10/05/2026: I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Alberobello. Recommended by hungry_travelers Armando, Caterina, and Matteo

03/08/2026: It's unusual, almost unexpected, to find these small establishments in the heart of such a touristy city, which seems to be making too much progress in fine dining and gourmet plating, losing the essence of traditional dishes! My biggest compliments to those who still manage to guarantee more than affordable prices, impeccable service, and local ingredients that create dishes that, besides being unsurpassedly delicious, manage to take you back to a culture that must be discovered, especially at the table! On the menu, there are horse meatballs for just €0.40 each. With those few cents, I tried the meat for the first time, which, par excellence, describes one of the most popular Apulian dishes! Among the first courses, I recommend the Ciceri e tria and the orecchiette, which are seasoned in every way (ricotta forte, tomato and cacio ricotta, eggplant, turnip greens...)! A few glasses of good Negramaro wine were a fantastic way to end an impeccable dinner, as was the surprise of such a reasonable price (€20 per person)!

08/08/2026: What a huge disappointment. We had dinner in the old town, following the reviews and ratings. The food was awful. The crudo wasn’t served on a bed of ice, so it wasn’t cold. The fish in crust was hard as concrete. The cuttlefish salad was edible at best, with no flavor or aroma. I don’t understand the reviews. This is a tourist trap. I’d advise you to stay away from this place.

10/08/2026: Good Italian food, but not the overly traditional kind you might expect (pizza, pasta). They offer braised dishes and oven-baked meals! Everything is served in smaller bowls, perfect for sharing. So fill up the table and try everything! We had the set menu, which consisted of four cold appetizers, focaccia, four hot appetizers, and a first course of our choice. We were absolutely stuffed! The focaccia was delicious. The spelt, tomato, and mozzarella dish and the zucchini with cheese were especially great. The mashed potatoes were also very tasty and quite classic. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow and disorganized. My Negroni wasn't particularly good. The lighting in the alley is very yellow, so don't be alarmed...

08/08/2026: A highly recommended restaurant. My boyfriend and I return every year. The atmosphere is welcoming and super central. The food is delicious and the prices are excellent. The staff is super helpful and friendly, especially Massimo, who is top-notch. Excellent selection of pizzas, and the fish is truly amazing! For us, it's a must-try in Bari.

07/08/2026: We had 3 meals to share, each one of them were so delicious. The bread was so fresh and home made. Massimo and the other waiters were very nice and professional. The restaurant was very full, but the meals came out in great time. The place has great atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: A wonderful experience!!! Attracted by the modern osteria concept, we opted for a tasting menu that includes an entrée, appetizer, first course, and dessert. We started off really well, with a truly delicious truffle arancini. The mixed appetizers featured quality ingredients, from Fassona beef tartare served on a crispy Black Angus foil, to some truly high-quality ricotta. The first courses, although beautifully presented, were much more visually appealing than palatable; overall, they were still of high quality. We finished with a mini mixed pastry, which made the meal a pleasant end. The atmosphere is very refined. It's a shame the loud live music made communication difficult among diners and the staff. The price was commensurate with the experience. I recommend going for a pleasant Sunday outing with friends.

24/04/2026: The atmosphere was generally nice, the food was okay, but the prices were way too high. What bothered us most was that when I went to pay with the card I'd been using throughout the trip, it was declined. I tried another card, and the same thing happened. They asked if I could pay another way, and I had no choice but to use the little cash I had. It was clear it wasn't a problem with the card because they didn't make any effort to fix it or even offer us a discount for the inconvenience. I left and went to a kiosk to buy something to see if my card really wasn't working, and as I expected, I was able to pay without any problem. I felt ripped off; the service was terrible.

29/06/2026: I've been to Sapemore and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. I tried the porchetta, which was truly flavorful and well-made, accompanied by a good beer that paired perfectly with the dishes. I also had the opportunity to try other local dishes, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to Apulian tradition, with that extra touch that makes everything even more interesting. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a place where you eat well, have a good time, and I'd gladly return. Recommended!

08/06/2026: We stayed at the camper pitch. We were received very warmly by the owner. What a friendly man. The camper pitch is a good starting point for cycling to Locorotondo or Alberobello. Beautiful tours. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves!

28/07/2026: Intimate and quiet place. Friendly, helpful staff, knowledgeable in explaining the dishes. Very good food (we had a delicious mixed antipasto platter with a wide variety of traditional dishes, orecchiette pasta, and grilled calamari...all excellent!). We were extremely satisfied, so I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/06/2026: Excellent trattoria, authentic and full of charm. The service is pleasant, unpretentious, and never intrusive. My boyfriend and I had lunch there one day and had a wonderful time. It's naturally cool inside during the summer, which is especially welcome. I ordered the dish of the day: homemade gnocchi with tuna, tomatoes, and arugula. Absolutely delicious! They were the best gnocchi I've ever had; they literally melted in my mouth. My boyfriend chose orecchiette, and he was equally delighted. Simple, authentic, and perfectly executed cuisine. If we ever return to Lecce, we will definitely go back. We highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The restaurant boasts beautiful, distinctive stone vaulted architecture that immediately creates a warm, rustic, and welcoming atmosphere, typical of old Salento taverns.
