But is there a 100, a 1000, a 10,000 score?!?!
Because this restaurant doesn't just deserve the highest rating possible: it deserves to be out of the running. It can't end up in the same cauldron as other "highly rated restaurants" because here we're on another level. Here we're talking about true courtesy, passion, and history. We're talking about people who come to your table to chat with a smile, who tell you how they do their job and why they do it that way. They put their heart into all of this.
I was astonished and moved by such warmth and friendliness, especially in Liguria—where the welcome can sometimes be a bit rougher. Here, however, it's pure warmth.
I found this place thanks to an ad on Instagram and immediately wanted to go.
While searching on Google, I saw that you could also book through TheFork, and I did so immediately because I use it so much.
As soon as I arrived, I really tested the patience of the young man who welcomed us. It was windy, and I couldn't decide where to sit: inside, outside, outside, inside... I kept changing my mind and table. He, poor guy, always kind, polite, and with an incredible dose of humor and charm,
"went after me" without the slightest annoyance. For that alone, 10 points!!!
But the points increased dramatically throughout the evening. He explained the wines to us one by one, telling us which ones they produce, which ones they don't, how they make them, and where they come from. For our entrée, he brought us Frisciöi, a typical Ligurian appetizer from the menu, and offered them to us to try without asking. A gesture that says it all.
The dishes?!?? The dishes were indescribable, so good!!! I realized it the moment he placed the appetizer in front of me: I looked at my plate and thought, "I'm going to eat well here, this is on another level." And boy, I wasn't wrong at all.
The dinner was perfect and flawless. Every course was a delight, with an incredible balance of flavors. Nothing was left to chance. And the service? The guy was always present without being intrusive: he seemed to telepathically sense when we needed something and, as if by magic, he would come to the table to ask if everything was okay.
I'll just tell you this: my husband NEVER eats dessert because he's never satisfied. Halfway through dinner, he looked at me and said, "I could also have dessert here." No sooner said than done.
He took it. And guess what? Savored and devoured down to the last teaspoon!!! Even the dessert was on the same high level as everything else.
Guys, I don't recommend you go. I FORCE you to go. And trust me: you won't regret it. In fact, you'll thank me.

A welcoming restaurant where chef Elvira prepares excellent dishes that emphasize simplicity, enjoyed with the excellent DOC wines that the Ramoino family produces and sells successfully. The service is friendly, fast, and professional, and the prices are reasonable for the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Returned today, simple but excellent Easter menu, and I stand by my previous review.

A wonderful restaurant with genuine Italian hospitality. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a smile by Elvira, the warm and typically Italian hostess. Her friendly nature permeates the entire restaurant – the rest of the team is equally attentive.
Ristorante Ramoino is clean and well-maintained, and a glimpse into the kitchen reveals the care and passion with which the chefs work. The regional dishes are fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared.
