09/04/2026: Nice, clean, and very well-decorated place. I was there as a guest for a graduation party, and I can say it was a positive evening. The food was overall good. The appetizers weren't salty, and the bruschetta was tasteless due to the tomatoes, which are totally out of season right now. But the mini burger was delicious. I personally didn't like the first course because of the distinctive flavor of the sausage used, and from what I saw around, a few other guests did the same. The portion was just right, and I'd go back if I wanted more. The second course was the classic pork loin with potatoes, and perhaps the cream sauce could have been made with vegetables, but it was certainly very popular, so I ate more than one. The fruit, also not seasonal, wasn't particularly flavorful, but the cream sauce was good and helped a lot. I won't mention the cake, since it came from outside, but it was still good. The noise level was acceptable, and the wait staff who looked after us throughout the evening were friendly and helpful, despite a few minor hiccups, especially in communication with the kitchen. I can't comment on the value for money since it was a private event, but I would recommend it if you're not expecting much.

25/03/2026: I had dinner with my girlfriend, and I don't feel like giving it a less than excellent rating because the food was excellent, both in terms of quality and presentation. However, there are a few things I'd like to point out that were a bit disappointing. The service was very friendly but completely absent, resulting in some rather lengthy delays (we arrived at 8:45 PM and left at 11:10 PM). Once our dishes were brought, it was difficult to call anyone from the staff as they never came to the table and were busy with other items. When we finally did, we asked for dessert, and after waiting 40 minutes without receiving it, we mentioned it, and it was brought to us, saying there had been a mix-up in the kitchen—and well, that can happen. Then, we finished our dessert, which was very good and appreciated, and asked for the bill. Needless to say, after waiting another 20 minutes for it, we decided to get up and go pay directly at the cashier. So, it's a restaurant I absolutely recommend. I wouldn't be put off by this incident and would return. The food was exceptional (especially the appetizers). However, there's clearly a need for greater customer service. Having the opportunity to dine without feeling pressured by the staff and enjoy the evening is a great privilege. Being forced to try to get service is something that can be avoided.

27/02/2026: We didn't like the location and it was very noisy. The raw fish was good, but we didn't like the seafood carpaccio. The first course was delicious, with butter, shrimp, and truffle. The artichokes were very good. The desserts were good, average. The bill was moderately high. Good service.

19/02/2026: I stopped here with my family, on our way down to Puglia from a very long journey, at 10:00 PM, asking to be seated. The very kind young man immediately said yes, but specified that due to the amount of work done, the mozzarella had run out. We decided that it was not a problem and stopped anyway. Never was a problem more propitious! We ordered one of their specialties as an appetizer (the parmigiana) then 3 pizzas with cheeses that could replace the mozzarella. Each one better than the other! Products of the highest, if not unique, quality! In addition to the well-leavened dough, beautifully honeycombed crust and super digestible. I didn't give 5 stars to the atmosphere only because I don't like the poor art style that doesn't match the refinement of the ingredients. The location needs to be reviewed but for now, best pizza ever.

03/04/2026: I visited O Boss Re Taglieri and was truly impressed. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt at ease: the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening. I ordered a platter and was impressed by both the presentation and the quality of the products. The cured meats and cheeses were truly excellent, fresh, and beautifully paired. You can tell they've put a lot of care into selecting the ingredients and paying attention to detail. I'll definitely be back.

17/03/2026: The wait (Saturday without a reservation) was about an hour, given that the place is small. The platters seem more substantial simply because they're filled with green leaves, including arugula, sage leaves, broccoli, and other vegetables that, in my opinion, are placed there without any sense. The platter of fried foods turned out to be good and tasty. I didn't like the meat platter, however; the meat was dry and overcooked, while the side dishes (eggplant and potatoes) were quite good. The least pleasant aspect of the entire evening was the service. We started off very well with plenty of availability, but towards the end of the second platter, the wait staff seemed to rush us. We were even asked to take away a platter—as if we'd finished eating—with meat still on it. I realize you have a lot of demand, but it's not nice for a family to come and spend money on a quiet dinner and then have to feel the burden of being in the way to make room for others. Find other solutions instead.

07/05/2026: I can't say anything bad about the atmosphere, because there was no one there when we came, but it should be nice since it's right in the center, practically inside the theater. I can't say anything bad about the service either, because the girl tried her best. The food, unfortunately, was completely disappointing. Although we have to say that, in terms of the aesthetics of the dishes, a place in this area was quite surprising. The quality, however, was alas. We ordered four dishes, of which only the pasta was very good. The photo of the tartare on the menu looked like a joke, but it was ground, flavorless, and obviously unseasoned. We should have made it ourselves, which wasn't the problem, but if you order from the menu, you're unprepared for something different. The caprese salad contained the freshest fried mozzarella; unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding here because we didn't know fried mozzarella existed. But the most unpleasant thing was the meat, which was supposed to be served with a red wine and honey sauce, and we found it very old, frozen and thawed several times until it became tasteless. Not even the sauce helped mask it. And we're both huge meat lovers. So we could also imagine the process that led to this kind of taste and state.
