21/09/2025: The three of us went for lunch, ordering three appetizers, three first courses, and a bottle of wine for €15, totaling €85, plus a €3 cover charge. The reviews were very positive... The location is cute and quaint, but I wouldn't return because the quality, and especially the preparation, of the dishes reaches a 6 at best. The pasta was made with breadcrumbs, garlic, and parsley...typical of gratinated mussels... What a shame!

You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment. The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent. It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away. Thank you and sincere compliments.

25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.

24/09/2025: I'm from Catania and the restaurant thought I was Chinese or something. An appetizer, two first courses, and two glasses of wine cost 82 euros. The food was horrible. Only the guys serving were friendly. BUT I WOULD NEVER LET THEM GO AGAIN AND I WON'T EVEN SEND AN ANT WITHOUT RESPECT.

Anna, modestly, every Saturday night we go out for dinner, I know very well how it works... there were three of us plus an elderly lady who tried some appetizers, and we ordered two appetizers for €56, a bottle of wine for €29, if I remember correctly, three risottos and a fried dish, plus two desserts. For what we paid, I felt like I was dining in a fine dining restaurant... the previous Santanna, as I remember well, was something else entirely. Anyway, no hard feelings, and have a nice day.

23/08/2025: The cuisine is a heavenly treat, the dishes are generous and flavorful, the staff is proactive and lively, attentive to the customer. Mario and Maura are relentless, patient, and meticulous seekers of the perfect nuggets. The products are a dive into a past, present, and future (to be preserved)—zero-mile, everything is local. The desserts are a taste bud explosion, perfect for a sweet end. Magnificent liqueurs, allergies and intolerances are listened to and respected, great music, and plenty of parking. Absolutely YES.

10/10/2025: Excellent pizza, very good wine also by the glass, unfortunately overwhelmed staff, we had to wait over an hour for our pizza.

07/10/2025: Visually pleasant restaurant, however it was necessary to ask the waiters several times to place an order. After 4 visits from the waiters and a final request, the order was taken. The rest of the meal went well, with a varied and quality menu.

08/10/2025: Federico welcomes you not as a guest, but as a friend. The cuisine is exquisite, the wine selection exceptionally select, and the ambiance is truly stylish. Nothing for the mainstream.

04/10/2025: Dining at Osteria del Vico was a highlight of our trip. It is a lovely family run place with a relaxed and genuine atmosphere. Amalia and Federico looked after us beautifully and Vincenzo provided thoughtful and friendly service throughout the evening. The food was delicious and authentic, and their suggestions for wine pairings were perfect. It is rare to find a restaurant where both the cuisine and the people are so memorable. A visit here feels less like eating out and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.

17/10/2025: The raw fish appetizer, as pictured, was skimpy but fresh. The fried fish portion was generous, but decent in composition and preparation, nothing special. Self-service. Setting: Outdoor tables, completely unsuitable for a sunny but very breezy, cold day with a rough sea. Everything was flying, from napkins to trays to disposable cutlery.

16/10/2025: To sum it up in one word: impeccable. Despite it being very crowded, the orders were prepared quickly and with just the right timing between appetizers and main courses. The food is excellent and has an irresistible aroma (I only managed to take a photo after the dishes were finished). I wasn't familiar with the place, and I was accompanied by a trusted friend. It's a fishing cooperative that cooks divine dishes with fresh fish and the aroma of the sea. The prices are fair; there's no point wandering around Bari, go straight to Torre a Mare.

06/10/2025: What a great gem ! It opens late but definitely worth it. One of the best pizza i had in my life. All textures available, crunchy, soft and the perfume of the fresh baked pizza is simply amazing. We also had the pistacchio pasta, wonderful. Strongly recommend this ristorante to everyone.
