21/04/2025: We found it by chance on Google and booked for Easter Sunday. I have to say we were truly delighted with both the excellent food and the warm welcome we received from the staff. It's a great idea to employ staff with various challenges; it's just a shame the region never supports these initiatives. As for the price, it was well above my expectations. We'll definitely be back this summer.

14/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for a pizzeria on a Saturday night, and I must say there was room, unlike other very busy pizzerias! We dined outside under the patios, very welcoming and relaxing! When we go out for dinner, we prefer to eat pizza, and looking at the online menu and the photos, I chose a vegetarian one! It didn't have much in common with the photo, and the zucchini, the only vegetable, were raw and unseasoned!! But what does it take to make a vegetarian pizza tastier? A little toppings, some breadcrumbs, and freshly cooked vegetables before baking or not? Well, I hope this review, if read, will be a piece of advice for the pizza chef or chef!

27/12/2025: What can I say... a truly fantastic experience! We visited this restaurant in December, and despite the season, it was completely packed: that alone speaks for itself. The welcome was warm and professional, the place was very well-kept and pleasant, but the real highlight was undoubtedly the food. Every dish we tried was excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The real highlight of the evening? The fusilloni with tuna and eggplant sauce: something indescribable, PHOTOTONIC, a must-try! And can we mention the fried fish? Light, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. A restaurant that wins you over in every way and is truly worth a visit. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: We came to this trattoria, if we can call it that, by chance, due to some personal issues. We were looking for a table for eight at the last minute, and after calling, we sat down. I'll start by saying that I'm sorry to write something unpleasant, but I have to, since you can't find places like this these days. The menu was really limited, with little choice, and no drinks. We ordered two platters of cured meats and cheeses, which were more for four people than eight, but the ridiculous thing was the price: €25 for a platter with slices of capocollo, three to five pieces of sausage, another cured meat, and six to seven pieces of cheese. A first course each, which was still small in quantity but adequate in flavor, and the meat was also adequate. A €3 cover charge for slow and terrible service. The food arrived after I'd asked for it three times, and it was always late. The guys seemed to be there by chance. They occasionally smoked outside while working, which isn't good. I hope it was just cigarettes. A liter of wine on tap costs €15, which seems like a steal to me; a half-liter costs €10. I'm truly speechless. Change your profession. This is coming from someone who's been in the industry for 25 years.

21/01/2026: I visited Chicche di Zia Rosa in Cisternino and had a truly memorable experience. The dishes were simply fantastic, meticulously crafted and full of authentic flavors. The service was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive. The owners are truly true restaurateurs, people who put passion and professionalism into everything they do. A place absolutely worth discovering.

07/11/2025: Rustic and welcoming atmosphere, traditional Apulian cuisine, all well-made. The road to the restaurant isn't the best, and there's virtually no signage. Recommended for gatherings with friends and/or family.

01/11/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant in Puglia by pure chance while looking for a spot for Saturday lunch — and it turned into an unforgettable culinary adventure. For just €40 per person, we were treated to a true feast. The meal began with two types of fresh bread, followed by two kinds of soft cheese and slices of cured meats per person. Then came a shared selection of delicious antipasti: fried meat, mushrooms, chickpea mousse, and baked eggplant with parmesan. Next, we each received a flavorful cannolo filled with meat, followed by a generous bowl of orecchiette with meat sauce. The main courses included a perfectly cooked beef tagliata with parmesan and rucola and grilled salsiccia served with potatoes and salad. To finish, they brought out a variety of sweets, fresh fruit, coffee, and a shot of amaro. Water and bottle of local wine were also included throughout the meal. The food was rustic, abundant, and made with heart — a perfect example of southern Italian hospitality. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, generous dining experience.

17/07/2025: Un repas typique, savoureux et généreux dans une ambiance conviviale. L’osteria propose une cuisine des Pouilles authentique, avec des produits du terroir simples mais savoureux. Les orecchiette alla cime di rapa étaient excellentes, tout comme les antipasti variés et copieux. Le vin local complète parfaitement l’ensemble. Le service est attentionné. Ici, on mange bien, on se sent bien, et on repart avec le sourire. Une adresse à ne pas manquer pour découvrir l'âme culinaire des Pouilles !

03/07/2025: Es ist eine familiäre und authentische Osteria mit entsprechenden pugliesischen Spezialitäten. Was wir als sehr schön empfunden haben, ist die kleine Karte mir den typischen traditionellen Gerichten sowie einem Tagesgericht (welches sich tatsächlich als zwei unterschiedliche Gerichte darstellte). In der Seitengasse gibt es einige Tische ansonsten sitzt man gemütlich im Kellergewölbe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und gaben sehr gute Erinnerungen an unseren Abend!
