20/05/2025: A great chance discovery. A sort of canteen, with courteous service and a great atmosphere, and dishes typical of Genoa and Italy. It's like a Genoese bouchon. A colorful place for a small budget.

31/05/2025: For the food we ate, this restaurant is really too expensive. We didn't like the stuffed calamari. If you order the meatballs in sauce, expect 3 meatballs of questionable taste for €12. Pasta with normal pesto, without green beans or potatoes... nothing exceptional. The house white wine was very good. Maybe we are not used to these flavors, but here in Chiavari we found much better. Incomprehensible prices. In short... terrible quality/price ratio.

28/05/2025: I have known this restaurant for many years and this summer I went there for the first time with my family. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. I recommend everything. They have two internal rooms and in the summer you can eat outside because they put the tables under the porticoes. On New Year's Eve we tried takeaway. Prawns with gorgonzola and stuffed squid

13/05/2025: Conditionally recommended. The atmosphere and service were good, but part of my tuna steak was inedible that evening. It's quite loud inside, and unfortunately, it was too chilly for the terrace.

18/05/2025: We showed up without a reservation and late at night. With the utmost availability they welcomed us with a smile and made us sit down. Despite the full house after just ten minutes, not easy considering it was a Saturday night. Nice place and wonderful staff girls Congratulations

10/05/2025: We waited a long time for a pizza. Arrived at 7.30am, delivered at 10pm. The cheese focaccia is good, nothing to say but the pizza leaves something to be desired.

We wish we could have stayed much longer... the staff were really super friendly and they even brought a surprise happy birthday candle on the cake for my son. Excellent, elegant, comfortable and welcoming rooms. Top cleanliness, 10/10. Dinner in the 5 star restaurant!! Very well-kept and very relaxing garden. An experience definitely worth repeating.

04/05/2025: Stunning place in a cozy village in the mountains of Italy! We stayed at Frattoria del Pippo and it was a truly wonderful experience. A cozy village located in the mountains, about 40 minutes from Portofino - a quiet, picturesque and very soulful place. We arrived late in the evening, around 23:00, and Luca, the owner, greeted us with a warm smile. He kindly helped lift things upstairs and asked if we needed anything. The atmosphere was as cozy and caring as possible. The rooms are clean, with separate rooms - ideal for a couple with a friend. There was silence at night, no one disturbed. And in the morning we woke up to the singing of birds and the soft ringing of bells - a feeling of a real Italian morning. Luca fed us a delicious breakfast and everything was very homely. The house has absolutely everything you might need - even an iron! We were completely satisfied with this place and would happily return. Many thanks to Luka for your hospitality! We recommend it to everyone who is looking for a holiday in tranquility and with soul.

31/05/2025: Always a guarantee. Farinata with Stracciatella and Red Shrimp, a must. Outdoor tables in this period with mild temperatures make you fully appreciate the atmosphere. Every time I come to Genoa Zena Zuena is a fixed stop.
