31/08/2025: After many years, we returned to Moneglia for a tour and by chance we stopped to eat at this restaurant. We were immediately greeted with a smile (which is not a given), so what can I say? Excellent food, very fresh fish, kindness, friendliness, speed, and good value for money... plus, we were in the middle of two tables of very pleasant older people, with whom we chatted the whole time 🥰 We ordered 2 seafood appetizers, 2 seafood risottos, 2 tiramisu, 2 coffees and they offered us limoncino, spending 45.00 each. ALL DELICIOUS. Highly recommended. We will be back 🔝

07/09/2025: A typical osteria, with a fixed menu that varies with the seasons. Classic Ligurian dishes: ravioli, farinata, snails... The food is tasty, and, no small thing for an osteria, when you leave you feel full but not weighed down. A special treat: the one-liter Coke in a glass bottle, which is not often found these days... The place is very quaint, and from the terrace you can see the river. However, I was there during a renovation and wasn't able to fully appreciate its beauty.

06/09/2025: Tried it today with my wife for the first time. A wonderful experience...I can't give it 6 stars, but it deserves it! Carefully prepared and delicious dishes, professional and friendly wait staff, a very welcoming place. I recommend it and will definitely return as soon as possible. Congratulations

22/08/2025: Amazing dining experience in the heart of Castelvittorio. Book much in advance!!!! The food is simply amazing—some plates are authentic that you cannot find elsewhere...so good! I wanted to eat everything in the menu and they were kind enough to make smaller portions for me to taste all the pastas they have. Everything is prepared with incredible quality. I dream to come back again!

18/09/2025: A must-see! A historic restaurant in Finale, this place is a real guarantee. If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend a stop: it's worth it! The cuisine is exceptional, authentically Ligurian, with flavors that are rare to find these days. Authentic dishes, prepared with care and passion. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. One of those experiences that makes you rethink the art of dining, an art that's increasingly rare to find.

23/08/2025: I've been to Ristorante Panama twice, once on August 15th and once the following week. Excellent food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Top service: very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable about the dishes. Very beautiful location: the view from the veranda is truly beautiful, and eating on the beach is also a lovely idea. It's a shame that the umbrellas on their beach were open and blocked the sea, but the atmosphere was still there. Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back!

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't have the positive reviews I'd read. I chose it through The Fork, but despite the discount, the price was much higher than what we ordered. The service was confusing.

13/08/2025: Luca Corsiglia is one of the best chefs in Liguria! His pesto is the best I’ve eaten and the rest of the menu is as excellent. Pippo is warm and friendly. He runs a terrific front of house. This restaurant is a “Can’t Miss” for any visit to Liguria!

31/08/2025: There's also outdoor seating. We arrived right at 7 p.m. and were able to snag a spot, but it got very crowded after that :) The appetizers were good, but we would have preferred another main course. We only had the primo—spaghetti with seafood was on the daily special and very tasty. We also had the Aperol Spritz alternative :)

28/09/2025: Unfriendly and a rip-off! We reserved a table for two and wanted to treat ourselves to a glass of Franciacorta each for the aperitif. However, the taciturn chef told us it was only available by the bottle. Instead, he recommended a glass of Blanc des Blances or a glass of Champagne! The food was very good and perfectly cooked, but after 90 minutes, he shoved the bill under our noses without being asked! There were still numerous tables available at 9:30 p.m. He said he had to clear the table! The bill was deliberately illegible and handwritten! When we asked, he said the 60 euros was for the two glasses he had recommended for the aperitif! At the same time, the chef told us to leave! Even though the food is good, we've rarely felt as unfriendly and unwelcome as at La Bossa! We were also deliberately ripped off! So be careful what you order and ask about the prices beforehand.

05/10/2025: Oh my goodness. Amazing experience of wonderfully elegant local Ligurian special distinctive dishes. Fast talking family owner takes your order. Traditional flexibility of ordering great for groups (e,g., two portions of three dishes shared by five people). The view at this elevation is stunning. Driving up the mountain is hard. Then there a short walk along a cliff and up steps.

04/10/2025: Invited to a wedding lunch, we enjoyed the traditional Ligurian cuisine and the prompt, friendly service. The view is splendid, but it's a shame the cold, rainy day didn't allow us to dine on the terrace.

10/06/2025: Il ristorante A Viassa, si trova a Dolceacqua, splendido borgo medievale del Ponente Ligure famoso per il suo ponte romano a schiena d'asino e il Castello Doria. Il locale si presenta moderno e luminoso,accogliente e con una buona musica di sottofondo all'interno. Possibilità di utilizzare,nella bella stagione,un gradevole dehors in affaccio su Via della Liberazione. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Servizio impeccabile. Menù degustazione di mare: eccellente. Quantità delle portate adeguata. Prezzo finale ampiamente corretto. Che dire: sicuramente consigliato.

18/09/2025: While strolling around the port, we had to ask a (different) waitress twice to get a table we had selected (near the port). It was given to another couple, and we were seated on the terrace, where there's very little privacy. As for the food itself, it's good, but the quantity is really too limited without an appetizer. Once, it was fish ravioli, and once, meat ravioli. Too bad I don't have any photos, but not even fifteen ravioli. As for the service itself, the wait to order was too long, and the waitresses were unfriendly, looking askance and checking to see if we'd finished our dishes like vultures watching their prey. One waitress even came over when she saw the bread was finished and wanted to clear everything away while my partner was still eating. No smiles, no friendliness, and little politeness, except from the oldest person, who was very friendly. In short, go there for the view if it's not too crowded and if you're not too hungry, otherwise, another nearby restaurant would do much better.
