I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina toscana

17/06/2025: Ristoranti come questo ne ho visti ben pochi. Eravamo in 3, entrati nel ristorante ci accoglie il proprietario che ci trova subito un tavolo da due adattandolo a 3. Gli diciamo che va bene, sperando non dia fastidio ai camerieri e lui ci risponde "i clienti non danno mai fastidio!" Ordiniamo una zuppa alla volterrana e due tartare, buonissime. Procediamo con i primi, pasta fresca, uno al ragù di cinghiale e l'altro ragù di capriolo e cavolo nero. Anche in questo caso uno più buono dell'altro e porzioni abbondanti. Come secondo abbiamo voluto provare la tagliata di cinghiale marinato, che dire, paradisiaco! Tanto buono che abbiamo ordinato una seconda porzione e in aggiunta,per variare, cinghiale in umido! Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, i camerieri precisi, il proprietario accogliente e simpatico che ti fa sentire a casa. Dal nostro tavolo potevamo vedere la cucina, tutti ragazzi giovani che lavorano sodo e in modo preciso,portando fuori piatti perfetti! Potessi averlo sotto casa ci andrei tutti i giorni. Rapporto qualità prezzo top, tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato con 2 bottiglie di acqua,mezzo litro della casa e 3 caffè, 40€ a testa. Grazie mille per l'esperienza!

16/06/2025: Siamo passati per cenare, il locale esteticamente è molto bello ed accogliente abbiamo mangiato molto bene ed anche le porzioni sono abbondanti. Il proprietario è molto simpatico e ti mette subito a tuo agio. Piatto top pici al ragù bianco! Se riusciamo ci torneremo sicuramente.

05/06/2025: An experience between taste and senses worth ten because I can't put eleven. Refinement, selection of products, imagination, romantic location. Here you don't eat the usual three Emilian bullshit. We will certainly return for a weekend, because food, atmosphere, kindness, quality can only deserve an excellent. The quality of a place is evident from the cleanliness, and the quality of the meat, especially the raw one. We ate a DIVINE veal tartare. The pici, and I'm from Siena...., truly worthy of note. Romantic location, relaxing, an oasis of peace. Well done..... We will return soon and you deserve a top in every review on every single point. Firenzuola is a km from here, but there really is no comparison. Well done.

04/06/2025: Excellent farm restaurant surrounded by greenery with a great view of the hills. Ample parking, outdoor space for events, tables both on the porch and inside, very nice. Fixed price menu, with excellent choices, both for lunch and dinner, and a menu that highlights local products. I recommend trying it.

25/05/2025: Siamo stati invitati, io e mia moglie, da una comune amica. Aveva fissato un tavolo ed all'arrivo era già pronto. Ottima accoglienza e subito ci hanno servito una bottiglia di acqua e consegnato i menù. Abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti da consumare in tre, "cipolle caramellate su pecorino fritto": ottimi la prossima volta ne prenderemo uno ciascuno. i primi: uno ha preso gli gnudi, un'altro le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, ed infine una busiata con un sugo di pesce: Ottimi e in giusta quantità. Il secondo tutti abbiamo preso fritto misto con verdure fritte; anche in questo caso ottimo, per niente unto e molto leggero. Dolce per due e tre caffè. Il servizio è stato eccellente i tempi di attesa giusti nè troppo lunghi nè troppo incalzanti. Non posso dare notizia sui costi in quanto il pranzo ci è stato offerto, comunque per quello che è esposto nel menù mi sembrano adeguati alla qualità e quantità. Senza ombra di dubbio ci torneremo e mi sento di segnalarlo a parenti e amici.

05/05/2025: Elegant place, with soft lights and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. Traditional dishes prepared with care and well presented. A classic and sincere restaurant. Staff friendly and available for explanations. I will definitely return in the summer season.

14/04/2025: The fish eaten in a different way...not the usual restaurant. Excellent dishes, carefully prepared, the flavors blended well and everything cooked impeccably (we didn't eat the raw... but my companion said it was very good). In my opinion, an experience worth trying....and trying again. The reasonable price. The overall rating was excellent.

23/03/2025: Cozy atmosphere furnished with charm and originality. We felt straight at home. Vivenz uses only local produce. His specialty is fish, only catch of the day, so you never know what you get, but refined taste in his dishes is guaranteed. A place to recommend if you want to sit back and enjoy the surprising dishes that Vivenz and Veronica set before you.

16/06/2025: It's very delicious, especially the beef tripe and stomach, which are super tender. The price is affordable and the portion is good, it's unbeatable!

09/06/2025: Dopo un tardo pomeriggio piovoso e dopo aver visitato Siena decidiamo di andare a cena in questo storico e caratteristico ristorante nel cuore del borgo di monteriggioni . Ci fanno accomodare nella veranda esterna affacciata sugli olivi e sulle storiche mura . Optiamo per dei puci cacio e pepe e con Ragú di Fiorentina , entrambi ottimo ma questi ultimi spettacolari . Poi ci dividiamo una leggendaria fiorentina con patate arrosto. Ottimo vino 🍷 . Consigliatissimo .

10/05/2025: Trattoria tipica alle porte del centro, tovaglia a quadri rosso e bianchi e cucina tipica. Siamo stati accorti calorosamente, ci è stato esposto il menu e i fuori menù (che sono un secondo menù, top). Porzioni giuste e cibo genuino e gustoso. Abbiamo preso pasta fresca con sugo al colombaccio, casarecce verdure salsiccia e pecorino. Di secondo lampredotto con verdure in agrodolce e zuppo di stoccafisso e cipolle. Prezzo giusto. Siamo stati bene. Consigliato.

01/06/2025: questa trattoria era in zona dove eravamo noi, il primo giorno abbiamo ordinato il risotto alla milanese buonissimo. La sera dopo a cena una cotoletta la famosa orecchia di elefante buona tenerissima. Forse i prezzi un pò alti . Personale gentilissimo. Tempi di servizio nella norma.

30/05/2025: We had a fantastic dinner here - the perfect grand finale to our holiday in Milan. The ossobuco was outstanding, and the Milanese risotto was excellent, with just the right amount of saffron, Parmesan, and perfectly cooked rice. We truly appreciated the waiter’s honesty about portion sizes, as we were about to order an oxtail dish each; in reality, the portions were very generous, and sharing just the risotto and ossobuco was more than enough for two. We also loved the chef’s complimentary amuse-bouche - a small croquette with spicy bread, if I remember correctly. I would gladly bring family and friends here for any occasion, without hesitation. Other than that, reservation is highly recommended!

18/06/2025: Cena da 10 e lode in questa splendida e rustica location nel cuore della maremma, appena fuori Grosseto..Abbiamo iniziato con un bel tagliere di affettati e formaggi di loro produzione, per proseguire con il piatto forte, i loro famosissimi tortelli maremmani fatti praticamente sul momento, concludendo poi con i dolci fatti in casa, così come il pane. Una cucina vera, di sostanza e senza fronzoli, genuina come ormai se ne trovano poche..personale molto gentile e competente. È possibile ordinare sia alla carta sia scegliendo tra i loro menù a prezzo fisso in cui, tortelli a parte, i piatti variano di giorno in giorno in base anche alla stagionalità. Fortemente consigliata la prenotazione 😊

07/06/2025: The location is really beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The service is friendly, although the dishes are quite slow to come out. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio leaves much to be desired: neither the menu nor the costs are really in line with the experience. The impression is that the prices are adapting more to the expectations of a foreign public than to those of the local clientele.

07/06/2025: A gem nestled in the woods of the Percussina Valley. Delicious food and lovely staff. I will be back every time I am in the area!
