25/11/2025: The pizzeria was very pizzeria-like. I was amazed by the black man drinking a bottle of Romanian vodka in the Bosch oven😍. I ordered a tuna and onion pizza, and a Mongolian guy went fishing for tuna in a puddle behind the Portuguese and I loved it 😁. Inside the sofas, there were some coordinates of Aldo Moro, and the thing that amazed me the most was Edwin's Donald Trump on acid. I really enjoyed it🫡, especially the Nigerian concert in the pizzeria's square. The pizzeria is very Portuguese pizzeria.

22/11/2025: Very Portuguese pizzeria, the food is excellent and so is the service but the best thing is the African flag at the entrance, I was surprised that the chips were crispy chips, a bit like in Portugal chips

11/11/2025: Excellent service... quiet atmosphere and good pizza, I would almost say excellent if there had been a little less salt in the tomato sauce... this is the only flaw but apart from that I have to say everything was good.

18/11/2025: The café is located on the main street, and the desserts look tempting — that’s about the only positive. I ordered a strong long drink (a large, strong cocktail, like a Long Island Iced Tea). The waiter said “Sure,” but first brought me a martini glass with some suspicious liquid at the bottom. When I pointed out the mistake, he “remade” it: he filled a tall glass completely with ice and just poured the same martini on top. Essentially, I was served ice with a splash of drink on top. There was almost no alcohol, and the taste was like diluted juice. When I asked again for a proper strong drink, the waiter said: “If you want it strong, you have to order a shot.” Complete disregard for the customer and absurd service. No real service, no respect for orders — this café relies on crowded tables, but the quality of drinks and service is simply shameful.

17/09/2025: Walking by considered a grab and go, yet Mattia insisted we sit, relax & enjoy. Besides the 4 tables out front he had several tables in a welcoming corridor. We had wraps, salads, flavored teas, dessert and Gelato. I asked Mattia if he was the owner or General manager, he said I'm. Just a. I said 🛑 Your not just.... You are an excellent person, kind caring. He replied in perfect English "I enjoy what I do" It shows big time Kind Intelligent Charisma Well paced lunch He encouraged us to just Relax We did. 25/04/2025: A group of five friends passing through Salerno on their way to Pompeii stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The place is lovely, clean, and the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. The bill was very fair. We were completely satisfied.

13/04/2025: The food was truly poor: the appetizers were soft and oily. The bruschetta was soggy, but the anchovies were good. Various soups with various preparations were all oily. Honorable mention goes to the zucchini flowers, which had a thorn that stuck in the roof of one of the diners' mouths (we didn't know they were fish; no one pointed it out). The first courses were mediocre. Service wasn't excellent: the first lady who approached our table when we asked for information shouted at her colleague (because we asked if certain dishes were suitable for pregnant women) and said, "You see, the ladies here are pregnant!" All in all, in a loud voice, and with the dining room quite full. A nice location overall, but no view. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The price was average.

23/11/2025: I was there this summer. The first time, we had such a great time that we decided to return several times during our stay. Impeccable dishes, attentive service, and the pizza is the best I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

13/10/2025: What an amazing experience we had at this amazing restaurant. It’s a small family restaurant but the food is outstanding. I’d say the best food in the area. The owner, Benito , greeted us with a house spritz and a huge smile…which is rare in most Amalfi coast restaurants 😜. Later on , he gave us some local appetizer filled with cheese and it was wow. We ordered 4 cheeses pizza and sea food pasta that was recommended by his wonderful waiter …and he spoke English…which is a rare thing on the coast as well . Both dishes were so good . I couldn’t stop eating. I couldn’t even imagine that simple dishes can have so many flavors at once. At the end of the, Benito treated us to a house lemonchello and I fell in love with it. It was out of this world. Also we ordered some dessert that was recommended by our waiter as well. Obviously I didn’t ask its name . It was a white shaped dome with pear 🍐 filling inside. It was just wow. Total satisfaction in one meal. I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic Italian homemade meal and an amazing service…which is also very rare up there lol. Enjoy ! Definitely 10 ✨.

17/12/2025: Loved the cappuccino and the cornetto, the staff are very nice and the vibe is friendly. I don’t speak Italian but they were amazing.

06/09/2025: I just ordered a croissant and a coffee for €2.40, but the receipt listed a decaf cappuccino. Ah, same price? Who knows. I rarely have breakfast at a bar, and this experience confirms it. I won't repeat it. Either the prices have skyrocketed, or the cashier was lying.

07/10/2025: Croissants aren't available first thing in the morning, and they don't even bother making them. You have to take whatever they have, it's mind-blowing... prices are out of line with wages that have been stagnant for 30 years... for some sweets—very few pieces and nothing exceptional in quality—I spent almost 50,000 old lire... I want to understand everything, but this is going beyond common sense. A while ago, we each ordered an orzo and a tiny stuffed babà, and they literally ripped us off... I tried the famous Poppella fiocco, and honestly, it's not worth the price, a huge disappointment... I was wrong to go back; you can find better at much more reasonable prices... The staff is not very friendly.

10/06/2025: scurvy staff, runs out of croissants at 8:30 in the morning, makes you pay dearly for them and even puts the old stuff among the desserts. !!!!

23/11/2025: Excellent crispy pizza with tasty toppings. Low prices and friendly staff.

07/10/2025: Very fast, we didn't even have time to finish eating the bruschetta and the pizzas arrived, in fact they are raw, fooled by the low lights, we noticed it while eating, the ham had changed from raw to cooked. At the next table they sent the pizzas back. We told them twice that we had a bad experience, not a word to apologize or try to make amends. We also paid dearly. But above all, they do not follow any hygiene standards, obviously there are no controls on local health regulations., Beyond the "immodesty" ...... it does not include etiquette, it decides to be indifferent and only make money.

29/08/2025: We stopped here completely by chance; we were passing through and were very satisfied. There was a wide selection of food, including pasta, rice, hot and cold main courses, and fried foods. And it was all delicious. If we're ever back in town again, we'll definitely stop by. :)

23/12/2025: A truly disappointing experience. As soon as we entered the bar, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. But the worst was the service: the waiter was rude, annoyed by even the simplest requests, and completely unprofessional. No smile, no attention to the customer. Furthermore, the place was poorly maintained, and the service was slow despite the small number of people there. I strongly advise against this place. If I could give it 0 stars, that would be my choice.

24/06/2025: I called for 2 pizzas total disappointment instead of mozzarella there was provola not a very inviting taste I will never call again

02/11/2025: With capsules you break the coffee machine because nothing comes out except a few drops.

13/09/2025: I consider it an excellent coffee, I always use the moka pot for its intense flavor and the package always smells good even after being opened for weeks.
