An experience not to be missed if you love special tastings and an unsurpassed menu. You'll be welcomed by knowledgeable and welcoming staff in a highly refined location, nestled in the charming center of Borgo San Lorenzo.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my wife, trying the tasting menu: carefully prepared dishes, well-executed, and with interesting pairings. The food is truly excellent, with quality ingredients and a cuisine that demonstrates technique and personality. However, the experience was partially marred by one important aspect: there is no real wine list. You can only drink from the labels selected by the staff, with no independent selection. This is a significant limitation, especially for those who enjoy creating their own food and wine experience or wish to explore a broader selection. A format that has potential, but one that deserves an overhaul, at least from this perspective.

Locale più volte provato e, al momento, garanzia di risultato. Menu degustazione di terra e di mare che cambia con la stagionalità e le tempistiche ad estro della chef. Vini e bollicine sempre di ottima qualità ed in abbinamento per ciascuna portata. L'occasione del ritorno è stata ieri per S.Valentino. L'ambiente intimo (per scelta consueta non più di 5/6 tavoli in sala) ci ha condotto alla degustazione di sette portate, due antipasti due primi due secondi un dolce, tutti di ottima fattura visiva e di incanto per il palato. Le sei portate di pesce hanno sicuramente soddisfatto ampiamente senza minimamente deludere le aspettative, il dolce ha concluso in modo goloso e godurioso la serata. I tre vini proposti, champagne e due bianchi assolutamente strepitosi, hanno accompagnato degnamente le proposte culinarie. Menzione d'onore per la chef e per il maitre di sala, una splendida coppia nella vita e nel lavoro. Consigliato per coppie e famiglie. Assolutamente da provare, vale il viaggio.

Traditional and refined cuisine, it's good and beautiful

February 25: This restaurant in the heart of Borgo was a wonderful discovery. Inspired and sophisticated cuisine. Beautifully presented and explained. We had the 5-course tasting menu with wine. Dinner lasted 3 hours and was a pleasure. This restaurant is run by a passionate and very helpful couple. It's worth the detour and probably a Michelin star. Bravo and thank you for the welcome.
