26/04/2026: I had a rather disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. Yesterday afternoon, I was in line with my husband and, since I'm pregnant, the man at the cashier told me that only I could be served, while my husband would have to wait his turn separately. I didn't understand the reasoning behind this decision: we were simply ordering two ice creams; we weren't a large group. For this reason, I preferred to wait for my husband anyway and have his ice cream with him, but this meant we had to wait about an hour and a half.
I'd like to emphasize that pregnancy isn't an illness, but often giving a little priority is a gesture of courtesy and consideration towards the customer. In this case, it would have taken very little to handle the situation with greater common sense and sensitivity. I hope that in the future, more attention will be paid to these aspects, because they really make a difference in the overall experience.

28/12/2025: Abbazia Collemedio Resort & SPA is an oasis of peace nestled in the Umbrian hills. Comfortable rooms, a relaxing spa, high-quality cuisine, and an excellent breakfast. The staff is always friendly and professional. A key added value is the extraordinary hospitality of the owners, always present, friendly, and attentive to making guests feel at home. Perfect for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

29/06/2026: You should simply be ashamed. We had a reservation for 4 people, we left from Calvi Risorta, so not very close, and once we arrived they made us go back home because "the reservations fell through". No warning, nothing at all, and furthermore nothing was specified in the reservation, they could have called to let us know but instead nothing, a long road uselessly, we wanted to celebrate my dad's name day but we didn't have the chance. Never again, learn to be serious and have a minimum of respect, a call/notification didn't cost anything!

02/07/2026: Very comfortable place, with a lovely veranda to eat in. The pasta frittata was delicious, but the pizzas were the real surprise, from the toppings to the incredibly light crust. It was an excellent choice! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Crispy base, a melt-in-the-mouth airy interior, and a pronounced crunch when you bite into it. Well-balanced ingredients, friendly and helpful staff. This pizzeria was a pleasant discovery, definitely a local benchmark for pan pizza. Sincere congratulations, guys. 🍕❤️

An exceptional discovery! The pizza is simply delicious: perfectly crispy, light, and surprisingly easy to digest. It's the first time since surgery that I've been able to enjoy a pizza like this without feeling bloated or heavy—and that really makes a difference for me!
The variety is incredible: every pan is different, and they bake a new one every 10 minutes, so there's always something hot and freshly made to try. Sure, there can be a bit of a wait, but when the quality is this high… it's absolutely worth it!
The place is cute, welcoming, and located right in the center. The only small drawback: parking, especially on Saturdays, can be a challenge—but during the week, it's much more manageable.
In short: if you're looking for a pizza by the slice that combines flavor, lightness, and variety, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

The service was pleasant, friendly, and uncomplicated throughout the meal. The restaurant is cozy and you can linger as long as you like. I found the prices reasonable for the quality. It's a convenient place if you're craving pizza and want a hassle-free dinner. I'll definitely be back.

We enter and are warmly and kindly greeted by the host, who immediately invites us in and takes a seat, offering our dog some water and food to refuel.
We settle in near the fireplace, a romantic setting that already gives us a taste of the warm and tasty lunch to come.
We wait a few minutes and order.
A few more minutes and the appetizers arrive: a platter of SUPERLATIVE cured meats and cheeses, wonderfully fresh bread, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and delicious bean salad.
Then the first courses arrive: mixed pasta with potatoes and provola cheese and spaghetti with clams... Needless to say, we were overwhelmed by a sensation of unparalleled pleasure on our palate (the clams were REALLY fresh).
I forgot to mention that we also had a bottle of excellent Piceno Rosso, which paired perfectly with the entire meal.
We'd also ordered a beef steak, but we'd reached our limit, and the host kindly removed it from our order, at our request, since we were SO FULL.
A top experience for those who want to be pampered by tradition and flavor.

06/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant two days ago. My partner had the fantastic ziti alla genovese, and I had the best pasta and potatoes I've ever had. The food was generous and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it.
