I was impressed from the start: they served me a gluten-free focaccia that was virtually identical to the traditional one, both in appearance and taste—a rarity! A detail that demonstrates great attention and care for customers with special dietary needs. The pizza was simply delicious: well-made dough, flavorful, and with quality ingredients. You could taste that everything was prepared with passion. The appetizers are also worth a mention: varied and tasty, perfect for starting the meal off right. A place I absolutely recommend, both for those who eat gluten-free and for those who simply want to enjoy excellent pizza in a welcoming atmosphere.

Some places remain etched in your heart and soul because they are places made by people who give you their love and passion through their smiles, their kindness, and their hospitality. People whose eyes shine so deeply that they engage you in every moment and make your experience a journey through what may seem like a simple moment. These people are capable of creating something extraordinary and exciting that, inevitably, rises where few can. Pizzeria Positano is not just a pizzeria; it's a place to meet and reconnect with friends. It's a place where time stands still and everything becomes a dream come true. The quality of the products is probably some of the best I've ever experienced. Everything is IMPECCABLE, and you'll discover unique details you won't find anywhere else. The details are top-notch, in everything. The dough's air bubbles are perfect, harmonious, perfectly blended with the excellent ingredients used, including Piennolo cherry tomatoes, Agerola fiordilatte, and DOP buffalo mozzarella from Campania. And then there are the first courses, second courses, side dishes, and then the excellent cured meats accompanied by the absolute star: Battipaglia buffalo mozzarella. The tomato varieties used are truly numerous and of the highest quality. The nine Margherita varieties are absolutely incredible. Everything from Maestro Carmine Manzo's hands is excellent. He possesses an incredible knowledge of dough and how to best work it to achieve his goal: perfection. His pizza is classic in style. The crust has an extremely delicate air bubbles, without excessive thickness, and is uniformly distributed across the entire circumference. The pizza, made exclusively with natural leavening, is extremely light and digestible. The wines, a few in number, are selected among the best available in the Campania region and enhance the flavors of the dishes, which, upon tasting, are lingering and profound, never disconnected from the wine. Kudos to all the dining room staff for their excellent service. Quick, precise, kind, professional. I wish I could transport this place anywhere, along with those who are part of it, to make every moment unique and wonderful. Without a doubt, the best one could wish for, and it will always far exceed my expectations. That's why I'm grateful for what will be and what has already been. The pizza is delicious, the atmosphere depends on whether you are placed near the door, of course there is wind every time someone enters and the velvet seats are a little uncomfortable, the prices are normal even low, the desserts, the little angels with chocolate, are really very good and the waiters are always present and kind.

REAL Neapolitan Pizza! They mainly do takeout. I was passing by this pizzeria on the highway on Easter Monday and ordered in advance. When I arrived, they were ready and hot. They get a lot of orders every day, so I recommend ordering about 20-30 minutes in advance if you're passing by, otherwise you'll have to wait a bit longer. They have a wide variety of pizzas to choose from, including gluten-free options and pizzas without mozzarella for those with lactose intolerance. However, they're still very interesting, given the ingredients and their unique take on highly sought-after Campanian ingredients. The prices are decidedly reasonable, even with pizzas packed with toppings. In the photo, you can see a Margherita di Bufala (called "DOC" on the menu) for €6.50, while my companion ordered a pizza with so many toppings that they struggled to keep it on the pizza, costing around €8 (if I'm not mistaken, their pizza was called Belvedere). I highly recommend trying it, it's definitely worth it! (And nearby there are also shops that sell the typical mozzarella for anyone who is interested 😅).

A small pizzeria between Battipaglia and Bellizzi. I already knew it for takeout, but I wanted to try it in person after having been there many years ago. What can I say? The menu is practically entirely gluten-free, and I was amazed by the possibility of ordering a gluten-free pizza with a ricotta-filled crust, as I'd never found it anywhere else. A pleasant surprise, especially considering that everything, including the fried foods, was extremely good. The cheesecake, however, was a bit lacking in flavor, in my opinion. The place is small but informal, and the service was very thorough, attentive, and above all, fast, even for a Saturday night. In conclusion, highly recommended!

I always come back with pleasure, ps the plus is having an entire menu also gluten free from fried foods to pizzas to desserts, the guys in the dining room are fast and kind, fair prices

We went for dinner this evening, four of us plus a small child. They set up a large table especially for us, and the waiters were very professional. Quality pizza with top-notch ingredients. The bill was reasonable for the location and the food.
