22/09/2025: We went for lunch and chose the business menu, a truly excellent business menu: more expensive than other restaurants or trattorias, but absolutely worth the money. The dishes were well-prepared, with a wide selection of meat and seafood. The staff were friendly. The view was spectacular, overlooking the Paderno d'Adda bridge.

16/10/2025: The atmosphere is rustic yet true to the traditional Tuscan osterias. The three of us ate two beef tagliatas and a pork tagliata, served with spinach and potatoes. The staff was young and friendly.

02/10/2025: Surprised by the recommendation of the owner, but he got the credit. He suggested to take instead of bistec alla fiorentino small portion which is thinner and not cut but the slices. When he didn’t asked whether I want it medium or rate, I was expecting a disappointment, but it wasn’t. It was just what I like. The wine of the house is good, you just need to it to stay little longer in the glass.

28/09/2025: One of the best dining options in Pienza. A quiet, welcoming atmosphere with attentive service. The food is extremely tasty, and the wine list is comprehensive.

07/10/2025: The chef is amazing. Between his story, his personality, his passion and skill, we absolutely loved our dinners there and his cooking show. The only drawback is his waitress. Would have been one of our favorite restaurants if she was just a little more focused on her job and customer service.

27/09/2025: Ambrosia was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spinach flan was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made even more special because the chef prepared it right in front of us during a live cooking demonstration. The second course, handmade pici pasta, was outstanding. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and hearing the chef explain how he had prepared the pasta earlier that day just added to the experience. Ambrosia combines authentic Tuscan cuisine with warm hospitality and a personal touch. Highly recommend!

20/09/2025: A fantastic barn on the Impruneta hill... ten minutes from the center of Florence... extra tables and ambiance... an enchanting place.

11/10/2025: We arrived at lunchtime. Nice location on the street but more inside so there is an atmosphere but we are not overlooked. Polite and nice service. Average food. I have eaten better in Rome. We ordered a buffalo mozzarella starter which was delicious and a sweet potato soup which was also good. The gnocchi, and the ravioli which I think was the least successful, were overcooked and didn't really go well with the tomato sauce and cheese inside.

21/09/2025: Everything was delicious, the dishes were top-quality, and the prices were fair. Simone and Simona, the two waiters, were knowledgeable, professional, and above all, very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

27/08/2025: Beautiful pizzeria with friendly, attentive service. We first had pastries, then tagliatelle with cheese and seafood salad with bread. Both are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the tiramisu dessert was made with whipped cream. A shame. Otherwise, we had a very good time.

26/08/2025: We've been to this fantastic restaurant several times. Admittedly, the exterior and interior aren't exactly stunning... but the plentiful and delicious food is! The service is also top-notch. The guys are very attentive, and if you try to express yourself in Italian, the smiles are even bigger :) Around 6:30 p.m., it's still very quiet, but from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the restaurant fills up quite a bit.

09/06/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my wife, trying the tasting menu: carefully prepared dishes, well executed and with interesting combinations. You eat really well, with quality raw materials and a cuisine that demonstrates technique and personality. However, the experience was partly penalized by an important aspect: there is no real wine list. You can only drink from the labels selected by the staff, without the possibility of independent choice. A limitation that weighs, especially for those who like to build their own food and wine journey or want to compare themselves with a wider selection. A format that has potential, but that deserves a review, at least from this point of view.
