11/10/2025: We landed here by chance and ate the best pasta on our trip to Tuscany. The Cacio e pepe was especially great and the Tiramisu at the end was also excellent.

04/10/2025: We arrived around 8:30 on a Friday evening on October and were among the first guests. Within a half hour the place was packed. We ordered the house wine, super delicious and affordable, and two pizzas. We enjoyed a leisurely meal in a lovely restaurant with green checkered table clothes and oddly American 90s music (which is not my preference as we'd prefer Italian language music). The staff were really patient with my basic Italian, which made me grateful for their patience. A lovely evening.

02/10/2025: Passing through after a lovely stroll in the historic center, we were welcomed with a smile even with the language barrier. Fast service, excellent dishes (yum the gnocchi!) Chianti, espresso! We had a great time for 2 for less than 50€. The collection of miniatures in decoration is worth the detour. The atmosphere is friendly. Address to keep! 😍

17/10/2025: I've been eating here for years, and I've brought practically everyone I know! Fresh, seasonal food and a great selection of wines. Service is always courteous.

14/10/2025: The traditional cuisine was excellent. The ravioli with basil and burrata were soft, fragrant, and tasty. The cacio e pepe pici were enveloping and creamy. The cheeses were fantastic, fresh and flavorful. The service was fairly quick, simple, and clean. The interior ambiance was unique. I recommend it.

19/10/2025: While strolling around Florence, my tired wife orders, "Let's go in here!" She doesn't miss a beat: excellent. Crostini with tartare and crostini alla francesina are spectacular; the ossobuco and tripe are equally good. We absolutely recommend them.

19/10/2025: As always, a restaurant with traditional Florentine cuisine is a guarantee. High-quality ingredients are presented in the dishes by highly professional chefs Endrita and Riccardo. Today, the ossobuco alla fiorentina, reminiscent of the dish our Tuscan grandparents ate, is excellent! The wait staff is always attentive to every guest's request, accompanying you on your culinary journey with suggestions that are always welcome!

18/10/2025: Historic trattoria in the center of Pistoia. I ate very well, considering it's a trattoria, everything was homemade and of high quality. Even my 7-year-old daughter said the meatballs and pasta were delicious. Highly recommended, reasonable price. The only downside was the small dining room where we ate, which wasn't very well-maintained.

30/09/2025: We had dinner with Florentine steak, sautéed mushrooms and fried porcini mushrooms + desserts, everything was really good, very friendly staff and good price, I would gladly go back

08/10/2025: I've been there more than once, even though (luckily 😅) I live a 5-hour drive away... The quality of the meat and the perfection of the cooking justify the miles, costs, and reputation of the place. The service is punctual, competent, and courteous. The wine list is noteworthy. Must try at least once in your life.

07/08/2025: We visited this restaurant for the first time last night. There were three of us, and on the advice of the very kind waiter, we ordered an excellent selection of cheeses and an excellent loin to start. Next, we were served a perfectly cooked Irish Angus Grass-Fed, tender yet flavorful. Also, courtesy of the owner, a pleasant surprise was provided for my son: a taste of Wagyu Sendai, truly exquisite and melt-in-the-mouth. The entire staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and kindness. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

06/10/2025: A fantastic, historic trattoria! Fantastic atmosphere, top-notch staff, super friendly, Bobo is the best! They joke about everything, except the food... The quality is simply outstanding; for me, the best traditional cuisine in all of Tuscany, from appetizers to desserts. I think I ate the best tagliatelle of my life, and of course, the meat was priceless. The price was absolutely excellent! If you're in Florence, you can't miss it; I recommend booking! Excellent! 10+++)

21/09/2025: We visited this restaurant for a graduation and were pleasantly surprised. The setting is truly evocative, like being in a cave, with an intimate and unique atmosphere that makes the experience unique. The quality of the food is excellent: carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. This place is definitely worth discovering and we highly recommend it.

04/10/2025: We returned to Poldino, having discovered it by chance while visiting the San Rossore park a year ago. Coming from Genoa, we fell in love with this Tuscan spot: the atmosphere in the restaurant, the excellent traditional cuisine with an innovative twist, the tasty and carefully prepared dishes, the kindness and excellent advice from the sommelier and staff. For us, the trip was worth it; highly recommended!
