22/04/2025: Authentic and contemporary pizzeria.
The place is not very large but the spaces are well distributed.
There were 13 of us plowing and we were in a well laid out area.
Contemporary pizzeria because Paolo Buro offers revisited pizzas with a touch of mastery from a true chef.
The bathrooms need to be reviewed to create greater female-male privacy.
I tasted the "Midnight" pizza which would be garlic, oil and chilli pepper and I loved it...

16/05/2025: Very good products at the Sweets and Rotisserie counter, also as a bakery and fast-food. At the restaurant you eat well but they serve on huge plates that the food seems to be in small portions. Not pleasant and satisfying to eat with plates that look like sunshades.
12/05/2025: A meeting place open almost 24 hours a day that offers an indisputable service: rotisserie and other street food at any time of day and evening, in addition to pastries; they also bake bread which then runs out during the day. It is always very busy with peaks at peak times precisely because of this continuous availability which makes it a point of reference even more so because it is located along an important transit artery. At times it could be quite chaotic.

02/05/2025: Welcoming place, qualified, available staff, ready to satisfy the customer's needs and requests. It was a wonderful experience, in a relaxing corner, even the garden deserves a lot, with relaxing background music. Compliments!!

Cons: endless wait, there were few people and for meat I waited more than 1:30h. Furthermore, on the last three occasions, I have always ordered the same type of meat from the menu, and each time I have had a totally different type of meat.

Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Prezzo davvero ottimo e i dolci sono buonissimi soprattutto il tiramisù fatto da loro complimenti. Noi ritorniamo di sicuro

07/05/2025: Panini caldi, pane molto buono, farciti senza parsimonia con prosciutto e scamorza, gestione famigliare in un locale che non stona, come invece tanti altri nel borgo medievale. Per dessert una fetta di crostata, io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto tra alcuni gusti prugne e noci, a giudizio di entrambi la migliore crostata mai assaggiata.
