17/05/2025: We spent a wonderful evening with friends in this very welcoming and well-kept place. The service was impeccable: the girl who looked after us throughout the dinner was attentive, kind and helpful. We shared a platter of cold cuts accompanied by squacquerone and homemade giardiniera, all served with excellent crescentine. As main courses, we tried the tagliatelle with partridge ragù and truffle, the half cockerel with sautéed vegetables and the cotoletta alla petroniana. Everything was really delicious: light and not greasy crescentine, very fresh cold cuts and cheese, homemade giardiniera tasty and well-balanced. The main courses were also very much appreciated, with generous portions and authentic flavors. Ideal place for dinners with friends but also for more private moments: warm atmosphere, excellent food and great attention to the customer.

29/06/2025: I'll start by saying that this trattoria has nothing at all! It's closer to a luxury restaurant where you eat very well but you pay a lot too! Not even in starred restaurants do you pay €4.50 for cover and €4 for water! Perfect service and raw materials of the highest quality and the prices on the menu are fully respectful but basically it remains an expensive restaurant, and I used the word restaurant not trattoria!

28/06/2025: Terrible experience! Nothing to say about the quality, we liked it but there are many other restaurants where you eat well and have attentive and careful service. I'm putting the negative review because the service was terrible, for a Friday night they made us wait 30, I repeat 30 minutes to take the order, a disgrace! Then the owner I presume, the short blonde girl was incredibly rude, we had a table for two at the back of the room in the corner, we weren't in anyone's way, I sat next to my boyfriend and she with an unpleasant and arrogant manner made me get up and move, putting me in front of him because I was in the way of the passage ahahhah when in reality there was only one table to our left and the passage was more than wide in fact no waiter passed us by. I will take this one to heart and I will never set foot in there again because the service is worth 50% to me and I consider it low level with the owner of an incredibly rude girl that I have never had a similar bad experience before. Never again!

21/06/2025: I went to this place for dinner with friends. The tables were arranged under the plants with good lighting. The service was friendly, although not very fast. The first and second courses of meat were excellent. We had to wait a little longer for the second courses, but it was worth it. The children's play area was very nice. Enjoy your visit

15/05/2025: We have been to this restaurant many times and I am very sorry to have to give a bad review to the behavior of the restaurateurs. Dogs are accepted but if they bark they are thrown out!!! It was very embarrassing for us to be asked to leave, twice in a few minutes! It is true that my little 2 kg maltipoo barked when we entered, but he would have stopped as soon as he had settled in. With perhaps 100 noisy guests celebrating, it was almost impossible to talk, but Shark was annoying. Too bad: there are other restaurants where dogs, who sometimes bark a little, are really welcome!

Reggio Emilia tradition with fried dumplings, right leg ham, top primial. I never got to the second courses given the abundance of the plates. I go there often and I don't give up

30/06/2025: We exited the highway in passing to come and eat here, upon arrival they made us sit inside and immediately brought us water to drink we opted to take an appetizer based on fried dumplings and cold cuts, then we continued with 4 menus of the day, small hitch only on my wife's rice but the waiter noticed the mistake and immediately remedied it, the chef's fault who is in love according to him, the perfect second courses a little limited the quantity of porchetta but the other dishes were abundant, prices overall in line with the area we are in, shame that it did not have San Simone as a bitter, I highly recommend buying it for demanding customers like me, for this time we settle for the nocino all in all we ate well,

24/03/2025: Mangiare al Cavallino Bianco è sempre una esperienza bellissima perché è come ritornare bambina e ricordare certi sapori che ormai è difficile trovare. Il culatello il prosciutto, lo strolghino , la spalla cotta, la loro giardiniera sono piatti superlativi, per non parlare dei tagliolini al burro di Vacche Rosse con il culatello , i secondi ricchi di gusto,I dolci ottimi insomma provare per credere! La gentilezza del proprietario è innata e quindi ti senti veramente a casa di amici. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩. Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola. Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰

27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio. Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato. Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio. Bravi ed onesti con il conto.
