15/10/2025: Everything was great: the food, the service, the atmosphere. We arrived without a reservation and were able to dine without any problems.

12/10/2025: This restaurant overlooks the typical Bagno Vignoni square. We had some delicious pici and a crostini with anchovies and pecorino cheese, all for a reasonable price.

07/10/2025: I've been going to this restaurant since 2018. I called to reserve a table and they gave me the table next to the front door, with the dog's bowl and the dog underneath. I asked and they moved me. Waiters who throw your plate on the table, an appetizer, an entrecote, and a small portion of vegetables, half a house red wine, €63. Never again.

06/10/2025: A very large space with a nice parking lot where you can fully appreciate the desire for "meat." The desserts are also exceptional.

01/10/2025: Everything was excellent. Delicious food, welcoming place, and above all, Elma was iconic, super kind and helpful.

06/10/2025: I wouldn't return to this place. Nice location, good service, but the food was just average. We ordered chickpea soup, crostoni, bruschetta, wild boar, and a glass of Brunello. The only positive was the wild boar (frozen); we weren't thrilled with the rest, especially the crostoni. I should also point out that you can't charge €10 for a Brunello (in Brunello country) and fill the glass less than a quarter full.

06/10/2025: Really excellent pasta (tried aglione and porcini). Also had ceci soup which was great. And on top of that the prices are good.

11/10/2025: I ordered the tripe and beef platter, which was delicious, lightly seasoned, and without the offal smell. The tripe was better than the beef, very soft and sticky. However, this restaurant is too famous, and the queue was at least 20 minutes!

11/10/2025: The bread tastes like Vietnamese bread, but the extra salt makes the tripe bun too salty, which is a pity.

21/09/2025: This is a restaurant I always stop at when I'm on the A1 at lunchtime. Today I stopped at lunchtime and found the service to be worse: they don't take orders based on arrival, but they just make a beeline for the beeline. After a long wait, I ordered, but the food that was supposed to be brought first arrived last. I basically had to eat based on their circumstances, and it wasn't nice to see people who arrived after me eating while I was still waiting. 👎🏻👎🏻

14/10/2025: BEWARE THE SOLO DINER . Not as great for a single diner. This was the one restaurant I really wanted to go to . I phoned and made a reservation and was told I would have to sit at the bar. No big deal. When I got there, there was a huge line out the door. With a reso, I got in immediately. This is great. I walked through the kitchen and was shown a seat at a bar that is disconnected from the ambiance of the restaurant. It's a hallway style area with patio tables in the back and when seated, your back is to the kitchen and toilette. The bar bell for servers goes off all the time. I get that these restaurants need to make money and single diners typically don't spend the same as 2 ppl. I'm not faulting the place for this or the set up. I'm simply saying, it's not as great for a single diner than for those of bigger parties and tou ptobably do t get to have the full experience dining there. So be prepared. The food was good and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. Would I go back? Yes, but not as a lone diner.

24/08/2025: Very positive experience. I went on Saturday, August 23rd, a three-person group with my poodle. The dishes were tasty and beautifully presented. The owner was courteous and very professional. We will definitely be back.
