22/03/2025: Fast service, very nice and friendly waitress. The food is good. The meat is the same but a little tough. The wine is ok. The price is right. The old Tuscan style lochescion is fine.

15/03/2025: My Dad's birthday, 87 years old, let's meet at Soldano's in the cathedral, I had never been there before.... Tuscan cuisine, Prato... Appetizers with cured meats, crostini, cuddles and vegetable rocchini... lots of stuff... And we continue with tagliatelle with ragù and rabbit, courgette and gorgonzola risotto, peposo with polenta etc etc.... We ate well, well served by competent and friendly staff... It was a nice birthday and a great lunch. Thanks to all the staff

31/03/2025: Owner Francesco very helpful and sociable. He proposed an excellent Chianti. Good food especially crostino with lard. Very fair price. Clean bathroom.

17/03/2025: Very warm and welcoming place; the numerous paintings hanging on all the walls are particularly appreciated. Fully satisfied with every dish ordered, which I recommend: tomato soup, black cabbage tortelli with fondue, Florentine steak, baked potatoes and cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Very courteous and helpful staff, the only small flaw perhaps being the insistence on coming to the table to ask for the order. Overall a great experience though. If it happens, we will definitely come back to taste the other specialties!

29/03/2025: Great family run restaurant with a wonderful menu … was greeted well and please ask the owner to discuss wines as he picked out an absolute gem for me - from northern Italy and only 3000 bottles made per year and it was delicious and very affordable ! And to add / a fab desert made from chestnuts ( mountain chestnut flour) from grandparents recipe - ask if it’s on the menu because if it is it’s a no brainer

Large rustic place, a small hut located on a hill in Arezzo from where you can enjoy a spectacular view. The large fireplace where you can admire the barbecues is spectacular. Trusted place of the Bertarelli family (Prada)

Tutto squisito, antipasti, primi e splendida fiorentina a prezzo assolutamente ragionevole cotta alla brace in sala. Notevole carta dei vini, Personale attento cortese e garbato, proprietario competente e appassionato. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero vantaggioso. Consigliatissimo

11/03/2025: This was by far our favorite meal in Italy! The owners and staff were all so kind and the food was extraordinary! The owners do a great job of bringing traditional Italian dishes to a fine dining experience. We loved trying different dishes such as sheep tartare and venison raviolo! Well worth the trip from Firenze and would recommend to anyone in the area!
