09/11/2025: Long waiting times, little attention to allergy sufferers. I said I was allergic to fish and I found a portion of chips with residues of fried fish in it. The pizza was excellent, so I gave it three stars.

17/10/2025: Impeccable from day one - Sublime Pizza As promised, here I am with a top-notch review (well deserved) for my favorite pizzeria. I've been a loyal Vanacore customer for over four years now. When we say "tonight's pizza" on Saturdays, that means Vanacore. The pizza is evenly cooked, truly beautiful, and every bite is an explosion of flavor, including the crust, whose crunch (unique to Vanacore) never gets old. The selection of ingredients (of the highest quality) is made with the utmost care, and they are cooked to perfection to ensure a perfect final balance of flavors. The ingredients on the pizza are plentiful, never too many or too few. The menu changes seasonally, and each time they create unique flavors (which is a shame when the menu changes a little 😂). The service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, kind, and pleasant, open to giving and receiving advice, and attentive to their customers. I can confidently say that in these four years there's never been a mistake, not even a single word like "a part of the crust was a little burned" or that the pizza disappointed me a little. 26/08/2025: I was with my friends returning from a busy but enjoyable day at the beach, and feeling hungry, we stumbled upon Elysium somewhat by chance. It was truly a pleasant discovery. The food was excellent, as was the pizza, and the staff treated us impeccably, making us feel welcome. The presence of the pizza chef, Elia, was particularly pleasant; he was a delightful and truly professional person. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was unique, the staff friendly and helpful, and above all, the pizza was superb and truly delicious, starting with the presentation, the top-quality ingredients, the leavening process that didn't leave me thirsty or indigestion, and the choreography that made me savor it with my eyes even before I'd even tasted it. The appetizer was well-fried and easy to digest. Everything was superb. Next time I'll definitely try the desserts, another highlight of this pizzeria, which has proven to be a delightful discovery.
