Have in mind they charge cutlery but don’t offer a great restaurant service (it was empty when we had dinner)

22/09/2025: Lovely restaurant on the edge of Ravello, just a short walk from the nearby parking lot. The restaurant is connected to an art store, and they even serve food on the beautifully designed plates sold there — a nice touch.
We visited with a group of eight and were given a table with gorgeous mountain views. Service was friendly and efficient for us, though we noticed a few other groups leave without ordering (not sure why).
We ordered pizzas, pasta, and lasagna. The pizzas and pasta were excellent, and while the lasagna portion was a bit small, it was still very tasty. Food arrived quickly, which was great for our group.
Overall, a great spot to enjoy a meal before exploring the beautiful town of Ravello.

04/08/2025: A place of unquestionable quality, I'll start by saying.
The only flaw I found was that twice I ordered a vegetarian Neapolitan sandwich, much to the praise of the clerks.
The first time I was in, and the fact that it turned out to have ham wasn't a problem, because I pointed it out and they changed it for me.
The second time, today, however, I ordered lunch to go, and getting on the train and realizing I had a sandwich I couldn't eat wasn't great.
You have to be careful, especially when working with food, to know exactly what you're selling.

13/12/2025: We had two pizzas: a sausage and chips and a calzone. The ingredients were top-quality and the pizza was delicious!!! Highly recommended.

08/09/2025: We were there for a ceremony. I wasn't familiar with it, but I was surprised because everything was good... The fifth star is missing because the service wasn't the best. When they served the food, they left gaps in the middle of the table, with no consistency. That is, they served it in patches, not following the order, for example, from the head waiter (usually the person being celebrated). The same goes for the drinks service. They were served in stages... surely also due to the fact that all the rooms were full.
But there's room for improvement.

30/10/2025: The guy who assistanted us was so friendly and again beautiful energy. The setting is cute because you can also sit and enjoy. The first night we went in and I wanted a regular pizza with no meat and I asked him and he made one especially for us. I am so grateful. The food there are just delicious. We even offered a tip and he was like no. Such a great guy. Thank you for being so good to us. We went again the next day to have breakfast and the croissants and cappuccino was again just Soo yum..

09/10/2025: I've been a customer for several years, ordering panettone for Christmas and Colomba for Easter. I've never had a problem, until I had the crazy idea of ordering a pastiera (€50), which arrived literally disassembled, ready to be eaten with a spoon. The pan containing the cake had noticeable dents, likely from falls, which had caused the filling to separate from the crust. In addition to the embarrassment I made, having brought it as a gift to a lunch I'd been invited to, customer service, after an initial concern, never responded. -1 customer, solely due to the superficiality with which the company—through its employees—responded to the report.

So many delicacies that delight the palate, there's so much to choose from when it comes to pastries, you'll want to try them all. Congratulations!

13/04/2025: The pizzeria is truly beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the service overall was very pleasant. Unfortunately, however, I must report an unpleasant incident that partially ruined the experience.
I had my small dog (a miniature pinscher) with me, who was well-behaved and calm, and I had placed a glass of water under the table for him. At one point, someone bumped into him, and the water spilled on the floor. The restaurant owner approached me in a brusque and unfriendly manner, telling me that next time the dog will have to drink outside.
I understand there may be rules, but the tone and attitude were truly disrespectful, especially considering that there was no damage or inappropriate behavior on my part or the dog's part.
27/03/2025: The pizza and fried food are excellent, you have to try them.

24/12/2025: My criticism is intended as constructive, because consistent, not minimum, standards are expected from a company like McDonald's. This is precisely why I believe it's necessary to invest more in customer service, especially from the kitchen and counter staff.
This isn't the first time burgers have been served with the cheese slices still cold and with very little sauce, which shouldn't happen in a chain that focuses on product standardization. Furthermore, this time they were handed a medium menu instead of a large one (pictured), and after we pointed out the mistake, the counter girl simply turned her back, ignoring us.
A little more care, professionalism, and respect would really make a difference in the overall experience.
07/12/2025: Poor quality, I've been here for an hour and a half and I still haven't received anything, the environment is really disgusting and on top of that I see people who have just arrived taking their order but it never arrives for me

10/09/2025: Amazing pastries and friendly service! A group of us frequented this establishment daily during our stay in Salerno due to their high quality pastries and wonderful coffee as well as their hospitable attitude toward Americans. On our final day, we were provided a heartfelt, "Goodbye my friends!"... I will cherish this place and it's people.
