02/04/2026: We went for lunch. There's no written menu, nor any prices displayed, but they asked us if we knew what we wanted. We started with the appetizers, which were good and, in our opinion, the best dishes. The first courses weren't excellent; the mushrooms in particular were woody, and the lamb was also too dry. The bill was more expensive than we expected. We had traveled quite far inland. It had been recommended to us, and we had high expectations, so we were a bit disappointed. The owner, on the other hand, is friendly.

29/03/2026: An exceptional restaurant in Vessalico, where you can sample a wide variety of dishes (infinite appetizers, tasty first courses, exquisite second courses with side dishes, and exquisite desserts), all homemade and served fresh, with wines, water, and all-you-can-eat drinks. I recommend arriving early (Sunday lunch usually starts at 12:30, allowing for a short break between courses). Expect a total lunchtime of approximately 4-5 hours, spent happily in good company. Reservations are absolutely required to avoid disappointment. For special occasions, such as Christmas and Easter, it's best to book at least 3 months in advance (4 to be extra safe). Payment by card or cash. Kudos to the entire staff; you're always one of a kind!

08/02/2026: Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. Tasty first courses, but above all, the most beautiful and delicious capon magro in the western part of Italy. A challenging dish, but here the flavors are well-balanced, and the fish doesn't disappear into the vegetables. Definitely worth a try.

11/04/2026: This review is solely about the BUBBLE ROOM. I stayed with my husband and children in the bubble room. I booked online, and I didn't like the fact that the page stated that the pool was unusable until summer. It's true that guests can use it, but it's completely unclear in the "included" section, and considering the price, I'd say it's the least they could do. The location of the B&B and restaurant is stunning. Everything is well-kept, the brick houses, the lawn trimmed. Truly beautiful. We were greeted by the restaurant's maître d', a polite and friendly person who showed us how the gate to the garden where the bubble room is located and the air conditioning inside the bubble work. The bubble 'room' is made up of three bubbles: the first has an entrance with a sofa, the second has a double bed with a closet at the back (which contains towels, a teapot with tea and herbal teas, slippers, a hairdryer, and a bathrobe), and the third is the bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. Everything is transparent except for the bathroom, which is covered in white, so you can't see inside from the outside. There are NO curtains around the entire perimeter of the bubbles, only around the bed. The bubble is very tastefully and tastefully furnished, and there is air conditioning in the first two sections, but not in the bathroom. The main drawback is the presence of a lot of dust (this is absolutely unacceptable) and insects (you can work with it, but we're still talking about a structure without real walls in a garden, so I do NOT recommend the experience to anyone with a phobia of spiders, bedbugs, or various worms). Around the bubble is a small garden that looks quite nice, but could be better maintained. There are various tarps, poles, and random abandoned cables. Overall, it looks good; it would be worth the price if it had some special view. It's actually located in a garden enclosed by white tarps and wooden fences. Apart from the sky, there's not much to admire around. In the evening, the atmosphere is definitely more magical thanks to the well-placed lights. Breakfast is not included and costs €15 per person, but we knew about this because it was listed on the website. Overall, the experience was nice; for what I paid (€340), I would have certainly expected a little more care, cleanliness, and a minimum view. The last thing I found in terrible taste was when, handing over the keys to the bubble at checkout, I was asked if "everything was okay," and my response was interrupted with the phrase, "No, but I meant regarding the payment." What kind of manner is that? Furthermore, the lady then chased us to ask for the tourist tax (2 euros) while we were almost at the car. All fine, if it weren't for the completely wrong attitude. Not a smile, all you care about is money. Without asking customers how they enjoyed their stay, you chase them for two euros... if this is how they do business, I don't know if they'll go far. I went into a lot of detail in this review because when I was looking for information before booking, I didn't find much. I hope this comment can be helpful to anyone who's booking the experience, because let's face it, it's not exactly cheap. I should add that the location is in a mountainous area and there are several highly rated restaurants nearby, but there's not much else to do. I don't recommend this experience with children; it's definitely better as a couple.

22/02/2026: We came to dinner for Valentine's Day with high expectations, given the evening and the menu. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the start time for dinner. The appetizers arrived at 8:55 PM: the menu listed them as three appetizers, but we were served a single dish with everything together. We expected three separate courses, not a single dish, especially on an evening like Valentine's Day. The first course arrived at 10:00 PM: this, too, was supposed to be two first courses, but instead it was a single dish divided in half, with cold ravioli on one side and hot tagliatelle on the other. After an hour of waiting, receiving a dish served this way was truly disappointing. The second course arrived at 11:00 PM, but after such a long wait, our appetite had worn off. Dessert arrived at 11:55 PM: nothing special or themed, just a sort of whipped cream, which was also unpleasant. We tasted it and left it there. Furthermore, when it came to the main course, they only brought me silverware after I pointed out I didn't have any. The cashier didn't even have change, so they had to go to the kitchen to get five euros. In a situation like that, we would have expected at least an apology or a small gesture of thoughtfulness. We paid €135 in total (dinner plus wine), but beyond the price, what was lacking was the service, organization, and attention to detail. For an evening like Valentine's Day, we expected something completely different. We won't be returning.

05/04/2026: A welcoming restaurant where chef Elvira prepares excellent dishes that emphasize simplicity, enjoyed with the excellent DOC wines that the Ramoino family produces and sells successfully. The service is friendly, fast, and professional, and the prices are reasonable for the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant. Returned today, simple but excellent Easter menu, and I stand by my previous review.
