Prices are rising, food is good. The owner isn't very friendly. There's plenty of parking, even for trucks.

Excellent quality/price ratio. There was no way to get an invoice. They gave me a receipt, but unfortunately I don't have any use for it.

An unexpected discovery: the entrance leads to a perfectly ordinary bar counter, but bypassing it leads to a huge room... The staff was helpful and friendly, despite all the tables being occupied. The atmosphere was totally informal (at least at lunch), but at the same time very professional. The menu offered a variety of dishes, obviously with local specialties, and almost everything was excellent... the almost, and perhaps it was a matter of personal taste, was the trifle I didn't like, but that's a small detail compared to the rest. The quality/price ratio was good, and it's not far from the highway toll booth. I will definitely return when in the area. Kudos to the management and staff. Thanks for everything!! Definitely

A great place to refuel and enjoy traditional Modenese cuisine of excellent quality. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable.

The food was truly typical of Modena – down-to-earth, just like Mom used to make, simply good and plentiful. Excellent value for money. The service was authentic and friendly, and you'll leave really full, as the portions are quite large.

A historic restaurant in southern Modena. A lovely place where you can start with a delicious breakfast, continue with a delicious aperitif, and, above all, lunch and dinner with traditional dishes prepared to perfection. A top-notch selection of cured meats and cheeses. What can I say...if you want to take a break and leave satisfied...this is the place for you. Ps. Ample parking and convenient access...near the Modena Sud highway exit...easy to get to.

I'm revising the review after seven years. I confirm everything, but I'd add that unfortunately, the price increase on everything, both services and raw materials, is noticeable. The bill is affected more than other similar establishments, but these are choices. Trattoria Ponte Guerro has obvious costs due to staff and equipment. In short, to save money, you have to go elsewhere. The old review follows, which doesn't change anything about what was said above. A beautiful, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere. Very close to the Modena Sud exit, so convenient for travelers. A wide selection, but particularly strong on traditional fare. Excellent tortellini in broth, with nutmeg, served separately. Excellent gnocco fritto and tigelle. Good second courses. I drink Lambrusco and it's very good. Professional staff. Service is impeccably maintained.

Excellent food, excellent quality. The service could be improved, but overall, they're good and friendly. The tables are a bit cramped, and since I have trouble walking, it's a bit difficult to get there. I've been there before, and my wife hasn't, but we've decided to return soon. Overall rating: 9.

The trattoria is conveniently located near (about 400m) the Modena Sud motorway exit. The food is good and plentiful, and it's frequented by tradespeople. The staff is friendly, and the menu is also available in English. The location on the main road is only bothersome when eating outdoors. There is ample parking. Recommended for a lunch stop.
