20/03/2025: Ci rechiamo ogni tanto in zona per acquisti nei caseifici/salumifici e consultando TA stavolta la scegliamo questo ristorante (anche su consiglio di un conoscente in zona) scelta azzeccatissima: tutto perfetto location, personale, servizio, piatti. Salumi super, ci è stato offerto anche un assaggio di culatello 53 mesi strepitoso! Primi, secondi, dolci tutto superlativo (zabaione da urlo...) ottima materia prima ben preparata, porzioni giuste. Abbiamo bevuto un ottimo Gutturnio. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tra l'altro vendono anche i salumi da loro prodotti. Se siete in zona dovete assolutamente provare, noi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci e d è entrato nella lista dei miei "posti del cuore". Grazie a tutto lo staff

Dishes and environment are traditional. Ah.... Absolutely super desserts!!!! Mascarpone and trifle are addictive! Absolutely worth trying.

23/03/2025: Occasion Dinner during a business trip Location Small restaurant / rotisserie in a town near Bologna. I won't remember the place for the setting but it is in line with the type of structure. Tables quite close together and a bit noisy when crowded. Food I would say spectacular! The pumpkin pie was delicious. The zucchini flowers stuffed with burrata and anchovies too! The cheek was very tender and tasty. The dishes my colleagues had were also very very good. Very good dessert. Price Excellent value for money. 40 euros per person for a starter, a main course and a dessert each. Including a bottle of wine. When I am again in the Bologna area, I will definitely go back!

17/02/2025: Bella trattoria.ampio parcheggi.tavoli comodi dove si riesce a.parlare senza urlare. Ampio menu anche se la tavolata aveva idee chiare: sorbir,.erbazzone, bollito e arrosti misti.dolce. tutto bagnato dal lambrusco. Sorbir eccezionale come pure il bollito gli arrosti erano un po stopposi..personale e proprietaria gentili e professionale. Prezzo giusto
