10/08/2025: A truly positive experience in a natural setting, with wild boars just a meter from our table. The service was prompt and very courteous. The carefully prepared food was excellent. A restaurant to recommend.

28/06/2025: We had a really great time at Ciribè! Everything was excellent and plentiful, homemade bread, homemade pasta, even homemade jams and sauces... everything was top notch! And let's not even talk about the desserts, divine. Sincere compliments to the owners, friendly and competent.

11/08/2025: If you’re not Italian, come if you want to experience disappointment :) Was turned away although there were seats and we weren’t given the chance to wait for seats either — should have read other reviews that the place does not welcome tourists. Anyway, the restaurant was very warm. Glad we missed it.

17/07/2025: A homey tavern, but with refined dishes, carefully prepared with excellent, top-quality products, impeccable service. I've been there twice with colleagues and what can I say? They made us feel at home right away. The waitresses are courteous, polite, and always ready for a joke. The price is more than fair for the taste experience they offer. The thing that blew me away the most is the tartare. The only flaw is that the dishes lack truffles 🤣🤣🤣🤣, of course, it's completely covered in them. Oh, and for those who hate truffles, stay away because the aroma can be smelled from outside and as soon as you walk in, it overwhelms you and your taste buds go crazy! 03/08/2025: Bella Location, cucina a vista, ambiente familiare, purtroppo tutto non può andar bene, ma un locale rinomato per i funghi dove vengono presentati funghi fritti molli e unti, No!!!

02/08/2025: It deserves 5 stars overall. Let's start with the truly charming location within the medieval center. Tables are arranged to the left of the walls, and despite the crowds passing by on the next street, they manage to leave you comfortable at your table because they're recessed and covered. The welcome was truly superb; the lady greeted us (reservation required) with a glass of prosecco. We sat down immediately and ordered four fish courses. The dishes were generous, excellent value for money. It's impossible to leave unsatisfied with the food. The catch of the day was truly fresh, as were the raw fish dishes we ordered by phone, which were truly superb and were fulfilled (not everyone!). The mixed fried fish was batter-light, so you could taste the flavors of the fish underneath. And then we moved on to the desserts... what can I say... all homemade by them. We had two cheesecakes that were totally unlike anything you've ever tasted. I don't know what spread they use, but it's creamy, not gelatinous, and even without the topping, it was superb. Definitely a place you MUST go if you want to eat well in Castiglione della Pescaia. I thank the entire staff for their helpfulness, and we congratulate them once again. A truly well-deserved 5 stars!

09/08/2025: Great experience. I was surprised because I thought it would be a typical tourist restaurant, but it's not at all. Quality food, with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor. We loved the fresh pasta and pizzas. The service was also exceptional. We were very well looked after. A place I recommend and would return to.

27/07/2025: Most delicious pastas we had in Firenze!! We had the tagliolini with truffle and pici with burrata paired with prosecco lol. This is definitely more of a local spot amongst more touristy restaurants… the service was neutral and a bit cold towards us but I don’t mind - the service towards other families was extremely warm though, so I assumed they were regulars from the area (which ofc led us to realize that this was probably a really good restaurant). Overall, if you really just crave good quiet ambience and incredibly amazing food, this is the place.

06/07/2025: Sono ormai anni che veniamo da Lauro. La loro lunga esperienza fa sì che ogni piatto sia ben "collaudato" e di qualità sempre sopra alla media seppur non raffinato: siamo infatti in una trattoria e non in un ristorante pentastellato. Personale in sala simpatico e con cui siamo ormai in confidenza eprezzo sempremolto equilibrato, anzi proprio conveniente trattandosi di cucina prevalentemente di pesce. Continueremo a tornarci.....

21/06/2025: Sono stato ieri sera con un gruppo di amici per la prima volta. Me ne parlarono molto bene, e devo dire che non sono per niente rimasto deluso. Il menù, nonostante abbia molti piatti di pesce, ha molte opzioni anche per chi preferisce la carne. Io ho preso un primo e dopo una frittura, tutto molto buono, tornerò sicuramente. Noi abbiamo cenato all’esterno, dove ci sono dei ventilatori da soffitto e si sta molto bene.

31/07/2025: We were recommended this place by our B&B and it did not disappoint. The truffle pasta and pork roulette were the highlights. Fantastic local wine selection and excellent service. Get the tiramisu!

07/08/2025: We were 10 meters away at a B&B, parking is an adventure and the owner of the restaurant is quite grumpy and annoying about parking and the space between the cars, so you can hardly get away without damage.
