09/11/2025: Fantastic place! The grilled meat was divine and the appetizers were the bomb! The staff was super welcoming and warm. I only had meat and was absolutely thrilled. I recommend it to everyone!

08/09/2025: Quality and goodness: We dined here while in Risignano. The sunset view was phenomenal. The dishes, from the appetizer (a good portion given the quality of the ingredients), to the first courses (where instead of the mezze maniche we received a tube with mushrooms, a new experience), to the superior house wine, and the music selection, which was excellent for us. Very nice place.

06/10/2025: We went to Osteria Rossini one weekend in Pisa and it was a wonderful experience. Delicious food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. A special thanks to the always smiling and attentive waitress, who recommended what to order and made us feel instantly at ease. She also recommended the baby pasta for our daughters. Exquisite food. We recommend making a reservation.

31/10/2025: Excellent local cuisine in a traditional rustic setting. I'm editing this review after years with a bitter taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, it's gotten worse: a group of six people were placed at a table for four. The appetizers were tiny, and even if you pay a cover charge, whether there are two or six of you, they always bring the same amount of bread. I'm reluctant to say this, but I don't know if I'd go back. It's no longer the Giuggiolo I knew.

03/11/2025: Personally, I didn't like the cured meats; they weren't fresh and of average-to-low quality. The cheeses were standard, nothing more, nothing less. The meat was okay. Service: They didn't pay much attention to the table despite there being three tables at the time of service. However, the two young men were very kind and polite. The location is what it is: a rustic, welcoming place. Worth a try, but not a repeat.

31/10/2025: Everything ok except for a jarring note....the price of the side dishes was 8 euros...never seen this anywhere else in the world!!

09/11/2025: During our stay in Siena, we visited this restaurant twice, and each time was a confirmation. We tried the platter of local products, which was truly excellent and fresh, and three dishes from the menu: the meat tartare, the lampredotto (incredible, given how good it was!), and the pappa al pomodoro, simply delicious. Special mention goes to the desserts, which round out the meal in the most perfect way possible. The bill has always been fair for the quality, and the staff is exquisite and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. This is an absolutely worthwhile place—and we can't wait to return.

07/10/2025: The chef is amazing. Between his story, his personality, his passion and skill, we absolutely loved our dinners there and his cooking show. The only drawback is his waitress. Would have been one of our favorite restaurants if she was just a little more focused on her job and customer service.

27/09/2025: Ambrosia was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spinach flan was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made even more special because the chef prepared it right in front of us during a live cooking demonstration. The second course, handmade pici pasta, was outstanding. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and hearing the chef explain how he had prepared the pasta earlier that day just added to the experience. Ambrosia combines authentic Tuscan cuisine with warm hospitality and a personal touch. Highly recommend!

30/10/2025: Fiorentina is always Fiorentina. Mine may not have been exceptional, but it was excellent nonetheless. The wait was a bit long, but the venue was spectacular. The house wine was excellent. A very positive note: they don't have cell phone reception. Divine. Best regards, the guardian cat. See you soon.

30/10/2025: Very friendly staff, good but small portions. The desserts weren't great. The bill was too expensive for what you received, almost €70 for two lasagnas, two desserts, and two glasses of wine.

08/11/2025: I've been there twice. The first was on a sunny Sunday in September and we ate outside; the second was on a Tuesday evening in autumn. Both times, the atmosphere was fantastic, both inside and out. Tuscan cuisine was well-prepared and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.
