We stopped by a bit by chance because we were traveling and happened upon it during lunchtime, and what can I say? It was a real treat. The staff were truly hospitable, courteous, and smiling. The food was delicious. I recommend the pici al ragù! P.S. The village itself is also worth a visit.

Quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and cheerful (something I really appreciate and shouldn't be taken for granted). And now for the food... Very good and tasty. We had the set menu, which was truly rich and traditional, and excellent value. I'd also recommend it because it's just a few minutes from the highway exit and the village is charming.

We’ve been to this restaurant twice, and both times the experience was absolutely exceptional. The food is outstanding - easily the best meat in the region. The owners are incredibly welcoming!

Welcoming place, friendly owners. Family atmosphere. Good food and service. Would definitely consider breaking up a highway trip, as it's about ten minutes from the toll booth, in the village of Bettolle.

Lunch in this beautiful, frescoed village. Excellent platter of local produce, and delicious first courses. Highly recommended for the friendliness and warmth. ++++++++++++

08/06/2026: Had dinner here with my mother and teenage children. Food was absolutely phenomenal. Pleasant, family run restaurant, reasonably priced, with a great view. This is the traditional family restaurant you are looking for. 10/10 would come again!
05/06/2026: This started restaurant offers authentic, traditional tuscan cuisine, with good wine and a stunning location in the middle of a cute tuscan town on the top of a hill, in the middle of nowhere. If you’re looking classy, but authentic Tuscany, you can’t find anything more of this. The terrace doesn’t have many tables but the background of the tuscan hills and the gentle, warm wind are truly a bliss. I would have easily rated five stars for the food, the location and the atmosphere, but the service hasn’t been at its best: one of the waiters clearly would have rather been somewhere else that day.
