Acqua & Farina In Nocera superiore

This pizzeria surprised me. The fried foods are good, and the pizza is also good, different from the usual ones with huge crusts and a long leavening time. In fact, this pizza is almost crispy, which isn't a bad thing, and the ingredients aren't low-quality. It's a shame it's in a hard-to-find location; you certainly wouldn't pass by by chance. The staff could have been more attentive, even though they were kind and friendly.

Kind and friendly guys, excellent pizzeria, and I have to give a huge shout out to the gluten-free options. Absolutely exceeded expectations, and the guys were super attentive! We thank Tommaso for all his kindness and helpfulness!

I found this place on The Fork and decided to book based on the reviews in the app. We ordered fried food, and I can say they were really good, flavorful, and not greasy. The pizza was good, but I don't do the wow factor... a standard pizza is enjoyable to eat.
