13/06/2025: Since I discovered Paninart I have been really won over! The sandwiches have very fresh ingredients and careful combinations. The quality is definitely above average and, for the same price, it beats all the sandwich shops in the area. The potatoes are served with the skin, just the right amount of crunchy, and accompany the sandwich perfectly But the real strong point is the welcome: the owners are very friendly, nice and always ready to satisfy requests and make the customer feel at home. I also tried home delivery: impeccable (punctual and careful) Informal place, genuine atmosphere and excellent quality-price ratio. I recommend Paninart to everyone: a sandwich shop that really deserves a stop, both for a quick snack and for an informal dinner with friends. To try and... to return!

08/07/2025: This place has different stores around Napoli. I went to two different ones before. Lovely stuff. Bought a piccolo gelato and got two different tastes and panna for free on top with a friendly smile. Here you get annoyed stuff that roles their eyes and wants to explain you that here you only get one taste and the whipped cream costs extra. Tourist ripp off! Go find a cute gelato somewhere else.

30/06/2025: They have a lot of varieties but the quality was not there at all. I have tried in many places and this was probably the worst and not to mention the service was very poor. Stay away from this place.

05/10/2024: I ordered a 600g tray (hazelnut and stracciatella), I received an incorrect order with chocolate and stracciatella and among other things the flavors were full of ice. I will never go back there again!

19/06/2025: I order 3 pizzas via Glovo, including a gluten-free double-cooked Montanara and an Arancino. Maximum disappointment for the gluten-free Montanara which does not resemble the one shown in the photo on Glovo at all. Pizza, by the way, which, in the gluten-free section, is present in a single version with ragù, cheese and pepper. Well, what arrives at my home is anything but what was described: a double-cooked Margherita mignon, costing €15. I call the pizzeria to ask for clarification and they simply tell me that I had to specify the "with ragù" option since they also make it Genovese, something absolutely not specified on the app (where else would I have specified it?!), that they receive the order via Glovo and "there is nothing they can do about it..." total disappointment... shame because the other pizzas are usually good. Arancino arrived in pieces and raw rice....

20/04/2025: I stopped by this bar for a drink and, so far, everything was normal. The problem arose when, going out to get the car, I found a car parked right in front of mine, preventing me from getting out. I went back to report the problem to one of the members, kindly asking if he could find out who the owner of the car was. The response was anything but professional: I was told to go table by table and ask myself. I find such an attitude on the part of the staff unacceptable. When managing a business open to the public, customer attention and a minimum of collaboration should be the basis.

21/03/2025: Super disappointing!! I just got the staple bon bons but they're terrible. Luckily I tasted them before giving them to my daughter, I had gotten them for her. Raw, they stink, I don't know how to define them anymore.!!! Super not recommended!! I gave 1 star because 0 is not possible!!

01/03/2025: Disappointing experience. I ordered through Glovo and the croissants arrived cold, with very little Nutella and only a piece of Kinder Bueno. Paying €3.50 for a product like this is unacceptable. I expected quality and care, but instead I received something decidedly lower than expected. I hope they improve, because it's not worth the expense.

22/03/2025: Excellent kebab shop! The staff is extremely kind and always available, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. A big plus is the acceptance of traceable payment methods, including the American Express credit card, without any problem, even for amounts as small as 1 euro for a bottle of water. The food is really good, quality and well prepared. I have already returned several times and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

23/05/2025: This place should be better. In cafeteria they must to serve coffee and not kick you out of the table because you don't want to eat.
