28/12/2024: The restaurant is developed almost exclusively outdoors, the internal room in fact has very few seats. The service was kind and attentive (we were still few and out of season). The butter and anchovy crostini are very good, meaty and pleasant. The octopus is decent, the courgette sauce is good. The anchovy millefeuille was perhaps a little too "messy": the side ingredients covered the anchovies. Very good in seafood risotto with a really pleasant hint of lemon. The spaghetti alla colatura, on the other hand, disappointed me a little due to its lack of oomph. Too bad they couldn't make us coffee.

30/11/2024: The first experience was exceptional in terms of service and quality of food, the second was terrible. The quality of the food was not up to the first time. In the linguine the whole prawn was half raw, no problem, but at least clean it from the (dirty) entrails. Disappointing service, I ate everything with the same cutlery (they were not changed between one dish and another) and when I asked for more bread they pretended not to hear. Congratulations to the owner who, to free a children's high chair, threw an envelope (with Christmas decorations inside) on the table attached to ours.

02/08/2024: Questo locale si trova in pieno centro ad Agropoli, nella zona pedonale, ed offre un menu con tutti prodotti tipici, uno su tutti acqua e sale, del bruschettone, proposto con vari ingredienti del territorio. Abbiamo preso quello Marinaro con le acciughe e quello con mozzarella e mais, molto buoni. A seguire una bruschetta dalle generose dimensioni e una scamorza alla piastra con pomodorini e rucola, di pregevolissima fattura. Prezzo più che onesti, consigliato!

20/11/2024: Unfortunately, the craze for gourmets and elaborate but senseless dishes ruins your cooking. It's a small fish shop that has good fresh fish so why don't you cook in a more relaxed and traditional way without so many sauces and colors that pollute the dishes?

03/12/2024: Nice bar in the center of Pontecagnano, meeting place for artists, poets and musicians, but also a point of reference for everyone. Excellent cocktails.

29/12/2024: This is not a review of Il Fornillo's food, which we unfortunately did not get to try, but their customer service and attention to detail. We made a reservation for dinner on their site in December and received an automated confirmation. We walked about a half mile up and down a lot of stairs to get there from our hotel. When we arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time, Il Fornillo was closed. Net, even if you do make a reservation, I recommend calling to confirm that the restaurant is open since accept reservations for times at which they're closed.

14/01/2025: Discovered Pizzeria at the Cilento pizza festival with an unforgettable pizza. We went to the pizzeria and found a familiar and well-managed environment, with attentive and kind service. Cilento pizza... a real spectacle, well-structured dough, tasty and cooked to perfection with very successful combinations and genuine products. Returning is mandatory.

30/12/2024: The welcome depends on the person you visit, we had a really unpleasant waiter who welcomed us badly. The meals are far too expensive for what they are worth. We won't be going back again!

30/12/2024: Obnoxious waiter. He forced us to order all 4 from the same Primo, « because that's the cuisine ». We waited 45 minutes before being served, the first with « fish soup » was absolutely not worth the €20 asked for. We do not recommend at all, ever again.

03/01/2025: È il secondo anno che io e la mia famiglia scegliamo questo incantevole agriturismo per festeggiare il mio compleanno, anche questa volta non ha deluso le nostre aspettative! Il posto è incantevole, il personale super disponibile e gentile e la proprietaria ti fa sentire come a casa. Nel mese di Dicembre si respira l'aria di festa, gli addobbi di Natale rendono ancora più calda ed accogliente la struttura. È un posto magico, perfetto per le famiglie , i bambini possono far visita agli animali dell'agriturismo e respirare aria pulita. Oltre al belvedere il punto forte di questo agriturismo è il cibo, tutto squisito a partire dagli antipasti fino ai dolci fatti in casa. È un posto dove sicuramente ritorneremo con grande piacere e che sento caldamente di consigliare.

29/12/2024: Abbiamo trovato questo locale sulla guida osterie d'italia Slow Food ed è stata una bella scoperta la struttura è immersa nel verde e offre molti spazi dove godersi momenti di relax fra piscina orto animali domestici e giostre x bambini. All'interno si presente con una sala piccola accogliente e caratteristica offrono un menù fisso giornaliero dove propongono ottimi piatti di cucina locale ed eseguiti in modo impeccabile. Ci ritorneremo...

06/10/2024: Cenato con un collega mercoledì 2 ottobre. Presa una porzione di crudi a testa ed un dentice da fare al forno. Pesce squisitito: molto buona la verticale di ostriche ed il dentice, davvero molto gustoso e cotto benissimo. Da bere, un buon Pinot Grigio. Servizio eccellente. Conto coerente con la qualità del cibo, del servizio e della location. Molto apprezzato il sigaro gentilmente offerto. Consigliato senza riserve.

19/07/2024: An enchanting place, a real discovery where everything is perfect. The enchanting view. The owner who welcomes you into his home with the warmth, courtesy and friendliness typical of the Mediterranean man The traditional cuisine of Cilento prepared with typical products grown on site. Go there only if you are ready to take a journey to discover the flavors of Cilento cuisine. If you are looking for spaghetti with clams, linguine with lobster or turbot with potatoes, this place is not for you. In every dish you can feel the passion, knowledge and care with which they are prepared. From appetizer to dessert my level of satisfaction remained equally high. Here the pasta is homemade, as are the desserts and the vegetables, sauces and fish are all very fresh. Go there and you will thank me later.
