13/07/2025: We were directed to this restaurant by the wonderful Licia from the Castellana Caves. Never was there a better recommendation! The food was exquisite, all homemade, from the bread to the orecchiette, with wonderful seasonings featuring the flavors of Puglia! The staff were very kind, welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable! Highly recommended.

24/07/2025: Cibo buono per carità, prodotti locali, ma 180 euro per un antipasto e un primo di paccheri al sugo, una tagliata di capocollo, una fettina di vitello e un polipetto mi sembra eccessivo. Sotto riporto l'antipasto da 70 euro per 4 persone. Manca solo una favetta,non credo abbia bisogno di una foto.

26/08/2025: A beautiful location and an interesting menu with modern reinterpretations of traditional Apulian flavors, in addition to the great classics prepared with great care. The service is very professional, and the location is stunning. I'd like to take this opportunity to encourage the staff after the negative review by Ruben D, who preceded me on this platform and was sitting with his family at the table next to ours. The man in question spent the entire evening complaining about the poor quality of the food and service. De gustibus, given that the spaghetti with sea urchins, which the gentleman said was under-seasoned, is what you see in the photo (which was delicious). What I'd like to criticize the gentleman for is the unpleasantness with which he treated the staff and the lack of class with which he loudly launched into negative comments. The climax came when, after ordering dessert, he said to the diners, "This waiter is a drug addict." We didn't notice, as he was super attentive and professional with us. Unlike the dear customer, who kept saying that Puglia has become a tourist playground: perhaps, but fortunately he is not an attraction, and thank goodness for that.

29/07/2025: We enjoyed an excellent pizza on the terrace; the location is very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxing. Service was a bit slow at first, which is understandable given it was the third shift on a Saturday night. I would also point out that the chairs, which rub a lot on the rough floor, are unstable when moving them because the plastic legs bend. Finally, I would suggest that the staff ensure that each table has a lantern with the QR code for the menu, otherwise, given the very dim lighting, the paper menu is difficult to read.

26/07/2025: Decent clams with linguine. Margherita pizza is only 6-7 euros which is great for kids. Nice clean restaurant with good service.

11/08/2025: An old tavern with plentiful, high-quality traditional cuisine. The owners are kind and friendly. If you're not very hungry, it's not recommended. For example, the cured meats and cheese appetizer included a whole ricotta (exceptional), two slices of primosale, mozzarella knots (I don't know how many), and various cured meats. A secret: if you compliment the owner, she'll give you a free liter of house promitivo in your bottle of mineral water to take home.

25/08/2025: Too long a wait for a taverna that, in a very touristy location, closes at 3 PM. The price for a seafood appetizer made with non-local produce was high, and it was also paltry. For 3 people, 3 appetizers served with only 4 mini slices of bread and 2 bottles of water, I paid €67. I'm posting a photo to show the paltry quality of a humble dish eaten in Puglia with products from Campania. The mackerel was clearly canned.

24/08/2025: We visited this restaurant for dinner. The place is authentic and very typical. Great service, beautiful traditional ceramic plates. Don’t miss plate with seafood starters-it’s great!Pasta was amazing. We also like wine-organic.

11/08/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, as was the burrata. After a bit of a wait, the first courses arrived: orecchietta pasta was not bad, and cavatelli in pecorino cream was awful, but unfortunately, it came out watered down, a dish that shouldn't have left the kitchen. Good service, but it was marred by the somewhat long wait. We must have had a bad day, which can happen, but it was still a bit disappointing. Maybe next time. Prices were perhaps a little above average.

29/08/2025: While staying with a friend in Noci, we decided to dine at this restaurant, highly recommended by locals and based on some online research. A rich appetizer, many courses prepared with meticulous attention to detail, and an excellent balance of flavors. Excellent raw seafood gives way to some truly spectacular first courses: calamarata with spirulina and seafood. We were just the right amount of filling, and the dessert was the icing on the cake. Super-refined pairings, worthy of fine pastry, and top-quality ingredients. Overall, a perfect experience. Kudos to the entire staff.

26/08/2025: An absolutely special place, we were welcomed by Mirella who expertly led us on a true gastronomic journey by Chef Natale. All the dishes, besides being incredibly fresh—we're talking about fish—were beautifully plated and mouth-watering just by looking at them. Everything was perfect, the location was welcoming, both inside and out, and the wine selection recommended by Mirella was excellent. The prices were absolutely in line with the quality and number of dishes. We'll definitely be back.
