31/05/2026: Brunello dei barbi was my best fattoria but after this experience it is just unbeatable! Every single wine is just perfect. The lunch is paired with a full glass of each of their best wine! It just became my preferred wine of all times!!!

We chose the tasting menu, with wines and dishes perfect in every detail. We especially want to highlight Serena, who welcomed us with a genuine smile and made everything even more special. 13/05/2026: Great atmosphere and lovely view from the terrace. The food is excellent and quite sophisticated in its presentation. The staff is top-notch and super friendly. Recommended place, I would gladly return. Note: I suggest the waiter serving nearby tables in the dining room/terrace choose a different type of shoe heel. It was very noisy on the terrace flooring. But that doesn't affect the review, just a suggestion. 😉🙏🏼

07/06/2026: We had a wonderful and, above all, delicious evening at Da Rosolo. Tucked away in a courtyard (don't be put off by the garbage bins from the street cleaning; there was no smell), it has plenty of small tables, including indoor seating. We started with homemade pasta with sea bass and spaghetti, followed by Rivella with polenta and chicken with beans (seasoned with sage and butter, very flavorful). The food and drinks arrived quickly and were excellent. The staff is very courteous and attentive. We'd gladly return, and you can even drop in spontaneously on a Saturday evening with a small group :)

16/03/2026: On Saturday, March 14, 2026, I found myself celebrating my birthday alone for the first time in my life. After careful research, I decided, despite the fact that I dislike and have difficulty being alone, to book a table at this restaurant, hoping to at least treat myself to a pleasant moment. However, I never imagined that this experience would soon become, quite literally, a true gift. Starting with the location, enchanting and private enough to put, even if only for that brief moment, a brake on the incessant pace of the serious lives and thoughts of everyone present at the table. Moving on to Claudio, the kind, courteous, and honest facilitator of this unforgettable journey, who, from the moment I arrived, as he does with every guest, put me at ease, giving me the feeling of having known him forever but, above all, of having finally arrived in a safe space protected by him. Concluding with the dishes I had the privilege of listening to, observing, and tasting. I remember each of these distinct yet interconnected experiences being so enchanting that the further I went, the more difficult it was to express in words my pleasure and amazement, prompting me to simply and magically enjoy everything that was happening to me. I won't go into further detail; I'll attach a few photos of this enchanting journey, and I thank Claudio and the entire staff once again for this unforgettable gift, which wasn't just a birthday present, but also, and most importantly, a life gift.

06/04/2026: A wonderful discovery!!!! Typical Tuscan food that satisfied our palates (not to mention the desserts: excellent)... Finally, a place where you can feel at home and where the welcome is certainly there: unusual, but we loved it. The owner is a real nice guy!!!!! The girls are also lovely, kind, and very friendly. P.S.: Just a quick note about the dessert, which wasn't quite what we expected (walnut ice cream), but the waiter offered us two limoncellos to make up for it… what more could you ask for… 😄👍

You know, everyone is different — and that’s exactly what makes this world awesome. But when, in a restaurant, a chef comes out to tell you that your tastes, your way of life, and your preferences are weird just because you like potatoes or don’t eat meat or fish, and that you’re somehow not “normal” — it doesn’t just feel uncomfortable. You actually start wondering how you ended up in a place where you can’t simply be who you are. We live in a time when individuality is valued and empathy is supposed to matter, and yet you find yourself in a situation like this and can’t quite believe what you’re hearing. I wish you happiness, dear chef.

01/04/2026: TOURIST TRAP! Please, be aware what you are walking into. This restaurant wants to do everything to get the bill up. Don't get me wrong the food is pretty oke, but.. pasta's for 20 euros, pushing for extra sides, "water menu" and appetizers. And even then, you can say this can all be part of a Nicer restaurant. Getting the bill. Glasses of wine for 18,50(had no idea), side dish(no idea it was a side dish) and then to top it off coperta. Which usually happens for cheaper pleases where people order a water and then enjoy the view.. This place is a fake. Don't go here, don't listen to what chatgpt tells you😂
