24/05/2025: Il Colombo si è confermato essere un'ottima scelta, anticipataci da chi c'era già stato. Tutto molto bene: ottima selezione di salumi, primi molto ben realizzati, così come i secondi e i dolci. Proprietario cordiale, simpatico e attento. Manca però una stella: a nostro avviso potrebbe essere ampliata la proposta per chi non ama mangiare carne, inserendo in lista, oltre lo storione e il parmigiano, anche qualche piatto in più di pesce e di formaggi, oppure qualche sformato.

19/04/2025: We were on a trip to Pavarotti's residence and then consequently we had lunch there.....eating excellent service equally the only discordant note, let me start by saying that this criticism applies both to those who organized our trip and to the restaurant but not the restaurant itself all the restaurants.....in my opinion putting a dessert at €8 euros is exaggerated to say the least!!!

01/06/2025: Very good food, bizarre passatelli with truffle. Shame about the service, we don't know if there was a lack of staff but we waited a long time for the borlenghi... while with the first courses very fast.

Location veramente affascinante, elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottimo il servizio con personale molto cortese e attento al cliente. Qualità eccellente, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

29/05/2025: Stunning "Emilia-Romagna" cuisine! Fantastic 2 course lunch with a beautiful Sangiovese. This restaurant is in a little town, Castlefranco Emilia, off the tourist trail. Only locals and ppl in the know eat here. Love to return soon.

22/04/2025: A pleasant discovery. Spectacular fresh pasta made by them. Traditional location as it should be there. Adjacent shop selling local and produced products. Worth trying again for the boiled meats cart.

21/04/2025: 5 stars more than deserved. My family and I and relatives spent Easter Monday there with them. Excellent quality/price. Fantastic staff, competent, very kind and polite. Excellent food!! top their boiled meat. My girls (one 9 and the other 2 years old) were also treated very well. Well done 👏 place where we are more than happy to return!

24/05/2025: A place near the center of San Giovanni, from the outside it actually looks like a workshop, but as soon as you enter it's a spectacle, a well-kept environment that encourages you to eat as there are windows for retail sales like a rotisserie, quick service (perhaps too much 😁😁😁 the cheese tray disappeared before I could use it) very good dishes, ok price, we will definitely be back to try their other specialties

18/05/2025: Nestled in the Parma hills, a very beautiful place, on summer evenings you can cool off a bit, being able to stay outside the restaurant, as there are chairs and benches to enjoy the cool air. The restaurant inside is very welcoming and intimate, the owners are very hospitable and friendly and try to satisfy the requests made. The food is traditional with large and very good portions. We had appetizers of cold cuts with fried cake, as first courses tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage, passatelli tortelli, some took the second course, but not all as the portions as mentioned are large. To drink water and wine, Lambrusco, which went down well. Modest expense compared to the quantity of food, especially the quality, comparing it with other restaurants. We booked in advance as it is a fairly popular restaurant. We will definitely be back

11/05/2025: Qualità servizio e professionalità devo essere proporzionali al prezzo....oggi nn è stato così...cibo salato, servizio assente per lunghi periodi, professionalità e cortesia incommentabili.....non tornerò, in zona c'è di meglio......
