The "Championship pizza" and the pizza in the pan version are unforgettable dishes. A welcoming atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a perfect discovery for those who love good pizza with attention to detail. Excellent value.

27/08/2025: As we drove north from Naples, thinking we'd just eaten the best pizzas in the world, we were proven wrong. The pizzas were incredibly light and fluffy, yet wafer-thin in the middle. The toppings were a perfect blend of innovative and traditional. You could tell the pizza master had perfected his life's work and lived for his ideas. On top of that, the service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the value for money was incomparable. An experience that's absolutely worth the detour from the highway. Thank you so much!!

07/10/2025: We found ourselves there on Sunday by pure chance; a very pleasant surprise. A warm and welcoming location, impeccable service, meticulously prepared dishes, and excellent quality food. And last but not least, Pietro, the owner, was delightfully polite. Highly recommended...!!!

The courteous and attentive service showcases the meticulous work of the chef's team. "Il Soffio" is undoubtedly one of the finest culinary establishments in the entire Caserta province. 14/09/2025: The food was good and the service was undoubtedly excellent, but the portions were truly tiny and the prices were exorbitant. The bill ended up being disproportionate and it felt like a real rip-off. Personally, I wouldn't return.

19/10/2025: They're always super kind and helpful, and they make me feel special. Lots of delicious snacks to share, all excellent quality and at prices that make you want to come back again. From Thursday to Saturday, you have to wait a while for a seat, but that's fair.

24/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, dynamic manager, attentive staff. The outside is nice, but the barrel-shaped stools are uncomfortable. The wine is good. The food is made up of small bites, not comparable to dinner; it's more suitable for an aperitif.

31/08/2025: What can I say? A disappointment, so highly regarded. Invited for a baptism. The welcome aperitif was truly meager and unimaginative, with ordinary cured meats, a mix of tasteless appetizers, including a croquette whose triple breading I'll only remember, and a pulled pork pie that tasted like boiled Simmenthal. The meat was definitely butter, well-cooked and seasoned (and rightly so). The service was sloppy, with waiters who didn't know the ingredients of the dishes and couldn't bring four dishes. The location is very beautiful and evocative. It feels like the kind of place where you have to say you went for image reasons. I think there really is better.

26/08/2025: A typical trattoria always open, serving home-cooked food using local ingredients. Everything is homemade, even the desserts. A full meal at reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service. From what I've seen, at least for lunch, they don't have an à la carte menu, but they do offer a daily menu with two options for each course. Pizza isn't always available.

The gourmet menu then enchanted with the quality of the ingredients and the creative pairings. Special praise goes to Chef Lindoro, creator of dishes that are true works of art. The twice-cooked octopus, wrapped in a delicate honey sauce and Agerola provola fondue, and the suckling pig with potatoes and Annurca apples were unforgettable, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The spectacular first courses confirmed the mastery of the cuisine. Each course was accompanied by a carefully chosen wine pairing: from sparkling wines to rosé, to an elegant Nebbiolo, thanks to Valerio's expertise and sensitivity, attentive to presentation and guest satisfaction. Making everything even more special, Sara, a wedding planner with a refined eye, oversaw the decor down to the smallest detail and watched over the room with discretion and warmth. The grand finale? A poolside dessert buffet that enchanted with its beauty and variety, culminating with an exquisite cake and the enveloping aroma of fine rums.
