10/06/2026: It was really only my first time there, and I have to say I didn't enjoy it very much. The waiter was kind but knew nothing about either the dishes or the wine. The cured meat appetizer, with tigelle, was very good. The duck breast pappardelle was flavorless and dry, while the fresh pappardelle were very good. The Lambrusco Otellino wine was good, and the lemon sorbet was also good.

09/08/2026: A stop at an osteria turned into a 5-star experience. Typical Parma dishes, top-quality ingredients, impeccable service, with a smile and a friendly atmosphere always at the forefront. Parmesan wafer with exceptional pork shoulder in Lambrusco... torta fritta, Parma ham, and other cured meats of superior flavor. And then... the desserts... a dive into flavors and tradition... 10 out of 10.

13/07/2026: Discovered by chance as the nearest open restaurant near our accommodation. Delicious traditional Italian dishes. Menus are available in languages ​​other than Italian by scanning the code on the menu. Despite being relatively quiet, we waited quite a while for the staff to come take our order, but everyone was polite. We had a two-course dinner, dessert, and coffee, all fresh and delicious. It was definitely worth eating here.

07/05/2026: The Parma prosciutto was fantastic! The Anolini truffle sausage dumplings were also incredibly delicious and paired wonderfully with white wine. Their flavors are even better than those from famous pocket bread shops.

04/05/2026: A restaurant located behind the cathedral! Both the pasta with prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano, and the truffle pasta were very delicious. The service was also excellent, and the restrooms were very clean.

02/06/2026: Passing through Parma, we stopped by Cortile by chance. A vast selection of wines, and a menu for all tastes. I hadn't had such beautifully prepared lamb in a long time (it was an extra dish on the daily menu). It was perfectly cooked, not fatty, and the chicory and raisins were delicious. The entire staff was truly smiling and friendly. We drank a very pleasant white wine from Elba. While waiting for the appetizer, the kitchen offered cheese fondue and a savory tartlet. Worth a visit. The price was fair.

27/05/2026: Certified restaurant, excellent food for celiacs. The pasta was delicious, and it's actually a great place for those who have trouble eating fresh pasta. Plus, they have the products for sale. Highly recommended, even for just a dinner; reservations are required for wine. Excellent value for money.

01/06/2026: Restaurant with excellent homemade dishes, especially the tortelli d'erbetta, the best I've ever had. The culatello and salami are superb, and the gelato is like something from another era—nothing mass-produced. Highly recommended.

29/05/2026: A very positive experience at Trattoria Antichi Sapori. A classic Parma trattoria, with slightly more refined flavors and pairings, and above all, with superb customer service. The quality of the products is excellent, and the seafood selection is also excellent, something you'd rarely find in these places. All this is complemented by the desserts, both the truly delicious sbrisolona and, above all, the surprise strawberry ice cream with its fabulous flavor—you can't stop eating it!

13/07/2026: The food was delicious. We had two beef carpaccios and herb tortelli. It's a shame we had to leave because, in 2026, they still allow smoking in the restaurant and even provide ashtrays. For health reasons, I can't be around people who smoke. It was disappointing.

06/05/2026: Midweek lunch with a group of 12 people after a ceremony in nearby Coloreto. First, fly to Ducato: a comfortable atmosphere in a simple yet well-maintained setting, with no-frills trattoria service (the owner is always present and available). The cuisine is good: tradition and simplicity with good quality. My appetizer was good: polenta, black truffle, and Parmesan fondue. My tagliata with mixed salad was also good. I nibbled on the other dishes, all good: tortelli with herbs, tortelli with pumpkin, cappelletti in broth, roast beef, and stuffed punta ripiena. Lunch is offered, so I don't know the prices, but I assume they're reasonable. See you next time.

The rich and delicious dishes, typical of a trattoria of yesteryear that prioritizes flavor over aesthetics, live up to expectations admirably. For a quarter of the house wine, water, a cover charge, and an excellent asparagus lasagna (the dish of the day), a delicious Italian meringue and lemon cake, and a coffee, I paid €27. Highly recommended for discovering a corner of Colorno near the wonderful estate.

We chose an Angus burger accompanied by delicious caramelized red onions, truly generous and flavorful, and a medium-rare beef fillet, tender and perfectly cooked. For sides, we had two portions of grilled vegetables, including zucchini, eggplant, and peppers, well-prepared and flavorful. All accompanied by a bottle of water. We spent about €48 for two, a price that seemed appropriate for the quality of the meat and the raw materials used. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with that authentic atmosphere of an old-fashioned trattoria. At lunchtime, we noticed many workers and regulars, a sign that the restaurant is also very popular with those looking for a lunch break with home-cooked food and quality ingredients. Friendly service, generous portions, and excellent cuisine. If you're passing through Parma and want to savor simple yet well-prepared dishes, Trattoria D'Antonia is definitely worth a visit.
