23/08/2025: I've been to Ristorante Panama twice, once on August 15th and once the following week. Excellent food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Top service: very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable about the dishes. Very beautiful location: the view from the veranda is truly beautiful, and eating on the beach is also a lovely idea. It's a shame that the umbrellas on their beach were open and blocked the sea, but the atmosphere was still there. Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back!

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't have the positive reviews I'd read. I chose it through The Fork, but despite the discount, the price was much higher than what we ordered. The service was confusing.

17/08/2025: My wife and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant on the farm located on the hills of Lavagna, surrounded by greenery with centuries-old olive trees and a beautiful view of Portofino. The farm also has several rooms above the restaurant and hosts birthdays, confirmations, baptisms, and weddings. You can eat indoors in a large dining room or outdoors, either at outdoor tables overlooking Portofino or under the covered pergola with a view of the mountains only. The tables are beautifully set with cloth tablecloths and napkins, except in the pergola where the tables have paper tablecloths and napkins; perhaps cloth ones would be a good idea. At the beginning of the dinner, we were served two complimentary rabbit liver pates, and then we ordered the handmade "mal di indietro" ravioli with garden herbs as our first course, followed by handmade summer plantain maltagliati with Ligurian zucchini, mint, and clam pesto. For main courses, we shared a tender, soy-seared calamari on a puree of cannellini beans, with endive and spicy paprika powder. For dessert, we shared Paolo's cake, a soft sponge cake with dulce de leche cream. We loved everything, it was plentiful, delicious, and delicious. Chef Paolo Passano comes to greet guests during dinner and offers his exquisite dishes, which also have an exotic touch, created by Paolo, who lived in South America for many years. The large staff is elegantly dressed, welcoming, smiling, competent, professional, friendly, and helpful. 10/08/2025: Everything was perfect. The location had a great view, the food was excellent, and the service was excellent.

12/09/2025: This is a truly delicious traditional restaurant with a charming atmosphere. I ordered Tagliolini ai Totani and Crostata di Ricotta e Fichi for dessert, but I was disappointed I couldn't try a wider variety of dishes since I was there alone. The pasta was just the right amount of seasoning and was cooked softer than al dente, which I actually liked. The squid added a nice texture to the dish. The pasta was delicious, but the crostata was warm and soft, so delicious I still think about it.

We arrived right at 7 p.m. and were able to snag a spot, but it got very crowded after that :) The appetizers were good, but we would have preferred another main course. We only had the primo—spaghetti with seafood was on the daily special and very tasty. We also had the Aperol Spritz alternative :)

16/08/2025: Excellent Ligurian cuisine (trofie with pesto, walnut pansotti with butter and sage, and octopus salad). No air conditioning. Service could be improved. Limited tables; reservations recommended. There are also off-menu items written on a chalkboard. Parking is difficult to find as the place is located in a pedestrian area, on an alley next to a large church.

22/08/2025: An excellent experience in a welcoming and historic setting. The dishes are tasty and the portions are generous! The amberjack ravioli are highly recommended. The quality/quantity/price ratio is also very good. The only downside was the service, although this was most likely caused by an occasional issue. The wait times were quick and efficient at first, but then significantly slowed down between the first and second courses. That said, the dinner was still a pleasant experience, and U Pescou is a place we'll return to!

21/08/2025: The restaurant welcomed us with a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the extreme courtesy and helpfulness of the wait staff. The fish, in particular, was fresh and impeccably cooked, a true pleasure for the palate. The owner, Gabriele, was attentive and thoughtful to each customer. Overall, it was an excellent and unforgettable dinner.
