20/10/2025: The food was delicious. Friendly staff. Beautiful and surprising dishes. Unique flavor combinations. They were quick to bring all sorts of things to the table, like bread, olives, cookies, etc.

I like traditional cuisine from the south of Italy and we had the following; Crostino with Scante ricotta, sautéed tomato and cacioricotta Crostino with burrata Cantabrian anchovies and lemon zest Eggplant parmigiana Homemade tagliatelle with pesto, crispy capocollo and cherry tomatoes Homemade ricciatelle with 14 fresh tomatoes, pecorino and basil and drank excellent homemade red wine Li Veli Susumaniello everything was very good, a real gastronomic delight.. (I copied the names of the dishes from their web menu)

01/11/2025: Incredible restaurant. There were no more tables available because some were reserved, but they still managed to seat us. The waiter took the time to speak French, which I found very kind. And from beginning to end, everything was perfect. Starter, main course, dessert, and after-dinner drink. This is exactly the kind of establishment where you love spending your money and want to return. Moreover, the value for money is excellent. In short, Italian class at its finest.

26/09/2025: Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: it's simply beautiful and unexpected. You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment. The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent. It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away. 25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.

24/09/2025: I'm from Catania and the restaurant thought I was Chinese or something. An appetizer, two first courses, and two glasses of wine cost 82 euros. The food was horrible. Only the guys serving were friendly. BUT I WOULD NEVER LET THEM GO AGAIN AND I WON'T EVEN SEND AN ANT WITHOUT RESPECT.

06/10/2025: What a great gem ! It opens late but definitely worth it. One of the best pizza i had in my life. All textures available, crunchy, soft and the perfume of the fresh baked pizza is simply amazing. We also had the pistacchio pasta, wonderful. Strongly recommend this ristorante to everyone.
