. The attentive service, the extensive wine list, covering all price ranges, and, above all, the sommelier's professionalism in recommending the best dishes are second to none. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

09/08/2025: We've already had two dinners here, and we enjoyed both the food and the wines. I only have one small complaint about the second time we were there: unfortunately, the truffles weren't fragrant enough. (July) But that won't stop us from returning for dinner.

12/08/2025: Our family loved this place so much, that it became our daily stop for Spritz in the afternoon. The food was amazing, the staff super friendly and the atmosphere sitting outside was fantastic.

17/08/2025: The quality of the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and charming, creating the perfect setting for our dinner. The service was impeccable; the staff was not only kind and professional, but also extremely attentive, without ever being intrusive. They surprised us with various tastings of typical specialties, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

06/07/2025: Restaurante familiar de alto nivel culinario con buena relación calidad-precio. Sirven aperitivos por cortesía de la casa a modo de aperitivo entrante. Ofrecen varias opciones de menú degustación, pero también se puede pedir a la carta. Fuimos a cenar en pareja, y pedimos 4 platos: - Los mejores mejillones en escabeche de nuestra vida (y mira que hemos probado unos cuantos!), servidos sobre un hueso con tuétano!! - Foie: un medallón con varios tipos diferentes de pan tostado para untarlo. - Raviolis de gambas con trufa: muy sabrosos. - Corba roja con vegetales: bien cocinada. Para beber: mi mujer embarazada de 4 meses tomó una botella de agua y yo un un cóctel Di Sole E D’Azurro (muy refrescante y poco cargado de alcohol). De postre un tiramisú y un café Fredo con Bailleys. Todo ello con una excelente atención por parte de los 3 miembros de la familia que regenta el negocio: sin duda un sitio para volver y recomendar. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo!! En total pagamos 125€.
