28/02/2026: If you're passing through Bologna and want an authentic, no-frills Emilian experience, you absolutely must stop by Polpette e Crescentine. We started with a selection of appetizers that could only be described as generous. The baskets of crescentine and tigelle arrived hot and fragrant, perfect paired with a platter of excellent cured meats and a truly refined selection of cheeses, including the Pecorino Perla Nera and Caciotta di Monteveglio, served with honey. The real highlight of the appetizers, however, was the incredibly soft mortadella mousse and the creamy squacquerone, which pairs perfectly with the warm crescentine. We couldn't miss out on the Modena pesto, and for pure indulgence, we added the fried tortellini: a true revelation, crispy on the outside and flavorful in the middle, so delicious you can't wait to try them again. For the first course, I went for the classic tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù. The pasta was clearly fresh, with just the right texture to hold the flavorful ragù, cooked slowly as tradition dictates. It truly tastes like home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff makes you feel immediately at ease. It's the ideal place if you're looking for the substance and authentic flavors of Bolognese cuisine. We'll definitely be back to try the meatballs!

22/02/2026: Greasy and heavy crescentine, terrible meatballs (and thank goodness it's called that!) Desserts? Packaged Cameo cake passed off as tenerina, and if you really want to have fun, try the mascarpone! Tap water charged as if it were bottled, and the place is noisy and dirty. I'll spare you the comment about the bathrooms, which are better. Last but not least... as mentioned in other reviews, the price is too high for the low quality. Never again!

21/02/2026: Welcoming, very well-maintained, and comfortable location. The menu features typical local products. We enjoyed the cured meats appetizer with good bread, fried gnocco (on the side), and breadsticks. We had a first course with wild boar ragù, and I must say it was magnificent, delicious, and generously seasoned. The second course was a shin of pork with potatoes, cooked very well and accompanied by delicious baked potatoes. We shared a small bottle of Lambrusco red wine (€7). The price wasn't exactly cheap, but it was fair for the service and quality. We appreciated the owner's friendliness and hospitality. Convenient parking.

03/01/2026: A small, intimate, and welcoming restaurant near the Enzo Ferrari Museum. The menu is typically Emilian, with traditional, homemade, and authentic flavors. We had gnocco fritto and culatello, lasagna Bolognese, tagliatelle with ragù, and gnocchi with pancetta, walnuts, and balsamic vinegar. Everything was excellent, though the lasagna was perhaps a little dry, but that's purely personal opinion, as the flavor was excellent. Prices are moderate, fair, and the portions are generous. Overall, a good trattoria/osteria-style experience.

24/12/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Bresciello. A small deli with a kitchen, the fried gnocco is delicious. The stew is also worth a visit. The atmosphere and service are informal and welcoming. Excellent value for money. If you're passing by, stop by; it's worth it.

15/07/2025: Meravigliosa atmosfera che circonda questo localino. Sembra rivivere i film di don Camillo e Peppone. La ragazza in sala super simpatica e velocissima, così come il cuoco eccellente e cordiale anche in virtù della nostra passione comune per i Pink Floyd. Cibo fantastico e salumi ottimi. Unica pecca: i cani non possono entrare!!!

12/07/2025: Locale perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: servizio alla mano favoloso, ti senti praticamente un familiare😂, piatti genuini della casa. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, impreziosita dalle splendide foto ai muri tratte dai film di Don Camillo. Un’esperienza che unisce gusto, tradizione e un tocco di cinema italiano indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

11/12/2025: Trattoria with Sardinian influences in Porretta, strange, but the tagliatelle with wild boar and fresh pasta were excellent. The bill was reasonable.

26/10/2025: Delicious traditional Emilian dishes and a great surprise with the excellent Sardinian specialties, including the seadas, a typical Sardinian dessert. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back.
