03/05/2026: Words don’t really quite do justice to the perfection of the meal we had after stumbling on this restaurant. There is a LOT of great, even extraordinary food in Italy, but this was beyond great. Every dish was perfect. If you do nothing else in Parma, come here.
Order the tiramisu, the risotto, the spaghetti pomodoro and the duck pasta.
30/04/2026: Restaurant serving typical Parma food. The appetizers were delicious, especially the generous portions.
I tried the tagliolini with ragù, which were truly excellent.

18/04/2026: We were in the area and looking for a place to eat, so we found and chose this trattoria on Maps. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. From the cured meats to the tagliatelle to the tagliata, and what can I say about the artichokes... everything was delicious and the prices were fair. Congratulations!!!

The Anolini truffle sausage dumplings were also incredibly delicious and paired wonderfully with white wine.
Their flavors are even better than those from famous pocket bread shops.

Both the pasta with prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano, and the truffle pasta were
very delicious.
The service was also excellent, and the restrooms were very clean.

19/04/2026: My boyfriend and I decided on Sunday morning to go eat at this place recommended by friends. Luckily, there was a free table!
Excellent wine, delicious tortelli. The location was beautiful, but we were placed in a room with two tables, both of which were very noisy. This was especially disappointing. I would have preferred a more relaxing Sunday lunch. I don't know if I'll go back.

22/04/2026: We were a little chilly because we weren't seated inside the restaurant itself but in an adjacent outdoor area that they'd converted to a heated space. However, it's still less comfortable than the actual restaurant, and there's a bit of a draft. Otherwise, we had a great time. The torta fritta with cured meats was delicious.
The cooked shoulder tortelli were good.
The Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare with tartare of Taggiasca olives and capers was delicious.
The guancialini with polenta were delicious.
The desserts were excellent, the mascarpone cream delicious, beautifully presented and a generous portion.
The service was quick and the elderly waiter, who took care of our table throughout, was very kind.

22/12/2025: A restaurant's reliability is judged first and foremost by its owners, and professionalism is certainly not a given here.
We booked a table for 12 people for a Friday in February (booking months in advance), and when we arrived, the table wasn't available ("I cancelled the reservation because I couldn't remember whose name was on the table," quote).
We gave it a second chance, and at that point, we booked a Christmas lunch for Sunday, December 21st, for 16 people.
Luckily, we called on Saturday to confirm, given the previous reservation: the table wasn't available.
Not a single apology, not an offer of preferential treatment.
Needless to say, the province was packed for some cured meats and gnocco fritto.

02/05/2026: I feel sorry for the nice lady, but it was a disappointment.
We went for lunch based on the reviews, but the food was terrible, especially for Emilia. We had a "Delizie di Parma" appetizer, but the cured meats seemed dry and tasteless. The tagliatelle with culatello... terrible, tasteless, and tasted like they'd been reheated in the microwave. The "tris della duchessa" was acceptable, but nothing extraordinary. Plus, we didn't spend much. Truly disappointed.
