The antipasti plate had many different things to try and most of them were quite good and interesting, except the caponata tasted a bit burnt & bitter. The waitress was genuinely helpful and halved the dish designed for 2 so I could still try it. I was also glad to listen to her and changed my wine order from 1/2 liter to 1/4 liter and it was perfect. The sea urchin spaghetti was very delicious. Their customers were a healthy mix of locals & tourists. Strongly recommended.

Perfecto ! We were a group of 20 people for a family lunch and had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Great atmosphere, and the waitresses were kind and always ready to help. The food was exceptional, especially the burrata ravioli, which were absolutely amazing. Thank you for this lovely experience, and we hope to come back very soon!

The atmosphere was relaxed and calm, and the service was quick and helpful. The food was excellent, and there were also plenty of options for celiacs. We were very satisfied!

Beautiful and romantic location just steps from the central Piazza Sant'Oronzo, with traditional vaulted ceilings and exposed Lecce stone. Very attentive and attentive service. The dishes are excellent and well-balanced, and the prices are reasonable and fair. It's a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it. I plan to return soon. My thanks and compliments to the staff. Excellent!!!

I was there last night, the waitresses were very helpful and kind and very knowledgeable. The first course of the day was delicious with bacon and pumpkin and the sea bass in a pistachio crust was equally delicious. So everything was very positive.

Dinner with friends, a very welcoming and pleasant place. We tried several dishes recommended by the restaurant owner and were quite satisfied. Good food and fair prices.

We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant. We were greeted by extremely kind, helpful, and warm staff, as was the atmosphere. We ate wonderfully, from appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent.

A lovely find, in the heart of the historic center, yet away from the crowds. Excellent, high-quality food, with portions that aren't overly generous and prices a bit higher than average, but that's probably because you have to get used to paying for quality. Service was perhaps a bit slow; we waited a bit too long between the first and second courses, though the wait was worth it. The atmosphere is meticulously maintained, very welcoming, with tables well spaced for privacy.

11/04/2026: Try to book in advance to get a table in the main dining room on the ground floor, which is more charming than the upstairs room. The food was good, especially the mixed starters, including delicious melt-in-your-mouth eggplant. However, our pasta wasn't al dente, and there were few desserts on the menu. Overall, a good evening.
11/04/2026: Good food, good service, good prices. It's a shame the orecchiette with meatballs had two meatballs in the sauce. When I go to Nonna's, I expect at least six.

06/06/2025: È un luogo molto suggestivo, a chi è salentino evocherà la fatica dei suoi avi, a chi non lo è insegnerà come vivevano alcune famiglie qui fino (almeno) alla fine degli anni '50. Il menù propone una scelta ristretta di piatti e sono tutte ricette tradizionali tipiche, proprio per rafforzare l'esperienza di questo ambiente e territorio. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili, si può circolare liberamente in alcune sezioni della struttura ma consiglio di prenotare una visita guidata. Insomma: tutto perfetto e ci tornerò di sicuro magari con amici che verranno a trovarmi dal nord. Ho trovato un'unica pecca: ritengo che 4 euro a testa di coperto sia una cifra un po' esagerata.
13/05/2025: Ci siamo ritornati dopo diversi anni! Location unica, molto caratteristica. Siamo entrati da una porticina laterale. Come immergersi in un atmosfera di 100 anni prima, la signora faceva la pasta a mano, gli abiti del personale.. i pomodori "te mpisa"... tutto super caratteristico. Menù che cambia ogni giorno in base al "km 0"... l'unico appunto che posso fare è il costo, un pò elevato per l'esclusività del posto, e non corrispondente all'effettivo valore del piatto. Esempio, un ottima terrina(piccola)fave e cicorie non può aver quel costo... o una terrina d'arrosto con 3 pezzetti... Ecco 5stelle mancate sono motivate da questo. Per il resto, personale bravissimo, preparato e della zona che ti mette a proprio agio anche qualche locuzione in dialetto (che culturalmente non fa mai male).
