Il Flauto di Pan In Ravello

I admit I booked at Pan's Flute without learning much about the menu. I wanted to be wowed. What drew me in was undoubtedly the location, simply indescribable beauty. A terrace overlooking the Amalfi Coast, which, as an Italian, fills me with pride. The evening began with a drink chosen at random: the waiter—with an old-fashioned courtesy—brought a die to roll. Each number corresponded to a drink (but you could, of course, roll it again or choose your own). Once we sat down, the flavors of the "family" recipes took on twists that intrigued, surprised, and satisfied both my partner and me. So, what can I say? Whether it's because of my enthusiastic review, those of a thousand others like me, or simply because I'm curious to find out if it's true, I hope you experience it at least once in your life.
