This restaurant is truly worth the trip, despite the distance and its location in the small village of Torre Papone. If you're unfamiliar with the area, it's not always easy to find the first time, and you have to walk a bit to get there… but that's part of the charm of the experience. The setting is simply magical: an original restaurant located in an old cave carved into the rock, in the heart of the village. An unusual place full of character. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the welcome is equally warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short: a unique place, as beautiful to see as it is to eat. I highly recommend this extraordinary experience.

The place is beautiful, housed in a former olive oil mill, which later served as a tool shed and was recently renovated to become a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, right from the phone reservation, if I remember correctly. A certain Patrizia, who was truly kind, was also very helpful. We tried the tasting menu to sample everything, and they even made it available for our dietary needs/allergies. The atmosphere was lovely; we'll be back.

02/05/2026: Very well-kept location, dishes presented with unexpected attention to detail, excellent quality products, a level far above expectations. A special mention goes to the fish soup, a full and rich flavor that brought me back to the tastes of home. Excellent experience.
11/04/2026: A truly amazing dinner!!! The English lady who runs the place looked after us throughout the meal, offering advice and serving us with great kindness and enthusiasm. The food is truly excellent, and the place is clean and well-kept. The bathroom is also wonderful. The price is super reasonable. If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop by for a truly special dinner. 10 out of 10!! I recommend the ravioli del plin with Castelmagno cheese, the ravioli with blueberries and saffron, and the swordfish. The desserts are also truly delicious, especially the tiramisu.
