A nice place with helpful and friendly staff. A typical old-fashioned place where you pass through the bar to access the dining room. The quality is good but not exceptional. The first courses were good, but the stuffed zucchini in the second course weren't baked, as I expected (perhaps because I was waiting too long), but rather seemed boiled and served in some sort of broth. It must be said, however, that the flavor of the filling was truly excellent, and if they had been baked and gratinated in the oven, they would have released all their deliciousness! The fried food was also mediocre. The welcome appetizer (salami and pancetta) was pleasant, and the availability at the time was appreciated.

A trattoria of yesteryear, where time seems to have stood still, along with the traditional flavors. Truly excellent food, crafted according to local traditions, almost as if my grandmother had cooked it. A must-try if you want to enjoy authentic flavors in a setting reminiscent of your own home.

A typical Bolognese trattoria, home-style, with everything homemade... The typical flavors you'd only find at your grandparents'... A typical 1960s atmosphere, but that's nice. Then there's Bossoli, the blue-eyed man, the typical "ignorante" (for us, that means nice) Bolognese. Here you always feel at home, among friends.

12/06/2026: A very well-run Bolognese trattoria next to the Two Towers. Still very respectful of tradition. Very welcoming place with very kind and professional staff. A rare thing! Careful cuisine and a Bolognese menu, not extensive but well-chosen. Good wines and friendly service. Highly recommended, given the deterioration in the downtown area. Very polite and discreet staff, even at late hours. Well done.

05/07/2026: The spaces are very spacious and comfortable for large groups. We ordered a slice of beef, which was very good and tender. The cured meats weren't bad either. The problem was with the fried zucchini flowers, where the color of the frying was practically brown, and the crescentine. These crumbled and were really heavy to eat; I avoided finishing them for fear of stomach pain. As for the service, it was certainly very fast, but kindness isn't their strong point: the waiter grumbled because I ordered the appetizer after the other items, meaning we'd have to repeat the order from the beginning. I understand that the appetizer should be ordered first, but there's no need to get annoyed and irritated: I suggest you improve the ordering technology if the current one is causing you so much inconvenience that you have to repeat the entire order from the beginning.
04/07/2026: The pizza was delicious. The food was delivered quickly. The waiters were courteous.
