13/08/2026: The sandwich was really good and satisfying. The fries in the center of the table with cheddar were really good. Unfortunately, the service was the sore point. Probably because it's hard to organize things well on a Tuesday during the August bank holiday, but waiting 20 minutes to order a drink and an hour to eat with the place half empty is truly embarrassing. I hope to return soon and see the service match the food; it must have been a bad day...

06/07/2026: Opper Bacco is a must-try place in the heart of Cava de' Tirreni. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and cheerful: his warm welcome immediately puts you at ease and truly entices you to try everything! The ingredients are delicious, carefully selected, and of the highest quality. Each dish is captivating in its flavor and originality. In the summer, it's even more pleasant to sit at the tables on the main street and eat al fresco, enjoying the atmosphere of the town center. A place I'll definitely return to and one I highly recommend!

03/06/2026: We had dinner at this pub-pizzeria for two. The food was very good. We tried an excellent burger and a panuozzo. Considering the panuozzo dough is the same as the pizza, it was very light and high-quality, including the ingredients. The staff were very kind and helpful. The quality/price ratio was excellent.

04/08/2026: Food: 5 Service: 4 Ambiance: 5 Best to come by boat. If you call, they will pick you up. But they also have regular boat service from the dock in Positano. Food The seafood is understandably very fresh. I highly recommend the tuna carpaccio, the tuna crisp, grilled octopus, and mussels. They also have plenty of pasta options. Service Plan to enjoy your meal. Don’t rush. Relax and enjoy the meal at its pace. It is a small place, so ease into it. Ambiance One of the best. Right in the beach. Very beach shack vibes. You will have to wait when they are busy, but you are right on the pebbled beach, so when they call your name, you aren’t far. Listening to the small waves lap as you eat is heavenly.

01/08/2026: We were picked up free of charge by boat from Positano harbor. After a 10-15 minute boat trip, we arrived at the beach and restaurant. We had made reservations online for both the restaurant and sunbeds. After disembarking, priority is given to those who have reservations for sunbeds. As they say, after 11:30, the first one there gets a sunbed. The sea is beautiful. The sunbeds are very close together because space is limited. We sat in the restaurant at our scheduled time. It was 2:45 PM, and our orders arrived quickly. The kitchen opens at 1:00 PM, so naturally all the orders pile up at once; you need to factor that in. We ordered mozzarella, octopus, and fish. For dessert, we tried the lemon tiramisu, which was delicious. It was a wonderful experience, both in terms of the sea and the food. Recommended. Reservations are required.

09/08/2026: On the advice of a local, I went with my wife to this remote village to try Addolorata's Cilento cuisine. It was a wonderful experience from a human perspective. The cooking is home-style in the truest sense of the word, but without being overly elaborate, very light. The price is reasonable.

12/07/2026: Spartan atmosphere. Sublime cuisine The highlight is the fresh homemade pasta. Fresh tomato sauce. 🥰

20/04/2026: On Saturday evening, the place was as you might imagine, packed, but we managed to find a seat for two right away, thanks to the efficient, friendly, and fast, but not oppressive, service. The pizza was very good, large and very easy to digest, perhaps just a little more salt in the dough.

06/08/2026: This was one of the best meals I had in Italy actually. It was so simple and humble, but the high quality ingredients and great service, made it very memorable for me. Something as simple as pasta with their backyard cherry tomatoes, may have been the best pasta I had in my two week vacation. Pizza was great too, the kids loved it!

29/07/2026: We were at the Capasso spa in June and while searching online I found this restaurant with excellent reviews... I trusted it and believe me it was worth it. .... A very beautiful and characteristic place, the owner is kind. The food was delicious. We were undecided between two starters. It was really hard to choose. We received two starters, one of which was free as a sampler. The prices were more than fair for what you get. If you're passing through, it's worth stopping by.

13/06/2026: A must-see for anyone in the area. The owner is a true host. His wife is a true chef. The pasta, the meat, the service, and the count are excellent. Everything is excellent.

23/05/2026: I haven't tried the bread yet, but I've been there several times for the pizzas. The oven-baked pizzas are large, light, very tasty, and very reasonably priced. It's become one of my favorite bakeries. The owners are really kind.

20/08/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, parking available, excellent bar service. A tobacconist is also available. Helpful staff.

16/08/2026: I hadn't been here in years, and I stopped by for coffee on a Friday evening (11:10 PM) with my friends (there were six of us). We sat on the sofas, even though the question "Can we sit down?" was answered with an arrogant and grumpy "yes," which was fine. When it came time to order, we asked for various things, including a coffee, and were told that "evening coffee at the table costs €3" (and the difference with a beer was €1). Obviously, we ordered it anyway because that's what we wanted. My review is due to the fact that I don't understand the reasoning behind the €3 coffee charge. Next time, I'll order a glass, maybe I'll spend less. I tried again today (August 16, 2026) only because all the other bars in Baronissi were full (I would never have come otherwise) I waited a whole hour, ordering from the app found on the qr of the tissue holder and they tell me that it doesn't work because obviously the prices are not changed to their liking for the evening😂 and I was told that there was a lady outside who took orders but she never arrived!

05/04/2026: Easter Lunch: a welcoming and charming atmosphere, a breathtaking view, and the attentive and friendly staff immediately put us at ease. The house appetizer was highly recommended; we recommend adding plenty of vegetables, which were exceptional. The grill was top-notch. The desserts were delicious...in short, an Easter lunch to remember and repeat. P.S. The liqueurs served, even though they aren't their own, are worth trying.
