23/07/2024: Out of curiosity I ordered a typical dish from Lucca, Tardelli with ragù, well what can I say, a bomb of flavour, the filling nice and full, the ragù cooked well with good minced meat, the staff very friendly and nice, a good place to eat good pasta.

Now exhausted, desperate, and without strength from a demanding bike tour at 10 pm we came across this restaurant, which turned out to be an oasis of salvation for us😅. Despite a wedding party in progress, they were available and very kind enough to regain some strength between one joke and another😁. You saved us! Greetings from the two cyclists from Trentino!🤗

29/07/2024: Siamo stati a cena io e mia moglie per il nostro anniversario dopo tanti anni. Avevamo un ricordo molto diverso del Mintalcino. Evidentemente molte cosa son cambiate, anzi peggiorate. Antipasto plateau royal a 42 euro di cui salviamo solo il crostino al tartufo e la Chiantigiana. Salumi caldi con in colore bruno tipico del salume ossidato che è stato all'aria(calda) per ore.Giardiniera del supermercato. Abbiamo fatto notare alla cameriera, che ha confermato, che non era fatta in casa. Piatto di gnocchi insipidi a 19 euro e tagliata a 32 euro,non di ottima qualità, coperta da radicchio e pecorino che ne hanno falsato il sapore. Risultato 100 euro e piatti a prezzo pieno. Ci saremmo aspettati un gesto,anche un piccolo sconto almeno sull'antipasto. Nulla purtroppo. Solo alcuni cantucci "di riparazione( tra.l'altro non proprio tipici toscani) che delusione!

24/08/2024: Dopo aver visitato Siena assieme ai nostri amici di Granada, la nostra guida Giulia ci ha raccomandato questo ristorante. Ecco, abbiamo mangiato così bene che personalmente ho dovuto abbracciare la responsabile di sala per ringraziarla di quanto eravamo stati bene . E credetemi , tutto ciò, non mi capita spesso . Se mai tornassi a Siena vedo di prenotare per tempo. Grazie ancora.

Excellent quality food, delicious and contemporary dishes, which will tickle any palate. Kudos to Chef Omar for his mastery! 22/07/2024: A show for those who love the genre! Spit roast with classic croutons, livers, pork loin, sarsiccia, delicious potatoes and house wine as if there was a tomorrow (I wasn't driving) Always a pleasure to come back to you!!! I also recommend for the courtesy and honesty of the prices!!!!

29/07/2024: Historic place in Anghiari, very courteous and welcoming staff, excellent starters and first courses, especially the bringoli with fake sauce. Reservations are recommended due to the limited number of seats, lastly but very importantly there is also a municipal car park a few meters away,

08/08/2024: Eravamo già stati l’anno scorso in questo ristorante e siamo andati a colpo sicuro…. Secondo noi è cambiato qualcosa… sicuramente la materia prima ha qualità… ma deve essere trattata bene… abbiamo mangiato una Fiorentina non tagliata come si deve e non cotta come si deve… la parte esterna dava un brutto sapore… un tagliere di salumi da 20 euro totalmente fuori prezzo… Io consiglio di formare i ragazzi del braciere nel taglio e preparazione della carne. non taglierei la bistecca a fettine, ma la porterei sana a tavola. P.S. se un commensale chiede una fiorentina, deve essere tagliata con uno spessore di 4 dita… e’ un eccellenza toscana non facciamola diventare una scaloppina. Grazie

22/07/2024: So the place is nice and clean, my parents and I each had a Florentine steak, one thing must be said... IT WAS FANTASTIC! We must pay many, many compliments to the chef who cooked it. Then for dessert we had the tiramisu, very good and above all homemade (TIP: wet the ladyfingers a little less). Then, even though we had made many requests, the staff came to meet us and were very kind. The bathrooms are also clean and quite nice. If you come here, trust those who cook and those who serve you. You won't be disappointed. PS: it's a 4 and a half stars
