05/07/2025: Various choices between doughnuts, bonbons, croissants, brioches. All excellent and delicious. The service is impeccable and last time they even sped up the preparation of my order so that I could celebrate my birthday in time for midnight. Highly recommended for a sweet evening treat or after dinner.

25/06/2025: Super professional staff, very polite. The product is probably the best eaten in the area, I recommend everyone to come and try the graffa which is their strong point, but the other foods are no less, indeed ... the brioche for me is the best I have ever eaten!

19/06/2025: Nice place but with dilapidated rides yesterday an unpleasant event happened... a child got hurt (stitches on the head) on the ride the owner didn't do a damn thing to help the girl... the girl had to wait for her husband to arrive from outside to be taken to the hospital

11/07/2025: One star for the lack of professionalism of the girl serving the poke. She seemed listless the entire time and annoyed at having to do her job. When some avocado fell out while she was preparing it, she carefully neglected to add more. Too much effort, obviously. The poke is good but not exceptional. It would be nice to have some sauce directly on the rice, not just at the end.

31/05/2025: We were at this place about a week ago, around 8:00 PM. The restaurant was completely deserted, which should have warned us. We sat down anyway and asked for the menu. The waiter, very naturally, warned us that it was an old menu and that one euro had to be added to all the prices listed. We started to order, but whatever we asked for was not available. In the end, resigned, we had to do the opposite: ask directly what was left to eat. We ordered a bottle of simple wine (not even 10 euros), two plates of spaghetti with clams that on the menu were listed at 11 euros each, a fried fish to share and two sweet caprese. Total? 84 euros. Taking a quick look at the receipt, I noticed that the two plates of pasta with clams had been counted at 36 euros in total, well over the expected price. I asked for an explanation and the lady at the cash register called the waiter, who justified the price increase by saying that they were real clams. Too bad that there is no item on the menu for spaghetti with "real" clams. The problem with some restaurateurs is that they always think they are being clever to make money, not realizing that the customers never come back. In fact, for the whole week and the following week, we dined at other restaurants in the area and never again at theirs. I would just like to remind the owner of an old saying: "sheep should be sheared, not flayed."

13/06/2025: The pistachio cake was anything but soft, however the flavour was decidedly different from others I had previously purchased.

03/06/2025: I just went to the ice cream shop on Via Chiaia. I asked for a small cone, the girl who served me was clearly inexperienced so much so that the ice cream was falling inside the shop. When I asked to make it again, the girl thought it best to take another cone and mix the flavors trying to save what could be saved. Result: two mixed flavors and undefined flavors. Never again!

05/07/2025: I have been there several times, ordering both à la carte and taking the daily menus (currently offered at around 17 euros) and I have always found it good. Perhaps the quantities are a little smaller in the Low cost menu but equally good.

27/06/2025: Usual rossopomodoro pizza good but the waitress unprofessional to say the least.... Just the correct adjective is incorrect. Always check the bill.

06/06/2025: Afragola (NA) Customer Service terrible!! I read this sign: "If you have lost a screw for assembly or it was not included in the package, you can ask for it from Customer Service OR order it online and receive it free of charge at your home, in about 10 days". I think I can read Italian well, and if I do not intend to request this material online I can do it directly from Customer Service. To be 100% certain, I ask an employee who confirms that I can contact the Information service for collection. I wait patiently for half an hour for my turn and then hear from another employee at the counter, that for collection it is no longer like this and can only be done online. I point out that in reality the message says differently but he dismisses me with a sheet of paper and QR code on which exactly the same thing is written in the sign. Too bad you can't vote with half a star. Truly terrible.

29/04/2025: Durante la nostra visita turistica nella città di Napoli, abbiamo deciso di provare la pizza "Dal Presidente" ed è stata un'eccellente scelta perché abbiamo mangiato una pizza davvero ottima, ingredienti veraci e soprattutto digeribilissima e ve lo dice una persona che ha problemi di stomaco. Il locale è caratteristico ed accogliente e il servizio è stato veloce e professionale.

27/04/2025: Sapevo che la pizza era buona, perché ci sono stato nel giugno del 2023. Ci sono tornato e confermo che la qualità della pizza non si discute. Un altra cosa che ho apprezzato sono stati i fritti e la grande simpatia e disponibilità del cameriere Maurizio (abbiamo scherzato anche per il tifo calcistico tra la Roma e il Napoli) sicuramente se qualcuno va qui non trova i cosiddetti "acchiappaturisti" ma gente che sa cosa fa

02/06/2025: We were in Naples for vacation and to learn how to make pizza and fate wanted to discover this magnificent pizzeria. For every dinner, we ordered pizzas to go. Excellent pizzas, perhaps the best I have eaten in Italy, since we, my wife and I, are German. Great price and the staff very, very kind.

18/05/2025: terrible experience. disorganized and rude staff (except for the girl). very salty pasta but above all the most scandalous thing is that between the first and the second course there was a time difference of an hour and a half... something shocking and unforgivable given the name of the place. I strongly advise against it.

11/05/2025: I think I was very generous in my vote, an experience nothing short of a horror film, the awning on the terrace collapsed due to the rain resulting in a freezing "shower" for some guests, including me and my father. They included us in the bill (with a slight discount) given that the other diners unharmed by the water continued their lunch but we left soaked in water and without completing our lunch. Historic place but certainly with little commercial experience.
