08/08/2026: Loved it, as did my wife. Traditional Puglian cooking done to a high standard with excellent sevice from Stefano, his family and team. Really great atmosphere, felt local yet visitors were made very welcome. Hard to fault - after our first visit, we went back the following night, which I have never done before on holiday!

07/08/2026: Wonderful ambience and relaxed setting, perfect service, and excellent food. Everything from the starters to the mains was absolutely delicious. And we loved their flexibility: As we are vegetarians, we asked if we can have any other pasta instead of the meat-filled ravioli with the white truffel butter. We then got served home-made Gnocchi - out of this world…

03/08/2026: One of the most memorable dinners I’ve ever had. This Masseria was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt authentic and special.The service was warm, attentive, and impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. What makes the experience even more unique is that almost everything served is produced right on the Masseria, making every dish incredibly fresh and full of flavor.If you visit, make sure to arrive a little early and take a tour of the property—it’s beautiful and adds so much to the experience. And definitely book your reservation well in advance, as this is a place you don’t want to miss. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. Top, top, top!

30/05/2026: A beautiful location in the Noci countryside (use GPS). Ample free parking. Outdoor seating in the garden in summer. Peace and relaxation: the best environment to enjoy food. Excellent service. But above all, Natale: a name that speaks volumes. An experienced chef who carefully selects the ingredients, creating delicious flavor combinations. Super-fresh fish and raw seafood you wouldn't expect in the countryside. A well-stocked wine cellar with fair markups. If you're in the area, perhaps for tourism, avoid the hustle and bustle of crowded and noisy places and seek refuge at "Falco Pellegrino" for an excellent food and wine experience at a fair price.

19/07/2026: Found almost by chance on Maps while visiting relatives in Canosa, this osteria was a wonderful surprise. We booked by phone, and it was a great move: there's not a lot of seating inside, and even though there are more tables on the main street, in the summer heat we decidedly preferred the inside, which is perfectly air-conditioned. There's no set menu here, but the host passionately explains the daily specials. We started with a selection of exquisite appetizers: about a dozen small selections, each one better than the last. Wanting to try a traditional first course, we were won over by the Strascinate di grano arso (a type of burnt wheat pasta) with zucchini flowers (local cucuzza greens): simply fantastic! Satisfied with the first courses and appetizers, we had to skip the second course and move straight to a delicious selection of local desserts. The house rosé wine was also excellent, and the amaro (a bitter bitter) definitely deserves a mention. The value for money is exceptional. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!

05/08/2026: I had been to this place many years ago and was satisfied with the quality of the food, so years later I decided to take my family there (booking well in advance) and I must say I confirmed my opinion. The raw seafood appetizers (which I don't eat) but according to my family were really excellent and fresh, even when the raw shrimp arrived I could smell the sea from the plate. For the first courses there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it, the cavatelli are spectacular and tasty. From the outside it may seem like a classic tourist restaurant, but I assure you it is worth stopping. However, for two bottles of rosé, two waters, a Coke, three fresh dishes, three bowls of gratinated mussels, chips, five first courses, two desserts and a cover charge €160 (house dessert always offered by them). Very little!!! Well done, keep it up. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs a bit of an overhaul, but as in all places...

14/06/2026: The quality of the ingredients was fine, the pasta with donkey was good, but the grilled vegetables were cold? The service was very rushed and surly. Couldn't manage a smile. The space had more of a hospital vibe with bright white light.

05/07/2026: Welcoming location. Terrible experience with the service and menu. An unpleasant situation arose where a worm was discovered in a dish of scallops with mushrooms. After reporting the presence of a worm, the waiter took issue with the incident, declaring its presence normal since it was "THE MUSHROOM WORMS," and excluding the possibility of apologizing for the incident. Despite the dish being removed from the bill, when it came time to pay, the manager was cold and persisted in his lack of displeasure, failing to offer the appropriate apology.

09/06/2026: Edit: It is a pity that the owner is not open to constructive feedback. A good restaurant takes advice and criticism to heart. I believe I provided well-substantiated feedback. PS. My plates were not empty, not at all, in fact. I feel conflicted. Attracted by the high review score and beautiful photos, we made a reservation here. Expectations were high. We were given a table in the covered section. The photos looked infinitely more atmospheric than the covered area with bright, cold lighting and carnival lights that we actually had to deal with. However, when I went to the restroom, I saw that it is a beautiful place inside. Perhaps I shouldn't have judged too quickly. The service was friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The food... I don't understand it. The bread was stale; that can happen. I had the pasta with octopus as a primi and the tuna with eggplant carpaccio as a secondi. My wife had a pasta with bacon and lamb chops. Although all the dishes looked beautiful in terms of presentation, I must admit that it was inedible to me. The octopus pasta tasted so incredibly strongly of old, overly concentrated, and bitter fish flavor that my stomach turned. I thought it was just me, but my wife, also a big fish lover, had the same reaction when I let her taste it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the primi after two small bites. The secondi (tuna with eggplant carpaccio) was once again a picture in terms of presentation, but the fish was clearly not fresh and had an impossibly strong aftertaste. The eggplant had the same much too intense fishy taste. My partner had lamb chops that were well prepared, but it was clearly not top-quality lamb. When we asked for some mayonnaise with our potatoes, we were given the remaining sachets of Heinz mayonnaise and ketchup. These did not come from the kitchen but were leftovers from an empty table further away. That wouldn't even be such a disaster in itself, were it not that one of the sachets was already open, leaving all the sachets covered in ketchup. If the fish had been fresh, and the chef had tasted the dish before serving it (and determined that it was inedible in this state), the food would have received 4 stars from me. Because of this, I unfortunately have to rate the score at 1 star. The service was friendly and helpful. But using sauce sachets from another table is a no-go. Also, tilting the plate so that the cutlery falls onto the table when clearing it, instead of lifting it briefly (or better yet, using new cutlery), is not exactly proper etiquette when clearing plates. Unfortunately, I cannot make it any better. I really don't have very high expectations, and I am not a culinary snob. I just want tasty, edible food and acceptable service. Perhaps it was just a combination of unfortunate circumstances. Hence, not 1 star, but 2 stars.
