11/08/2024: Recommended by friends living in the area, good restaurant for meat lovers. Relaxed atmosphere. Both the pasta and the fiorantina satisfied the entire table. Prices are average of what we saw in Tuscany. Good experience at Il Grillo Moro.

11/08/2024: Very elegant place, good distance between tables. Reception could be improved: we were left standing waiting for someone to look at us. Nothing. We seemed transparent to every staff member who passed by us. Finally a courteous and smiling boy made us sit down. The first course arrived quickly, but not the second. The waitress in basketball shoes speaks to us looking away, incapable of a smile: sub-zero empathy. To pay you need to go to the cash register. The beauty of the place and the quality of food and drinks make you forget the lack of empathy of some of the staff. We had also been there last year and had identical sensations. Not an expensive bill also in relation to the quality of the food and the beauty of the location

30/07/2024: Good raw materials and nice environment but the service took too long We sat down at 8.30pm, 7 of us with an appetizer and second dessert. We got up at 11.37pm and went to the cash register to pay, we were exhausted from waiting. It's not the first time I frequent Mibabbo and I can assert that such geological times are a habit

27/07/2024: We had dinner with our children, we ate bruschetta and Florentine steaks with different maturations: excellent meat and cooked well. Bruschettas, one better than the other. The environment is very nice and the service was excellent

27/08/2024: Come al solito per rispettare la nostra idea di "oggi pranzo leggero" ci siamo fermati al Caminetto, Un filetto al pepe verde, costolette di agnello alla griglia ed insalata mista, 1/2 litro di vino rosso, 2 caffè e 2 grappe barricate per la modica cifra di 55 €, Abbiamo prenotato anche per domani sera. Consigliatissimo!

29/07/2024: The first course with ragù was excellent and the mixed crostini were delicious... the steak was good, soft and, even if it had a few too many nerves, really juicy and tasty, the dessert with ricotta and pears was special. Classic trattoria from times gone by, the innkeeper is a person who, with his tales of the neighboring towns and the divine comedy, gives that something extra to the atmosphere. Fast, polite and welcoming service.

14/08/2024: Exceptionally delicious food (and good wine) served by very nice waiters. Even with a small child we felt welcome here. We would go there again at any time. We work without reservations. We were the first ones there that night but it filled up quickly.

18/08/2024: Absolutely wonderful! Nice place in Florence with a delicious pasta vongole. We had the pizza tonno and I think it is the best pizza I have had (and I often go to Nnea in Amsterdam and Mama in Paris, this surpasses both). The gentleman who helped us is warm and friendly, you can sit inside or outside and it is very affordable. P e r f e c t!

22/08/2024: Authentic Italian food that has been family owned for generations! The staff were very welcoming and accomodating! You can tell there is love in their labor with the quality of the food and the hand written menus!

29/08/2024: Best night. The setting was magical, the staff were amazing and the musicians just had us singing and dancing all night! Oh the food! Best meal i have had in Italy. Having the different wines explained and with which meal to have them was a bonus!

27/08/2024: The restaurant is in a nice location and the food is good, but the staff is unhelpful. Orders arrived at the table differently than they were requested, resulting in long waiting times. The staff are serious and unwelcoming, especially one girl who constantly showed a rude expression. The area we were sitting in was too sloped and, only after numerous complaints, did they put something under the table legs to level it. However, this caused difficulties for the people sitting on the other side, as the table was too high. During lunch, no one came to ask if we needed anything; we had to call ourselves to have unnecessary items removed, such as empty bottles or plates. In some cases, they served the second course before the first, without apologizing. Even though it was a birthday, no festive atmosphere was created; the staff were gloomy, making the environment heavy and boring. **NOT RECOMMENDED.**

Ottima la qualità dei taglieri.Ottimo anche il vino della casa .Super accoglienti e gentilissimi qualità ormai rara. Io oltretutto avevo chiamato ben 3 volte spostando l'ora e siamo arrivati con un notevole ritardo ma ci hanno accolto con simpatia e disponibilità .Gradevole location con terrazza all'aperto con vista sulle colline .Prezzo perfetto.
