28/06/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente ed elegante con personale gentile e discreto. Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo.
Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

06/05/2026: Fast and efficient service. The owner is kind and always ready with a joke. We ate well, gnocco and tigelle, good cold cuts and various sauces. We will repeat to try the first courses too.

07/04/2026: We visited on a holiday and the place feels like an old-fashioned village tavern, with a lovely retro feel.
The staff was extremely kind and made us feel at home.
The cured meats were excellent, of great quality.
The first and second courses were very good.
A special thanks to the kitchen lady's son for his patience, and to the dining room lady's daughter for the wonderful tour of the wine cellar (sorry, I don't know their names).
I highly recommend it and I already know I'll be back when I'm in the area again.

26/04/2026: Dinner in Bologna while passing through. Pleasantly surprised to find a true traditional trattoria: good food without too many frills in the presentation. Good quality ingredients, prices in line with the type of menu.
Pleasant atmosphere and quiet. Background music, much appreciated.
25/04/2026: Today, April 25, 2026, we came for lunch with the diocesan Catholic Action group. The service was excellent: friendly, quick to joke, and always smiling. The food was truly delicious. Traditional dishes, carefully prepared and served in abundance. The location was spacious and surrounded by a beautiful garden.
A traditional restaurant where the table becomes a place for unhurried sharing. A special thank you from the entire group.

29/11/2025: A spectacular location inside Formigine Castle. Excellent service.
27/11/2025: We dined at Calcagno with our family and found the food to be excellent, with attentive and appropriate preparation for our two-year-old, courteous staff, and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
We were also treated to a delicious entrée and a truly superb digestif (a spoonful of sugar)!
The price is a bit high, but given the many positives, it's worth it every now and then.

We dined at this beautiful location to celebrate an event, enjoying the selection of cured meats and cheeses with classic fried gnocchi and an excellent trio of first courses. The service was equally enjoyable: fast, friendly, but not intrusive. We'll definitely be back.

Also available are various truffle menus, Florentine steaks, etc.
