29/07/2026: I've visited and eaten at many McDonald's, not only in Italy, but also in Europe and America—in short, I've tried many. The disorganization I saw in this store is unlike anything I've ever seen anywhere else. I visited on Tuesday evening, July 28th. There were many people, visibly annoyed by the total chaos and the lack of adequate staff. As if that weren't enough, the result was truly pitiful food. It's not that it's normally good or healthy, but this was just not edible. Absurd. Absolutely avoid.

22/12/2025: We arrived after a phone reservation for 8:30 PM and were seated at 9:30 PM! Plus, you have to wait outside in the cold because the place is literally a nightmare! Let alone when it's raining... finding parking is out of the question. After finally being seated, we ordered some fried food and then some burgers. The fried food arrived almost immediately, while we waited another 20 minutes for the sandwiches. When you sit down, the staff gives you a sort of remote control that rings when your order is ready... Basically, after waiting hours to eat outside in the cold, you also have to get up amidst the chaos of the small place and get your tray from the counter where you pay... where there are thousands of people standing... plus, while we were waiting to be called, near the cash register, one of the waiters whispered to another colleague, and when he finally arrived, we all left... such professionalism!!! Keep up the good work, the place will be empty soon!! P.S.: The burgers and other things are nothing special, there are much, much better! Never again!

I chose this place to celebrate my mother's birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice. Impeccable welcome, staff of rare kindness and professionalism, always smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive. The setting is elegant, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained, with the perfect temperature making lunch even more enjoyable. We chose a traditional menu and were won over: dishes that showcase the authentic flavors of the area, prepared with excellent ingredients and presented with an elegance worthy of a high-end restaurant. Every course was a pleasant surprise. Kudos to all the staff and the kitchen for the passion that shines through in every detail. If you're looking for quality, courtesy, and a truly memorable experience, this is the place. I recommend it wholeheartedly... try it and I'm sure you'll be back!
