17/10/2025: Impeccable from day one - Sublime Pizza As promised, here I am with a top-notch review (well deserved) for my favorite pizzeria. I've been a loyal Vanacore customer for over four years now. When we say "tonight's pizza" on Saturdays, that means Vanacore. The pizza is evenly cooked, truly beautiful, and every bite is an explosion of flavor, including the crust, whose crunch (unique to Vanacore) never gets old. The selection of ingredients (of the highest quality) is made with the utmost care, and they are cooked to perfection to ensure a perfect final balance of flavors. The ingredients on the pizza are plentiful, never too many or too few. The menu changes seasonally, and each time they create unique flavors (which is a shame when the menu changes a little 😂). The service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, kind, and pleasant, open to giving and receiving advice, and attentive to their customers. I can confidently say that in these four years there's never been a mistake, not even a single word like "a part of the crust was a little burned" or that the pizza disappointed me a little. 17/09/2025: Delicious pizza! Quick fast service! Highly recommend!!

08/09/2025: We found it by chance because on the way back from Marina di Camerota there was an accident on the highway and the GPS took us out here and we saw this pizzeria. It had an inviting display with excellent pizzas, the crocke. My husband also ate the authentic pizza and thought it was excellent.

01/09/2025: This small pizzeria on the Capaccio-Paestum main road also offers a delicious Nutella pizza for dessert. Both the outdoor and indoor tables are extremely limited, but I never had trouble finding a table for my group of four. The location, while certainly not appealing, may raise doubts about the quality of the place. But the dishes on offer, including generous fried foods, will convince you of the pleasure of good food. You have to be very careful of the fast-moving traffic on the adjacent main road.

05/10/2025: My husband and I came for a weekend. For those who want to relax and get away from it all, it's the best place. Excellent spa, very kind staff. The massage lady, Rosa, was fabulous, truly kind and helpful! The wine tasting in the cellar and the dinner were truly special. All the food was fresh and local, and the breakfast was plentiful. The only complaint was the room, the mattress, and the small shower. But we highly recommend it and hope to return soon. 🥰

21/09/2025: Genuine food, fair price, simple and humble owner

23/08/2025: The atmosphere is cold and sterile, despite the open kitchen. The tables are poorly arranged, and the usual rack of poorly stored wines at room temperature. Unfortunately, we didn't eat well. The food was old and stale breadsticks, and for the children, cutlet and chips, and penne with oktre sauce, which were bland but not well-made, in fact, both were barely eaten. Cuttlefish stuffed with artichokes and various sauces—no flavor stood out, except for the omnipresent salt. Tuna Genovese with a mousse of something or other and a dusting of bitter persimmon—a salty dish despite the onions and lacking any other flavor. The bill for these four dishes was €65, more than €16 per dish, and none of them were even remotely worth it. The only positive note was the freshly baked bread. I recommend changing the approach, focusing more on flavors and less on salt.

This cozy restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for enjoying an authentic dining experience. Acqua & Sale's menu features a selection of seafood dishes, such as the famous seafood risotto, fresh pasta with local fish and seafood, and a variety of grilled fish dishes that reflect the freshness of the Neapolitan coast. The wine list also offers a good selection of Italian wines, perfect for accompanying the delicate flavors of the seafood. Customer service is excellent, with friendly staff willing to recommend options based on the diner's taste. The restaurant, in addition to its quality cuisine, is distinguished by its warm welcome and welcoming atmosphere, making visitors feel at home. It's the perfect place for those who want to enjoy Neapolitan culinary tradition in a relaxed and flavorful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

28/08/2025: Welcoming restaurant and helpful staff, we ate very well

28/08/2025: A great lunch experience with a friend. We were passing by and hungry. They welcomed us despite the late hour. We ate very well. The Sant'Agata appetizer was delicious. We tried the eggs with cruschi peppers and the cavatelli with tomato and provola cheese. Everything was excellent. Two desserts and coffee. Everything was perfect. The prices were more than fair. The staff was courteous and attentive.

06/10/2025: I went to my niece's first birthday yesterday and I have to say everything was delicious. I would like to compliment the staff and especially the waiter Raffaele... everything was excellent.

18/09/2025: I've been to this place several times and it's never disappointed me. The Luclanto appetizer was really good and tasty. I particularly appreciated the cured meats (quality). We then had a first and second course, both of which were also delicious. I also recommend it for its truly honest quality-price ratio.

12/10/2025: Truly exceptional place! The best first courses in all of Salerno, rich in flavor and made with fresh, quality ingredients. Every bite is a delight! 😋 Special thanks to waiter Bosè, always kind, attentive, and super professional: he knows how to make every meal a pleasant experience. 28/09/2025: There were 10 of us for lunch, and the quality of the products was truly exceptional. We had two different first courses: tuna genovese and spaghetti with clams. Everything was excellent, as was the fried fish. The quality and price were fair.

26/09/2025: Expensive and not that great food. While we were eating, a man was playing his guitar terribly and singing next to us. You're eating in peace, and having an off-key drunk singing doesn't add up at all. I don't recommend it.
